Yuji Nagata vs. Yuma Aoyagi ist ein richtig starkes hart geführtes Match ****. |
| 2 | 25.07.2023 | Edge | 7.0 | All Japan liefert wieder eine solide Show ab mit einem richtig guten Main Event, in dem Yuma seinen großen Moment mit dem Titelgewinn über Nagata bekommt. All Japan hat mit Nagata als Champion einiges richtig gemacht. Er war ein recht guter Champion, aber es ist absolut richtig Yuma nun den Titel zu geben. Wenn sie den Titelrun richtig booken, wobei ich Ihnen das nach den letzten Monaten durchaus zutraue, dann bauen sie sich eine sehr gute Zukunft auf. Der Rest der Show war okay bis solide. V.a. der Opener, der Co Main Event und das davor stattfindende Tag Team Match haben mir noch gefallen. |

On a side note, one of the areas where Japan is far behind the US is their handling of injuries. Hes reportedly going to be ok and just had a bad stinger but it was extremely cringeworthy to see a visibly out of it Honda being dragged around the ring as the ref just stood there. The one blemish on an otherwise very good show. |
