| 2 | 22.09.2023 | 5nicoShuffle | 6.0 | The build for Beast Coast has been pretty solid and given lots of time, unlike some past DPW PPVs. And this episode of Spark added further to the build. The Everett/Westbrook confrontation was fun, and Chris Danger's promo to end the show was impressive, and so was the tease of his potential/future opponent. Honestly I thought that DPW had long forgotten about Chris Danger's Wrestling debut, but seemingly they didn't? but let's just see what happens eh? Stuff I didn't like on this show was recycling Violence is Forever's promo from the last Spark, and the constant skits about Kevin Blackwood's mysterious text about turning heel if he loses, as it just dragged on and I didn't really get what it was trying to achieve. As for the matches here... I really didn't like the first match so much, as Diego Hill was just ridiculous here, and not in a good way. He missed way more things than he hit and no-sold lots and I just felt so bad for Kozone, as he's been so impressive recently and he was made to look like a joke here. Lucky Ali/Robert Martyr was a much better match, don't know much about Martyr, but he's clearly talented and has his fans already. So-so episode of Spark this time out. |

Man sah einfach zwei starke kurzweilige Singles Matches Zu denen jeweils mehr in den Guides. DPW Spark #12, 8 starke Punkte. Mir ist nicht bekannt war das mit BK und der Attacke an Andrews Vater Aufbau für die Zukunft. |

Diego Hill vs. LaBron Kozone was a great match, the BK Westbrook segment was great, Lucky Ali vs. Robert Martyr was a good match, and Chris Danger announcing his first match against Adam Cole Bay Bay! I also enjoyed the stuff with Kevin Blackwood trying to figure out what "turning heel" means. |
