[5.0] "I didn't think this show was very strong to be honest. The best things on the show was Austin and Rocks promo with it setting their first match together, Taka vs Storm was pretty good and also the continuation of the Undertaker and Kane storyline. Kane interrupted Takers first match since his defeat at Hell in a Cell and theres a great promo exchange with him and Paul Bearer where Taker refuses to fight his brother and tries to reason with him. The New Age Outlaws vs Bradshaw handicap Hardcore match was surprisingly decent for what it was. The show just felt a little flat for me overall and you could see it was deflating to the crowd that none of the Hart Foundation shows up after Bret had left the company the previous night. The opening segment was pretty bad because of Shamrock's comments to Chyna and it lead to a poorly booked main event where Shamrock is booked in exactly the same way as the last two weeks where he makes Triple H tap out, but loses to him despite being the #1 contender. (I stand corrected. The show ends after Triple H was about to win and the following week it's revealed Sgt. Slaughter stopped the count). Jeff Jarrett's video airs one week too late and it showed because he challenged Bret Hart to a match."

[7.0] "I thoroughly enjoyed this RAW. The opening segment with Shamrock and DX was fun. Taka vs Devon Storm was also a fun sprint. We get our first glimpse into the future with a Rock/Austin promo. The main event however felt flat for me."

"Good show. Nice to see the feud between Austin and Rock get set up. The show does go off the air before the final match finishes. What's that all about?"

[6.0] "All the matches on the show aren't good because the light heavyweight match and the main event were also solid enough. The opening segment gave Shawn a new challenger, although not sure why Shamrock cant beat Triple H because he's about to challenge for the title. Austin and Rock have their 1st segment ever and it was cool. No Hart Foundation sucks however"

[8.0] "A very underrated show. The only matches of any length are both solid, and the card fillers are largely inoffensive. Great promo work throughout."

[6.0] "Descent episode after SS focused on DX. Ken Shamrock is a bad title contender but they made this storyline interesting with a cool opening segment. Other moments that I need to mention are continuation of Kane/Taker feud and start of epic Rock vs Steve Austin rivalry. Except from that there are nothing really interesting. No Hart Foundation so episode has many midcard division segments."
