[5.0] "Not bad for a UK event, but this was an average PPV in my opinion. It did have an unintentionally hilarious opening video package where it has the serious promo Foley cut on SmackDown setting up the upcoming Hell in a Cell and they randomly cut to Michael Cole excitedly shouting it's a Fatal 4-way match. The 4-way main event was a lot of fun though and I surprisingly liked the intergender tag match and Benoit vs Undertaker was quite good as well. Tazz does a good job on his first main roster gig as commentator and I was kinda grateful it was him there and not Lawler when Trish and Lita had that big backstage brawl! The timing of this wasn't the best because all of the champions are heels so you just get the same rince and repeat booking with cheap finishes all night."

[6.0] "A glorified house show as pretty much all UK shows were, but it was somewhat fun. Better than Survivor Series the previous month in my opinion. Most matchs were average and there wasn't any massive low points as there were in other PPV's. The main event was the best match of the night being an overbooked sprint ending with a brawl to send the crowd home happy. No must see hidden gems but an easy watch Match Ratings: Table Tag (6/10) Ivory vs Lita (4/10) Blackman vs Saturn (6/10) Regal vs Crash (5/10) Billy & Chyna vs the Radicalz (6/10) Y2J vs Kane (6/10) Right to Censor vs Hardys (5/10) Taker vs Benoit (6/10) World Title Four Way (7/10)"

"This was my first live wrestling event in person, so holds a special place in my heart. I am not going to give a rating because I know it will not be possible for me to rate fairly, as a result of nostalgia. But this was a really fun show with a terrific (if short) WWF Championship Fatal 4-Way main event. William Regal losing the European title to Crash Holly in a serviceable little match was also a cool, unexpected surprise. Probably the best of the Rebellion events, in hindsight."

[5.0] "They dropped the old-school feeling of these UK shows so that's a shame, but overall the show wasn't bad, as there were some decent matches. Gunn & Chyna vs The Radicalz was a fun little bout, Jericho and Kane almost copied their Survivor Series match but it was still quality and I loved Regal's fantastic promos that made the crowd boo him against Crash. It was still a mixbag though, mainly due to the awful, chaotic opener or Blackman's garbage match with Saturn, plus the Tag Team Titles match was meh and Benoit vs Taker was one of Deadman's better recent matches, but still not something to write home about. The main event though was fun with all four workers keeping the tempo high and everybody hitting moves on everybody. Nice show, but I'll forget about it in a few weeks."

[3.0] "Some solid matches on the show, but none really worth seeing apart from maybe Taker vs Benoit just for how rarely that match happened. This is just a house show. And some of these matches have no reason to take place. Pretty much the only match you can make an argument for happening is the Chyna match. Ultimately pointless show."

[4.0] "Reasonably watchable but entirely forgettable, like most UK shows at this point this was solely there so fans could say it happened. I'm sure the fans had fun but there's no great value in rewatching it."

[3.0] "Did I just watch Rebellion 1999 again? Because this was just another pointless house show that WWE labeled a PPV for UK. Only two matches worth watching and that's the opening tables match and Kane vs Jericho, the rest is not even worth mentioning."
jackleone wrote on 25.11.2018:
[3.0] "A really boring event. Only the main event is enjoyable with a good work from all wrestlers. Chris Benoit vs Undertaker is really disappointing, Kane vs Jericho is almost okay but still nothing special. Most of the card is bad, and it doesn't even feel like a tv show. House show on pay per view, nothing more than that."
