[6.0] "A mixed show here from NWA. There were positives such as Kenzies arc throughout the show as well as the National Heavyweight, Junior Heavyweight, and Womens World Title matches. The rest ranged from pretty bad to pretty solid. Some effective build for the following nights PPV as well. I would go with the Junior Heavyweight title or the main event for MOTN. Triple threat was also rather good in spite of some interference. 5.5-6"

[4.0] "I came into this show with incredibly low expectations (thanks to dismal Crockett Cup shows), but this event was better than I expected. The only match you should go out of your way to see is the main event, which was a great match between two women who worked their socks off. There were some other enjoyable matches, including Corino/Morton & Max/Page, but none reached the heights that Kamille/Markova did. Unfortunately, the segments & matches that were bad dragged this show down. Alonzo/Homicide was pretty pointless and told no real story outside of Homicide loving Terry Funk, the Brothers of Funstruction/Magnum Muscle match was an absolute waste of time, the weigh-in segment was atrocious and generated zero hype for the Night 2 main event, and putting the tag titles on BFT is a VERY questionable decision."

[6.0] "A decent little show out of what has been overall a down period for NWA. Kamille was, once again, an MVP with a good main event rematch with Markova; the hardcore stipulation may not have exactly been in their wheelhouse but they did well with it and the finish was certainly something to see. Most of the rest was also pretty solid, with a good opener in Max vs. Paige, a pretty fun three-way hoss battle between Mason, Kratos and Odinson, and a good Junior Heavy Title match in K. Morton vs. Corino. Rebelion vs BFT, Magnum Muscle vs. clowns and the women's rumble were OK (Paige's journey through the latter after losing her title in the opener was interesting), and Cardona vs. R. Morton did its purpose in making returning Cardona visible and getting a legend on the card in his opponent. On the lesser side, something seemed off in the Homicide-Alonzo match, and Dane vs. Storm ending prematurely with what seemed to be a legitimate (but hopefully not serious) injury to Storm was unfortunate. It may not have felt like a big anniversary extravaganza (we'll see what the second part does for that), but night one was a decent enough event in its own right."

[6.0] "My first NWA show so i didn't know what i was really getting into except being familiar with some of the talents and i was overall pretty impressed with this show highlighted by a phenomenal main event . All the title changes felt meaningful for the most part, most matches were really solid. the only two low points in my opinion were BFT v La Rebelion and JaneDax v TimStorm. Overall a okay little show."

[3.0] "Not a great event to be honest, there were only three matches that I did enjoy, the rest were not so great and the booking decisions should have been looked at further and changed. Kenzie Paige vs Max The Impaler: A okay match but the result should not have been surprising as Max The Impaler proved that Max is the most dominant person in the women's division, Kenzie Paige did try and match Max but couldn't [*3/4]. Kratos vs Odinson vs Silas Mason: This match was between three big men and it was okay but the attempted title belt uses, Pollo Del Mar getting involved in the match ruined it slightly unfortunately [**]. Homicide vs Joe Alonzo: Not a good match, Homicide out in Terry Funk gear and yet didn't follow in Funk's footsteps by selling moves and spots well, by not selling Alonzo's moves at all, and the end was stupid [-*]. Dak Draper & Mims vs Ruffo The Clown & Yabo The Clown: This match was not worthy of being on PPV, worthy of being on an episode of Powerrr, with the clowning around pardon the pun [*]. Colby Corino vs Kerry Morton: An actually decent match, with a surprising result with Colby Corino winning the title, a decent end to the reign of Kerry Morton [***]. Jax Dane vs Tim Storm: Wtf was the point of this match, the booking was all wrong, it shouldn't have ended the way it did, should have gone longer [DUD]. Women's Gauntlet Match: Enjoyable gauntlet, with some cool moments, Kenzie Paige winning was the right way to go after she lost her title earlier in the night to Max The Impaler, who impressed as well with their dominance over the other participants [***3/4]. Matt Cardona vs Ricky Morton: This was not good, Cardona disrespected a legend within the business in Morton, the end was not good when Cardona had to lower the tone with a low blow [1/2*]. La Rebelion vs Blunt Force Trauma: This match I could click with to be honest, BFT are not ready to be champions yet, and the booking decision was all over the shop with this one [*1/4]. Kamille vs Natalia Markova: An enjoyable that had some cool and brutal moments, Kamille continuing to prove that she is a dominant champion, Natalia Markova nearly winning the match more than once I was on the edge of my seat [****1/4]"

[5.0] "Not a great start to the Anniversary Show. They built the night around Kenzie Paige (which was sensible and worked pretty well) but hadn't done enough to set up most of the issues on the card. Three no-DQ matches on the night is at least two too many. With so many titles in this company, you'd think that they would just focus in on their championship matches for the Anniversary Show and do those well, rather than trying to get everyone on the card. Instead they're loaded up like discount Wrestlemania."
