[5.0] "Mixed bag show, nothing great but some stuff good, nothing really bad except that horrifying landing by Sabu, which also clearly threw the entire end of the show out of whack, but they still pulled it together as well as possible. Tag title match was my favorite I think. Good angle with Sandman."

[4.0] "November to Remember 1994 is one of the weaker moments in ECW at this time. They are still shifting from NWA affiliated territory to rebranding into the ECW we'd know and love in 1995 and onward. Jt Smith vs. Hack Myers and Bad Breed vs. Pitbulls were short matches that really didn't give us anything worth watching so it's completely skippable. Scorpio vs. Hughes was a horrible follow up match. Scorpio is amazing in the ring, but Mr. Hughes's ability in ring just completely took the match down in quality. Dreamer vs. Cairo was alright. In fact, it's one of the better matches on the show (and my choice of MOTN). The KO finish was cool. Douglas vs. Simmons was very uneventful. Simmons beat the shit outta Douglas for 6 minutes before Douglas steals a victory to retain. Scorpio and Simmons beat up Douglas then we get Malenko vs. Tazmaniac, which was awful. It's a rare Dean Malenko match that made both men look bad. The chloroform towel ending was stupid and wasn't necessary. Public Enemy vs. Cactus/Mikey was okay. I liked the match stipulation but the action fell flat. We get the finale of Sandman being blind with a long promo involving him, Tod Gordon, Peaches, Nancy, and Dreamer. It's an iconic moment for this era of ECW. Benoit vs. Sabu is iconic for it being the reason Benoit getting the 'Crippler' or 'Canadian Crippler' moniker that would last his entire career. He broke Sabu's neck which caused a panic in the locker room and EVERYONE came out and started to brawl which I know it's to distract the crowd from Sabu's injury but it looked AWFUL. We get an impromptu Benoit vs. Scorpio match which was fine but the finish was dumb. Instead of getting an actual finish, Benoit sends Scorpio into the guard rail then the bell just rings. It's a important event for the Sabu neck break and the Sandman angle but other than that it's a skip."

[4.0] "Special mention to Tommy vs Tommy, the tag titles and Sandmans Retirement for justifying this shows existence. Special mention to ornery Ron Simmons turning heel on the crowd for no reason. Everything else ranged from the bad (Hack Meyers, Shane Douglas' seven minute promo), the boring (Scorpio vs Mr Hughes, Dean vs Taz, Scorpio vs Benoit) or heinous (Sabu breaking his neck, Hack Myers throwing an unfolded chair at the back of JT Smith's head, Tommy Cairo throwing a pallet at Tommy Dreamer) Not horrible, but alot of not good stuff strewn about."

[2.0] "Not sure why I try to watch old ECW supercards, as they weren't really the best despite the company's growing popularity at the time. Decent opening match that served as a good crowd warmer. I believe ECW was still finding itself here, so this was a wrestling match for the most part. The Rottens vs the Pitbulls was a dud. Very little worth investing into. Uninteresting match. Hughes vs Scorpio was actually pretty solid and an enjoyable big man/little man match. Hughes was dominant until Scorpio found a way to score the upset. I liked this one. The battle of the Tommies had its moments and was a prelude to vicious Dreamer who we would see in later years. Malenko vs Taz gave little to properly rate, but I did find the finish clever as Malenko made it clear he could not put Taz down cleanly. The ECW title match was fun, and Simmons looked great back in his earlier years. Tag title match was wild at times, and the involvement of Sabu was a nice touch. The stipulation with the baseball bat was interesting, but this match went on much longer than it needed to. The Public Enemy just can't work. Absolutely lame tag team. So, turns out this was the event where Benoit broke Sabu's neck. Quite the sight... Now, Benoit vs. Scorpio was solid and had potential to be a good one, had it not ended at 12 minutes in a double count out. For the first November to Remember under the Extreme banner, this was pretty underwhelming with only 25% of the matches being of note."
