[7.0] "I quite liked the Danielson/Fletcher match, and the angles/character work that was on display from the BCG and Starks/Big Bill makes sense (and should lead to payoff matches soon against their rivals). The main event was a solid title defense for Eddie that built from the Rampage match earlier in the week (which is the type of continuity that's good to see). The Copeland/Cage stuff has legs, and it was probably smart to close the show with that angle as they build toward Title Tuesday. Nevertheless, without the Danielson/Fletcher match, I think I would've gone with a "5" or "6" for this episode. Now that WWE PLEs are over for a bit, let's hope they stack the Collision cards again."

Collision doesnt even feel different anymore and shows like this dont really help the B show allegations. I was very disappointed this what AEW decided to put up against fastlane, no wonder they only got 2k people in 10k arena."

[7.0] "This was a decent show that drug in the middle. We opened with a Tag Team Title Match between FTR and Ricky Starks and Big Bill. this was basically a squash, since both members of FTR were injured, and this was just to get the belts off them. Next, we got the Match of the Night, as Bryan Danielson faced Kyle Fletcher in an excellent match. Bullet Club Gold then faced the team of Gravity, Metalik, and Anghelico. i like Metalik, so of course he was barely in the match. The Acclaimed then defended their Trios Titles against the Iron Savages and Jacked Jameson. They need to just stop with the Acclaimed matches if they don't have any real teams to face them. They look worse every week. Toni Storm then took on Kiera Hogan in a fine match. i like Toni's character, but I'm not a fan of the change to her in-ring style. Finally, in the main event, Eddie Kingston defended his ROH World Title against Kommander in a match that was just kinda there."

"Solid episode. Surprise title change due to presumed injury. Good decision to shake up the tag division, FTR have grown stale with no direction since termination of punk. No squash matches on card but no other surprise outcomes. Fletcher was the standout of the show, put him with callis and kick out sammy."

[7.0] "Oh damn, look at FTR jobbing to Starks and Big Bill just so they don't have to put over the Bucks at Full Gear! (That's how this works, right? ) Seriously though, I get that Cash is injured, as is half of Aussie Open. This was a good call, and very unexpected. The rest of the show was fine, if dragging a bit. Kyle Fletcher looked phenomenal against Bryan. I actually enjoyed this match way more than Bryan's match with Zack. Jay White shows everyone how it's done with his smooth post BCG match promo. The Iron Savages save us from another boring Acclaimed squash and make it something actually entertaining. And in an episode that's as ass-centric as I've ever seen, Toni storm wins by eating out Keira Hogan's backside. Oh, and Eddie has a match as the main event I guess."

[8.0] "Really quite a fun show. The surprise Tag Title change was neat. I have high hopes for Starks and Big Bill. I'm not Starks's biggest fan but he has a lot of star power and many others like him a lot so we'll see how he gets along. Bryan Danielson v. Kyle Fletcher was my MOTN. Glad they're going to keep Fletcher relevant while Mark Davis is out injured. Aussie Open should be one of the top tag teams for AEW going forward and I gotta admit having them lose the ROH titles quickly to the Kangaroo Kick didn't do them any favors. Bryan was tremendous as always, but he gave Fletcher a lot, too. Not much to say about the two trios matches. I'm sick of the Acclaimed and would be fine never seeing them again. Anthony Bowens is fine though, he can stay. Iron Savages are fun. "Timeless" Toni Storm is probably one of the best gimmicks going. Gonna by hype as hell if her shouting "how dare you" at the ref gets over and the crowds start shouting along with her. The main event was good enough, but I thought Komander looked better in the 4-way match from Rampage. Capping the show off with an Adam Copeland promo again just like Dynamite was an interesting choice. He's a decent promo, but this just felt like more of the same. Interested to see how he looks in the ring this Tuesday with the Luchasaurus."

"I love Nigel McGuiness on commentary. He provides a seal of authenticity to the show as well as having a great heel commentator persona with some great British sarcasm. I love his analysis of the matches, hope he's here to stay as the show would massively suffer without Nigel behind the mic! Also, love it when Ian Riccobani is on!"

[7.0] "First hour was really good, they stacked it with all the key stuff other than Adam Copeland since they had to assume they would lose a lot of their audience once Fastlane started at the top of the second hour. So the second hour wasnt all that good. If I could grade this by the hour it would be a 9 for the first and then a 5 or 6 for the second. Hence an average score of 7 or 7.5."

[9.0] "Awesome show. The squash shock title changed only works if it's a legit shock and not overdone, and they managed to pull it off. Dragon vs Fletcher was absolute class. Toni Storm is awesome. The Acclaimed are having too many open challanghes vs lower rung teams but I cant lie, I like the Iron Savages. Bangganggang is hialrious. Jay needs to win the title from MJF. That is all."

[6.0] "Good show: Ftr vs. Ricky Starks & Big Bill was a really surprising match, I didn't think that Ftr was going to lose the match and I would never think that it would happen this way. But actually I'm happy, Ftr's title reign was good but they were running out of opponents and I wasn't very interested in see another match with the Bucks while both Starks and Bill are having a great run and delivering good perfomances every week.so, for me, it was the right choice. Danielson vs. Fletcher was a great match, Fletcher is a star, his strikes, his offense, his presence and his charisma are incredible and Danielson is simply phenomenal everytime he gets in the ring. Post-match angle was also good. BCG vs. Lucha Libre guys was okay and Jay White's promo was solid. I skipped The Acclaimed vs. Iron Savages as I didn't care. Never been a huge of the Acclaimed and their title reign as trios champion has been trash so far. There it was a time and a place for those champions but now it seems that Aew has ran out of good trios teams. Hogan vs. Storm was another excellent perfomance by "Timeless" Toni Storm who's doing the best work of her carrer. The action was solid and the "ass slaps" spots were very fun. Kingston vs. Komander was okay. The final segment was very good, Copeland cut a solid promo and the attack by Luchasaurus and Nick Wayne on him and Darby Allin was great. Overall: it was good, there it was a great match, a good closing segment and a surprising title change but the rest of the show was pretty skippable, except for Toni Storm's match. It was strange not to see the classic super long Collision main event."

[7.0] "A show that was clearly frontloaded knowing that the second hour would be up against WWE, but I enjoyed the whole show including all six matches. FTR got absolutely destroyed by Starks & Bill in an excellent extended squash, loved it and I wish it could be in the Matchguide because I'd give it ***1/2. Danielson vs Fletcher was a great showcase for Fletcher that built Bryan up even further for Tuesday, BCG vs SAP was a solid contest with a great promo from Jay White after, Acclaimed had their best defense yet (Bear Country/Iron Savages deserve more spotlights), Toni & Kiera had pretty much the exact match people thought about when it was announced but nobody thought would actually happen, and Eddie had a solid defense against Komander (though Komander is still limited at everything but his high spots). Starks/Bill promo and Edge segment at the end were both good too."
