[7.0] "Great episode of Raw Is War, Brian Pillman cuts a great promo in the beginning same goes for Bret Hart. He did a promo on the ramp cause his in a wheelchair since last week. Owen vs Rocky was a really fun match with Owen winning the IC title and The Hart Foundation celebrating. Vader destroys Jesse James and Jim Ross tries to interview him and Vader tried to attack him only for Ken Shamrock to save him. Goldust had another match with HHH, this feud is really a non stop feud. Finally Undertaker face Bulldog but at some point Owen came down and attacked Taker but Austin came down and that led to Owen and Bulldog to leave the ring then Austin and Taker started fighting and they gave us a brief before the PPV. At some point Austin spots Hart at the ramp and as he approaches him Jim fucking Neidhart comes out of nowhere and attacks Austin. A really nice episode."

[7.0] "Brian Pillman is gold! So many fun moments and promos from him. It's another Raw where the focus is on Austin's feud with the Hart Foundation and they are just all over the show. Hart cuts another great promo on the ramp where he is now in a wheelchair after last week. Owen v Rocky is a fun match where Owen takes the IC Title and Bulldog's celebration after the match was hilarious because of how childlike it was. The episode ends where Jim Neidhart returns to become the latest member of the Hart Foundation and he helps Bret set up Austin where he takes a tumble off the stage. This show is heavily reliant on the storylines as again the match quality is largely hit and miss. Bulldog vs Undertaker is an okay main, but it doesn't go long enough to really leave an impression, but it does give us a brief Austin/Undertaker show down before the PPV match."

"A bit of a lean episode, but Rocky's first title reign ends (Owen Hart: "Look at all that gold, we're rich! ") and the Stone Cold-Hart Foundation feud proceeds despite his upcoming title shot against the Undertaker (with the surprise return of Jim Neidhart! ). Other storylines tread water: Jesse Jammes is squashed, Billy Gunn loses again, and Goldust and Triple H have yet another bout."

[7.0] "An up and down show, but the Hart Foundation/Austin stuff was damn good. Pillman's back, and cuts a pretty good promo, which was my highlight of the show. Maivia/Owen was sloppy at times but it was the best match of the night. Please god stop the Rockabilly shit."

[8.0] "Great episode, like last week it has many good segments but this time some matches are good too. Opening segment is little weird and too long but not bad. First match is descent. Promo from Bret Hart is simply good like everytime. Owen vs Rocky is surprisingly very good. Rock's IC title rein finally ended. Vader's interview is a cool moment. Hunter vs Goldust is very short and overbooked unfortunately as well as the main event."

[7.0] "This rating is just for Owen/Rocky: JR's apt description of Rocky's 1st IC run, 'a rocky ride, ' obviously also applies to his first 14-16 months of in-ring competition. The first couple minutes features generic Rocky babyface offense after which Owen slyly drops down sending Rocky over-the-rope. It's here that he willingly takes quite a dropkick to the face -> guard rail that only befits someone would later star in "Walking Tall. " A smark listening to this decent match would have heard Vince utter any babyface's words of gloom/doom, "... undergone a tremendous championship schedule... " as if other more common champions wouldn't 'agree' to take on such a schedule. It's evident that only a month after technically turning heel, and even with being injured and sitting in a wheelchair, Bret has mastered the expressions of his self-righteous king heel act of '97. A Rock's Bottom, not yet named nor put over, is kicked out at 2 1/2. Owen takes a hard bump to his right shoulder from a middle-rope back suplex. Like a true, respectful to a family friend but of course flaunting their technical acumen, Hart Owen pins and wins the IC belt with a version of a roll-up. Owen is so great - he brings the belt up-the-ramp and immediately gives it to King Bret. Always so amusing that I added an extra point to my rating. "We're rich! ""

[7.0] "There is an interesting Rocky Maivia vs Owen Hart for the Intercontinental Championship. The whole show has Bret Hart in an wheelchair. Steve Austin and Brian Pillman had their feud, and there is another Goldust vs Hunter chapter. Legion of Doom was really over, the main event ends too soon with a huge brawl."

[7.0] "Decent enough show to follow up Brian Pillman's return attack on Steve Austin that capped off last weeks awesome episode of Raw. The prayer thing was kind of weird, it seems like Pillman figured that extreme wholesomeness would = crazy amounts of heat but I don't it came off how he wanted it to. For some reason the Triple H/Goldust feud refuses to end much like Ahmed/Nation. Jim Neidhart returns to cap this Raw off and now the Hart Foundation is complete."
