[5.0] "A fine show, only the main event is worth watching and even then it's quite a bit longer than it needed to be"

[8.0] "A pretty good match in a show with plenty of okay matches, the main event saved this show from being bad"

[9.0] "Decent show with a banger of a main event, the undercard matches were decent enough. Hiroyoshi Tenzan, Jado, Tiger Mask & Togi Makabe vs Oskar Leube, Satoshi Kojima, Tomoaki Honma & Yuto Nakashima: A decent opener to be honest, glad to see the veterans within NJPW got to showcase their skills and experience amongst two Young Lions, who did a good job as well [***1/4]. Hiroshi Tanahashi & Toru Yano vs Ryusuke Taguchi & YOH: An entertaining match that could have showcased less comedy and a bit more wrestling that would have made the match better, but for a second match on the card match, it was fine [**1/4]. TMDK vs CHAOS: A good match with some interesting interactions, the ending could have been different but still a good watch, good preview towards BISHAMON and Nicholls/Haste [***]. United Empire vs Los Ingobernables de Japon: Good preview tag match for not only Naito vs Cobb also O-Khan vs Takagi, HENARE submitting BUSHI for the win for UE made sense [***1/2]. Hiromu Takahashi & Yota Tsuji vs Callum Newman & Will Ospreay: Decent preview tag towards Ospreay vs Tsuji, despite only getting just under 10 minutes, Callum Newman continues to impress even if he was the one to get pinned [***1/4]. House Of Torture vs Just 5 Guys: I didn't really care for this match as I'm tired of watching HOT using the same underhanded tactics in their matches all the time [**]. El Desperado, Minoru Suzuki & Ren Narita vs Master Wato, Shota Umino & Yuji Nagata: A match that I had high expectations for and it absolutely delievered, even with the time limit draw, all six involved looked good with the MVP's of the match being Yuji Nagata and Minoru Suzuki with the fact that they tore the house down at times, in some instances quite literally with the tearing apart of the guardrails at ringside, cant wait for match #2 [*****]"

[5.0] "If not for the main event this would be a very weak show. The two opening matches are a waste of time with either boring wrestling or cringe comedy that doesn't work and really get the show off to a bad start. After that the middle three matches are all good mixed tags that don't do a ton to build feuds but, have good action. Skip the House of Torture match, you already know what happened. The main event was really good though and had a great story of Nagata's fighting spirit in his hometown."

[4.0] "The middle was decent, the first two matches not so good, the HoT match was an HoT match and at least the main event was good. Not an awesome show, too average and nothing was worth of something upper than 3* clean until the last encounter. NJPW has to improve the quality of the Road to - shows. **"
