[8.0] "I don't think Charles Mason belonged in this tournament, he's the only oddball of this group but other then that every match was good. The scramble I didn't care for either but at least they knew to end the card on the two best workers the last match on session 1. I'm also surprised Alec Price lost, he just won battle bowl and was on a roll in GCW, very confused here."

[8.0] "Five fabulous matches, it was noted that it is an important tournament, the wrestlers, some clearly more than others, made the grade, the Blake Vs Price and Bailey Vs Gresham matches were the most fun, the public was quite active and expectant."

[8.0] "Mostly awesome first round, every match was at least great if not superb. First and final matches were the best, but there's many highlights. I was hoping Price would go further, but otherwise these were all solid bookings."

[7.0] "A very good first part for this tournament, I enjoyed at 100%. Good matches and good booking too in my opinion."

[7.0] "Didn't really get much out of the middle portion of the show but it's anchored by a commanding Alex Shelley performance to kick off the show and two great matches to close which made it a pretty smooth, fun watch. Definitely worth cherry-picking those last two matches even if you don't have interest in watch the entire tournament."

[9.0] "Simply put, the best first round of a tournament i have ever seen, Bailey/Gresham was a classic, Janela reminded everyone he is more than a Hardcore guy, Komander is a video game. I cannot wait to watch the second session later today. Fantastic event."
