Bei beiden stimmt mich das Resultat aber etwas traurig, da ich sowohl Shota Umino als auch Hirooki Goto gern weiter hätte kommen sehen. Bei David Finlay sehe ich im Gegensatz zu Tama Tonga allerdings auch den Wert in einem möglicherweise guten Abschneiden im Cup. Bei Tonga weiß ich nicht so recht. Seine 15 Minuten Ruhm scheinen gekommen und gegangen zu sein. |

| 6 | 11.06.2023 | DarkPrince | 2.0 | Nach dem starken 9. Tag vom New Japan Cup, bringt New Japan einen unglaublich unbrauchbaren Tag, direkt danach. Alle Matches bis zu den Turnier Matches waren unglaublich schlecht und es wäre schön wenn es das schon gewesen wäre, aber auch beide New Japan Cup Quarter Final Matches konnten mich einfach überhaupt nicht unterhalten. Shota Umino und David Finlay waren die einzigen beiden hier, die wenigstens was brauchbares hinlegen wollten. Tama Tonga und Hirooki Goto zeigten dann im Main Event ein einfach nur Solides Match ohne irgewas Sehenswertes. Schade finde ich auch das Shota hier nicht gegen Finlay gewinnt, aber das passt Dann mal wieder zu dem übertriebenen Aufbau David Finlay's. Umino vs. Finlay (***3/4) & Tama Tonga vs. Goto (***). Insgesamt 2 Punkte für diesen schlechten New Japan Cup Tag. |

Good openers and closers, but what helps this out is all the cup drama. I can't wait to see who wins and how it all plays out. |
