[7.0] "D'Angelo Family Vs Pretty Deadly trunk tag match is solid, the mixed tag match is good and Hayes Vs Waller is fantastic, but Breakker Vs Chase and Femi Vs Mensah are both generic squashes and both women's matches were real bad. Overall NXT Spring Breakin' (2023) is a solid show with some good stuff in it."

[7.0] "A slightly disappointing show for a special episode. The main event was ok but Indi's injury probably spoiled part of the match. The rivalry between Valkyria and Jade was a really average match when I think both can do much better. The squash matches brought what it should bring. The men's title match was good and enjoyable to watch despite some inconsistent spots. The good surprise comes from the mixed tag, I didn't expect much and in the end it was probably the second best match of the card because the opener was very simple in its execution and we will remember the final angle at the end of the show. Show seen on the WWE Network."

[4.0] "Not a good special episode of NXT. The trunk match was decent, didn't live up to expectations (5.5/10). Cora vs Lyra was a mess with a really weird finish (3/10). The NXT Title match was a solid first defense for Carmelo while Waller looked good (7.5/10). The mixed tag team match was fine, nothing special, but at least it finally ended that stupid story (5/10). The main event had an unfortunate injury, though the match wasn't any good before that. Indi deserves credit for coming back out to finish (3/10). Overall, this was a mediocre show. 4/10"

[6.0] "This is my first NXT show since 2019 when I stopped watching wrestling, and it's not that bad. I enjoyed most of the matches, and there's definitely some great talent on the NXT roster (Carmelo Hayes, Grayson Waller and Roxanne Perez to name a few). It definitely feels more like a developmental show than it did during its golden years, but I still found it to be a pretty fun watch."

[4.0] "The inflation for these shows is tremendous. Moving on to the show, by the end of it you got 3 wrestlers injured and bunch of bad matches, alright and only one truly good match match that had a botched finish. The usual bad delivery of promos is here (shoutout to Roxanne) and bad skits (what in the world was that Scrypts segment) Bron does look like a killer now, which is a good thing. All in all, a bad special with a dire crowd."

[9.0] "As a special show, it delivered the very goods. Nice matches, storyline endings/continuations and all."

[5.0] "This is okay at best but the best highlight was easily the NXT title match between carmelo Hayes and Grayson waller"

[5.0] "This show should be a sort of mini Premium Event but what i see was a normal weekly tuesday night show there were too much useless promo that broke the rhythm of the episode, i think that apart of NXT Champion match and the mixed Teen Drama Tag team match that impressed me positively, the rest of the show was forgettable, in the main event there was injury of Indi so I can't evaluate something compromised. If it was a normal episode of NXT can be worth a 6, but it wasn't, so..."

[5.0] "Matches announced for this episode was really good but it turned out to not be that great especially the main event where was a lot of botches and was just so slow. The best match was Carmelo vs Grayson but it wasnt as good as could be porobably due to injury that happen to Grayson."

[8.0] "This was a great show with a very unfortunate ending. The final match completely fell of the rails right as it started as it felt none of the girls really clicked at all. Spots looked messy until an actual injury happened which left the two challengers spinning their wheels. The rest of the show though was fantastic and more than makes up for the borderline tragic main event."

[6.0] "A better TV special than New Years Evil earlier this year and about on par with Roadblock. The TV specials have taken a considerable hit in overall quality compared to 2.0. Grayson/Carmelo had the clear MOTN and most other stuff was ranging from pretty good like the Briggs match to pretty rough. I have found that these TV specials have even lacked in comparison to a lot of the regular weekly episodes of NXT (as seen when looking at the overall ratings of the shows on here this year as well.)"

[4.0] "the Trunk Tag Team Match was a bit messy in spots but at the end of the day served it's purpose of likely getting pretty deadly to the main roster so a 5/10 Bron Breakker defeats Andre Chase at barely over 2 minutes all this did was further the bron heel character a little bit...grade NA Cora Jade defeats Lyra Valkyria these 2 ladies both have talent but the match was a little disjointed towards the end as a wrestler valkyria has the higher ceiling but cora may be the predetermined one going forward and she still needs some in ring work--5.5/10 WWE NXT Title Match- easily the match of the night and hayes showed why he's regarded as a special talent and the steps that waller has taken forward as an all around performer has been a treat to watch.a very solid 8.25/10 Mixed Tag Team Match-not really alot to take from this one but it served it's purpose as an entertaning filler match 4/10 Oba Femi defeats Oro Mensah--lots of work to do but a decent showcase for oba --grade na WWE NXT Women's Title Triple Threat Match-this was not good and all 3 ladies looked for a large portion of the match like they were moving in slow motion and several other portion were quite sloppy but the match did prove one thing..none of these women are ready for the main roster yet--grade 2.5/10 overall for the show 4/10"
