[9.0] "To this date it still remains by far, the best produced money in the bank show under Triple H. The crowd was incredible as expected. Both ladder matches were great, the undercard stuff was generally pretty good even though a couple matches gave off Raw vibes rather than PLE vibes lol. But The women's tag match over delivered to me. The John Cena's segment was great, he made Grayson waller look fantastic and it's just a good surprise too. I don't even need to comment on the main event. Such a good show in my opinion."

Overall WWE Money In The Bank (2023) is fantastic show."

Two insanely good ladder matches, some let downs, but not that bad. The surprises were definitely there aswell. Starting from a fifty-fifty ladder match where the crowd thought la knight would win, to Baszler turning on ronda leading to the hype at summerslam. A weak mid card later, the womens ladder match was the match of the night for me. Great star power, and an unusual ending. penultimate was a downgrade, but the main event was a surprising yet awesome match. overall, a ppv where stuff went bad, but what went good was insanely good."

Both MITB matches were excellent with the right people winning even thought at the time i wanted LA Knight to win but in hindsight Priest was the right call. And the main event was super fun and monumental with Roman Reigns being pinned for the first time in nearly 4 years by Jey Uso the same man who first pinned him when he debuted on the main roster with the Sheild 10 years prior."

Womens tag title match was forgettable, and the 3v3 womens tag later in the show as well. Cody vs Dom is fun but I still think Brock should have cost Cody match. Seth v Finn was really good and the main event is not my favorite bloodline match personally."

My best friend finally convinced me to watch WWE and thought I'd start with this event because it was coming up. Seeing the men's MITB ladder match as the first ever match I've seen has made ladder matches my overall favorite type of match. I enjoyed all these matches going into it completely blind and highly recommend this event. Especially some things happening that I didn't know were a big deal such as Drew returning and Jey pinning Roman. My only gripe at the time was what happened during Finn & Seth's match (mainly because I didn't and still don't want to see Judgement Day break up lol) but I love the long term story telling. I would highly recommend this event for someone's first time watching WWE or wrestling as a whole. 9/10 for me!"

[8.0] "The key to a Money in the Bank show ranking highly often rests on whether the titular matches delivered, and they did that night. Feel free to disagree, but I think the right winners won very good ladder matches, though I have a slight preference for the Women's match just barely. The Intercontinental and World Heavyweight Championship matches were both solid in their own right but both left you wanting more. While we would get that for Finn vs Seth, this would never be the case for Riddle and Gunther. The Women's Tag match was OK but not outstanding while Cody vs Dominik felt like pure filler, especially with Brock not coming out that night, but it was not awful. And then there's the main event, which was a very good tag team match with captivating storytelling. Each participant played their notes right and it resulted in a satisfying payoff when Jey Uso pinned Roman Reigns clean in the middle of the ring. I wish it led to Jey winning the title but we all knew it wouldnt happen. Regardless, Money in the Bank was overall a pretty good show, worthy of an 8/10. Sure some matches could have been better, but with a good in-ring display combined with a great crowd and good stories, the show was definitely a highlight of the year."

[6.0] "Everything here was just a filler before The Bloodline Civil War. And some of that filler was pretty decent - the men's Money in the Bank Match did their thing, Cody vs Dominik was okay and Rollins vs Balor wasn't bad, although it still lacked the world title match feeling. The main event though was fantastic with an all-time great moment with Jey finally pinning Roman. Good show with a great atmosphere delivered by the British crowd."

[7.0] "PPV's are starting to get weaker each month. Backlash was kinda saved by Io vs Bianca, Priest vs Bunny and the Puerto Rico crowd, Night of Champions had some good matches but besides Gunther vs Ali, the surprisingly good performance of Trish and the Jimmy Uso betrayal it didn't had anything remarkable, and this one follows that same line. Good matches, but barely anything remarkable. Both ladder matches were the best thing about the show, with the men's match being better overall and the women's match being better in the storytelling aspect. Gunther vs Matt Riddle and Seth vs Bálor were good matches, but disappointing. Women's Tag Match didn't make any sense with the Shayna betrayal out of nowhere. John Cena surprise segment was cool, but I can't stand when Cena starts ass licking crowds. Never did, never will do. Grayson Waller had a huge test and he handled the situation like a pro. Drew McIntyre returning was a nice surprise also. And then, the Main Event. Great storytelling, great psychology, pure emotion, but so boring wrestling and a lot of overbooking. This show was a mix of Triple H and Vince McMahon styles of booking, and having those Vince touches all over the show made me not enjoy this as much as I could've done."

[6.0] "The show overall was decent. Both MITB matches was good but nothing outstanding. IYO SKY winning was a good choice, as opposed to Damien Priest. The Cody/Dominik match was a waste of time and looked like a nothing TV match. Gunther/Riddle was a disappointment. It was too short and another waste of a PPV match. The women tag match was just a filler. Rollins/Balor was another disappointment and too short. The main event was very good with typical Roman Reigns match formula nowadays. The story was cool and the reaction was great. Moreover, the UK crowd was amazing as always, which helped the show a lot."

There wasn't an excellent match, but all stories moved forward and I want to see what happens next, hence I feel this PPV was successful. The British crowd was amazing as always and the mid-show segment was a really good surprise. I still expected more from a couple of matches, but nice show."

It may not be nearly perfect (the Elimination Chamber comes to mind) but as expected, it was a blast from start to finish."

These PPVs could do with fewer adverts, it sort of feels like they are treating the audience like idiots when they're using most of the time between matches to hawk some unrelated stuff like Mission Impossible or a car."

"London proved without a doubt that that city could play host to a WrestleMania in the future, potentially becoming the first WrestleMania outside of North America. Technically and memorably, WWE hit it out of the park and these international PLEs are changing the way fans and the company treat the B level events. Match #1: Mens Money in the Bank (****) I really enjoyed the way this ladder match was structured and produced as the main gripe when it comes to ladder matches is they dont feel like chases up the ladder. With the exception of a spot or two, this one really did. I know most wanted LA Knight to win, but he will get his time with more a build. Match #2: Womens Tag Title Match (**3/4) Really crisp action between four pros, but nothing out of this world until the ending sequence. The turn from Shayna totally caught me off guard and Rondas sell of the Oblivion was wonderful. Match #3: Gunther v. Riddle (***1/4) A slightly disappointing match just based purely on my own expectations and the short length, but I enjoyed the limb work and Gunthers ability to end matches with multiple moves. Amazing return for McIntyre post match. Match #4: Rhodes v. Dirty Dom (**1/2) Simple. Sweet. The perfect example of a beloved babyface destroying the nasty heel. An unannounced appearance and sincere promo by John Cena teasing WrestleMania in London only to be interrupted by Grayson Waller was one of the best surprises of the night and Waller easily hung with one of the best ever. Match #5: Womens Money in the Bank (****) In the early stages, this match felt a bit more contrived and disjointed compared to the mens, but as the match progressed, there was a real rhythm and story to each encounter. This match was flooded with originality and that ending may be my favorite in MITBs history. Match #6: Bàlor v. Rollins (***1/2) I think I preferred this more than others, but Bálor and Rollins continue to tell a neatly woven story simply through their matches, as if each one builds on the last. Their chemistry is great and, in this match in particular compared to their World Title Tournament Semi Final, was far more hard hitting and intense. Match #7: The Bloodline v. The Usos (****1/4) Like nearly all of Romans matches since McIntyre at Clash 2022, the rating is based more upon the wider story and the way the audience is completely trapped into this. The small details like Jeys low blow kickout, Michael Coles call of Do you believe in miracles and the final nail in the Bloodline coffin of Romans first pin fall since 2019 coming from Jey Uso himself. Pure storytelling cinema that continues to keep me gripped as more a television drama than an outright wrestling story."

It was nice to see Io Shirai got a good reaction when she won MITB match, easily my favorite match on the show."

[7.0] "Decent overall effort. The men's and women's MITB matches were both solid examples of the match type, the "Bloodline Civil War" main event delivered on the combination of solid ringwork and heavy melodrama that's characterized most of the storyline; and the other matches all featured decent-to-good ringwork as well. There are some nitpicks as well - a strong case can be made for LA Knight being the rightful winner of the men's MITB; the Baszler heel turn did kind of come out of nowhere (at least the match vs. Rousey is one of the few interesting matches Rousey has left); Gunther vs. Riddle, while fine, was both on the short side and also not as good as either the last several Gunther title defenses or the matches these two have had in the past in other promotions; Cody's just kind of spinning his wheels since the Mania loss; and in a broad personal opinion, the MITB cash-in concept has been well played-out for a number of years now. But this certainly wasn't a bad show, and was mostly enjoyable to watch."

John Cena promoting WrestleMania in UK was a nice surprise, Shayna turning on her partner Ronda was unexpected, Damian Priest becoming Señor Money in the Bank was also unexpected. Congratulations to the winners. Now, it'll be interesting to see what Iyo and Damien do. And also what will Solo do?"

The women's MITB was also very solid and the right woman won there. The main event felt special, but it did have the usual Roman Reigns big match formula, still a very fitting main event to close out a good show where the crowd was super into everything."

Both MITB matches were very good, and I thought the women's match was slightly better. The tag title match was solid, but the finish was messed up because of the turn. Gunther/Riddle was good for 7 minutes, and Cody/Dom was exactly what it should have been so that was good. Seth/Finn was nothing considering it was a world title match, and that finish was just bad. Romans's main event formula isn't for everyone but I thought the main event was great. Also Drew comeback was nicely done, and seeing John Cena is always cool him & Waller had a nice little segment"

The rest of the card was just super solid, with the worst part being the Cena/Waller section due to it being a bit too long. The quality of 2023 WWE PLE's continue to deliver."

[8.0] "Money in the Bank 2023 was the very first PPV I've ever seen live, due to the unusually accommodating hour, so I'll keep a good memory of it. It was overall a very enjoyable show, with a great main event and no particularly bad matches. The men's ladder match was the second best match of the night. It was very nice to see only midcarders, with no big names, competing for the briefcase. Obviously everyone was waiting for an LA Knight win, but Priest's victory will create a very interesting dynamic with Judgment Day, and especially Knight came this close to winning, so that means they haven't thrown in the towel with him. The match itself was enjoyable, pleasant and flowing, despite not being one of the best Money in the Bank ladder matches ever made (****1/4). The women's tag match was the only match I wasn't interested in, but in the end it was short and passed without too many problems. I'm happy Liv and Raquel won, that's all (**3/4). Gunther vs Matt Riddle was undoubtedly a good match, like any self-respecting Gunther match, but it left a bitter taste in my mouth. I'm not a big fan of matches where you go to target a specific part of the body, plus I would have given at least a quarter of an hour to two like Riddle and Gunther. For an episode of SmackDown it would have been optimal, but on PPV I was expecting a little gem. With a better duration and without sore limbs they would be able to offer it to us (***1/2). Cody Rhodes vs Dominik Mysterio was nothing special from a technical point of view, but thanks to the massive cheering of the crowd I let myself be pleasantly entertained (***1/4). I found the women's ladder match sufficient and nothing more, with some nice spots but absolutely nothing special. The absolute protagonist is obviously Iyo Sky, with the fantastic moonsault from the top of a ladder and the brilliant ending (***). I liked Seth Rollins vs Finn Balor, even though I wanted a special stipulation. The ending was interesting and as I said it will set off some interesting dynamics (***3/4). The main event is, psychologically and story-wise, sublime. It was emotional, and it was the scenario of a pinfall that we will remember for years to come (****1/2). The average rating would be 7, 43, but I'll round it to 8 because of the special meaning for me"

How the fk Seth who is supposed to be the world champion can't get more than 12 minutes when Reigns got 32 minutes to do a match that can be done in 15 ? ------------- The MITB matches are very mid but elevated by two good finish, the womens tag was just an angle and a bad one, the IC title match was good but deserved much more time, Cody vs Dominik and Seth vs Finn were some TV matches not PPV worthy at all, and the main event was great even if the first 10 minutes can make an insomniac fall asleep. What nonsense; Impressive how the public became with the entrance of Cody Rhodes, it shows that they know how to recognize true talent in the European public; There is no doubt that the European public is the craziest and hottest public for sports, I hope that future Wrestlemania in United Kingdom is not selling smoke, the presence of John Cena is also very nice; The women's MITB match was very good, totally recommended, even the storytelling was used and all had an acceptable performance; Rollins Vs Balor, it could have been better, it's not a quality match for PPV, Priest's contribution as a distraction did give it a spicier touch; The soap opera match was nice, I'm glad The Usos won."

Like why did the pointless John Cena and Grayson Waller segment go on for what felt like 3 decades, but the IC title match only got 8 minutes? Why did the main event go on for half an hour, when only about 15 minutes of the match is worth watching, but Seth vs Finn only got 12 minutes? Aside from the horrendous time management, the ladder matches were both good and had the right winners (even though I would've preferred LA Knight to win the Men's) and the crowd was hot all night, so this show was pretty enjoyable overall, but some matches did feel like they should've been longer."

[7.0] "Not gonna lie, I don't watch the WWE product really, other than the PPV's, so I get any information about what happened on the weekly shows, from 411Mania reviews. Thought this was a decent show. The opening MITB Ladder Match was a pretty good spotfest, with the complete wrong guy winning. The crowd was molten hot for LA Knight, even booing Englishman Pete Dunne in his home country when the two were trading blows on the top of a ladder and they decided to put the briefcase on Damien Priest, which to me was baffling. There was a scary botch between Ricochet & Logan Paul with Logan nearly landing on his head from a Ricochet Spanish Fly onto two tables. Glad he's ok. ***1/2. The women's tag title match was fine. Thought I'd see a dominant display by Shayna & Ronda, easily defeating the former champions who never got beat, but it ended with a Shayna Baszler turn, which was a surprise and not really in a good way. Thought Shayna & Ronda could have been the team to establish the women's tag titles from it being a total nothing belt. But I guess not.**1/2. I've seen Gunther and Riddle mix it up in PWG & Evolve a few times, and their previous matches were total bangers, but this match was done, to make Gunther look like a killer and it succeeded. *** Drew Mcintryre coming out to confront Gunther and dropping the IC Champion was a good surprise, which will probably result in Drew vs Gunther at Summerslam. Cody vs Dominik was a very average match, to give Cody a win, Dominik still sucks. The Women's MITB was a lot better than the men's. Iyo looked like a total star, it continued the feud between Becky, Zoey and Trish well and it teased dissension between Bayley & Iyo well. The finish was very smart with Iyo handcuffing Bayley & Lynch, so she could take advantage and win. Unlike the men's match, the right person won, ****. Rollins vs Balor was pretty good. The one thing that messed with me, is when watching the hype promo, I don't get why we were supposed to root against Balor. Everything he said was true. Rollins laughed in his face when he had to relinquish the belt and was a total dick about it in the build-up, so why should we root for Seth. The match itself was decent, with Balor dominating Rollins throughout and having the match won after a couple of Coup De Grace's on the outside then setting up another until he was distracted by Priest, resulting in Rollins getting the win. Guess this will lead to the break up of Judgement Day. ***1/4. The Bloodline Civil War was real good. Proper big fight feel. The acting in the match was a bit cringe and the kickout by Jey, by low-blowing Reigns was a cool call back. And Jimmy & Jay beating Reigns the same way they did years ago was cool too. Really good but overrated like most Reigns matches. ****. The show was probably a 6 but the Cena promo and the amazing crowd bumped the show up a point. The crowd showed why English fans are some of the best in the world. 7/10"

[10.0] "Great PLE with some really cool moments and brilliant including one of the best tag team matches I've seen WWE put on in a very long time, nice to see John Cena make an appearance live in London for the PLE to try and get Wrestlemania in London. Men's Money In The Bank Ladder Match: A decent MITB ladder match, where the lack of World Championships within their respective WWE Careers was a factor in my expectations being low going into this match, but all 7 looked great, some cool moments, with Logan Paul and Ricochet once again stole the show with incredible moments like the Spanish Fly through the tables on the outside. Damian Priest was a worthy winner even if i'm not sold on his current persona (****1/4). Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler vs Raquel Rodriguez and Liv Morgan: Good back and forth action between the two teams with my thinking that Rousey and Baszler were gonna win, but Baszler attacking Rousey was a complete shock and look forward to where they head with this between the two, Raquel and Liv deserve another reign as champions considering how their last one ended (***). Gunther vs Matt Riddle: This was a decent title defence for Gunther even though Riddle was hurt with his ankle heading into the match, had it had been a bit longer time wise, it would have been even better (***). Cody Rhodes vs Dominik Mysterio: My expectations had been low with this match heading into the PLE but it was half decent, the outcome was a bit obvious, with Cody Rhodes winning the match, Rhea Ripley really needs to stop trying to get involved every time Dominik competes, but it was still enjoyable (***). Women's Money In The Bank Ladder Match: The better of the 2 MITB ladder matches this year, with the action being more compelling with the teasing of DAMAGE CNTRL possibly breaking up as a unit and Becky Lynch with Trish Stratus and Zoey Stark, IYO SKY winning made sense and the way she won the match was funny when she handcuffed Lynch and Bayley (****1/2). Seth Rollins vs Finn Balor: Due to the ribs affecting Seth Rollins, I had not high hopes he would even be able to compete let alone retain his title against a very game Finn Balor, Damian Priest coming out and teasing cashing in his MITB briefcase was actually quite genius even if it did cost Balor the match and the chance of winning the title. this was still a good match (***1/2). Bloodline Civil War Match: The best tag team match I've watched that WWE have put on in a long time, Roman Reigns being pinned by Jey Uso, with Reigns not being pinned or submitted in 3 and 1/2 years was shocking, I am glad that Solo Sikoa did not betray Reigns and The Usos deserved this win after all the stuff Reigns put them through and also the loss of their Tag Team Championships as well, worthy of a higher rating than 5* by the WON in my opinion (*****1/2)"

"The main event match went long. I was very tired by the end of the show and was just waiting for whatever storyline progression was inevitably coming. The matches were all good but no moment stood out above the rest. I wish LA Knight would have won the briefcase, it would have been a great star-making moment. Overall I would give this show a 7/10."

[7.0] "Money In The Bank Ladder Match-quite well done and everyone got their time to shine throughout and priest winning does make sense with his booking the last few months and should make things interesting going forward as to how the briefcase will tie into the judgement day storyline. logan paul however does not have enough in ring reps to be trying a move like that and it more than showed. both him and ricochet could have been seriously hurt or worse 7.75/10 for the match--WWE Women's Tag Team Title Match-this did really nothing for anyone involved in a positive way and certainly didn't do anything for the tag belts credibility and the shayna turn out of nowhere really made zero sense especially after just winning the titles 4/10--Gunther (c) defeats Matt Riddle- this was a match that could have stole the show but instead was given the least amount of ring time so it under delivered especially given the talent of the 2 men involved and their previous meetings outside of wwe 7/10 Cody Rhodes defeats Dominik Mysterio this at time times looked like it was in slow motion with dom running around visibly ok now i go over here so in the hopes of making dom look better than he actually is this missed it's goal 5.5/10 Womens Money In The Bank Ladder Match, this was quite well done with some creative spots and zoey looked especially good throughout and iyo winning was the right call of all the women involved 8.25/10 Seth Rollins (c) defeats Finn Balor this was another match that had the potential going in to steal the show but never really got out of 3rd gear so similar to the gunther riddle match it somewhat fell short 7.25/10 The Usos (Jey Uso & Jimmy Uso) defeat The Bloodline a bit of a slow plodding affair for most of the match due to it being a more story based match light on in ring action..story was well told and an interesting booking decision with roman eating a pin in a tag match so overall for the match a solid 8.25/10..overall for the show it was bad but not great either so pretty much the standard upper mid"
