[7.0] "Good event. Great final for not so great Champion Carnival. Special tag match featuring Naito vs. Miyahara was quite heated. I really liked junior title match and Vodoo Murders vs. Kongo feud. Everything alse was not actually interesting, even comedy match didn't really help the undercard feel fresher."
"Solid show from All Japan with a terrific Champion Carnival final. Jr. Heavyweight Championship match was good as well. Hats off to the crowd, too. They were animated and engaged and helped elevate the show.. Lets hope this propels the company into a good second half of the year."
[7.0] "Pretty good show! Thought the main event was great, and really enjoyed both AJPW vs NJPW matches (Young Lions & LIJ/ZSJ matches). Hot crowd helped too, but my god I think Voodoo Murderers are even worse than House of Torture!"
"Very good show. They drew well and put on a show that will hopefully get people excited to come back. Main event and semi main both managed to have a good bit of drama despite having obvious winners since an outsider was not likely to win the carnival. One of the better AJPW shows this year."
[6.0] "This was my first time watching AJPW and I thought it was fairly fun. The show started and ended really well. The match of the night was the champion carnival finals. But I also liked The opener and the Junior Heavyweight title match. A lot of the mid card was pretty meh though and it was a very long show, which effects my rating a bit, but I can see that this is a enjoyable promotion worth watching more of for sure. 6/10"
[7.0] "This was a pretty loaded show on paper, unfortunately only three matches delivered (Doi vs. Tamura and last two matches), but that crowd was awesome from start to finish and made this show feel lively and fun, like whatever was happening in the ring actually mattered and people wanted to see it. Shotaro Ashino winning CC is a big surprise for me because I lost faith in him being pushed over the last few years, but when it was his time to shine he was ready to do it - this match was all about him persevering, surviving, refusing to lose and using every chance he got. It was amazing to see him being cheered fan favorite, and when he won it felt like a big moment."
