[8.0] "A outstanding event with the expectations worthwhile. The main event tag with El Genérico & KENTA on one side beated Nigel McGuinness and not Nakajima but Davey Richards in a back and forth battle that KENTA & Davey battled hard with kicks. A singles match in the states would have the next tour rocking. Founder of the original ROH logo fought Brandon Marino, Austin Aries apologizes to Erick Stevens and Matt Cross saying he knows now theres potential in a team and its the ANX aka his boys. Then beat them in the ring. A young Claudio Castagnoli beats Jerry Lynn and Brent Albright. Sterling James aka the Jim Jones of pro wrestling complained bout the lack of support in Elizabeth Pennsylvania as he lost to the former enforcer of the age. Speaking of which, a famous tag match of The Age Of The Fall vs former member Tyler Black & shoeless Nerco Butcher where they bashed and crashed into the floor, epic encounter & could been the best contest of the night next to the main event. Austin Aries vs Roderick Strong was soundly striking and beautifully artistic. Bryan Danielson vs Mike Quackenbush in his heaviest form was kinda bad dispute good offence. It is a good show and ROH always is the best wrestling company in the states."
[7.0] "ROH's previous event 'Insanity Unleashed' felt like a step in the right direction for the promotion, which has certainly seen better days since Adam Pearce was placed in charge. While unmistakably a B-Show, this felt like a return to form for Ring of Honor. There was far less overbooking (the only interference finish made perfect sense) and seemingly a renewed emphasis on competitive wrestling instead of unappealing shenanigans. It was far from peak ROH, but it was a definitely a good show and much better than it looked on paper. With the exception of major shows like Final Battle, this could very well be the best show so far since Pearce has taken over. Hopefully the promotion keeps moving in this direction as 2009 continues."
