[5.0] "Another woefully average effort by RCW this time out, made even less enjoyable by the shocking camera work early on. Like, I'm pretty sure hard cam was further back than usual, and also bizarrely the hard cam seemed to flutter or shake? RCW have been at this venue numerous time before, so how could they mess this up so badly? ! As for the matches [1st match] Good opener; both guys did some impressive moves, but none of it felt like it meant much. ***1/2 after the match Hayter cut a promo wanting to know when his match with Chris Basso will take place, and apparently the answer is December 2099, so remember to write that in your diaries... whenever they come out. In all seriousness Hayter likely is gonna snap and force this match forward by several decades. [2nd match] Essentially a handicap match at times, as the heels took it in turns attacking the much smaller Vinny, sometimes taking advantage of openings to try steal a pin, leading to an eventual fallout between the heels. **1/2 [3rd match] Fun enjoyable sprint. *** [4th match] Good, but felt like they were going through the motions to run down the clock at times. *** [5th match] A bit dull, and it made Delta look like a weak challenger for Cadie Tre's title, as she was pretty much dominated by newcomer Gibson. ** [Main] Quite an interesting gimmick match. So essentially it's a 4 way 6 person ladder mini-rumble match (1 team member each started the match, the others came out at 1 minute intervals), with the winning team able to all jointly hold the title (freebirds rule), something which I hate, but oh well. Match itself was lots of doing nothing until everyone came out. There were table bumps, a stage dive and even a Canadian destroyer through a ladder, but none of these spots were truly memorable or got decent pops. I knew right from the start who was going to win, and they really dragged it out too long. Don't really understand the fallout tease between The Old Guard already, not do I really care... this faction is terrible. ***1/4"
