[8.0] "I've only watched the championship fights, but everything delivered. That was pretty dope. Dragon Dia was surely the MVP of the evening, but KAI vs. Yokosuka was a great emotional and brutal ride."
[7.0] "A great main event. The post match was a reminder that nobody does the soap opera take on pro wrestling better than Dragon Gate. The twin gate and brave gate matches were good and the rest of the show was largely decent aside from the super short jobber match."
[6.0] "Top-to-bottom this was mostly all quite good, but it didn't have enough high-level matches to make it a really good show overall. Dia & Yoshioka vs Diamante & Skywalker was good. Z-Brats had some really creative tag work, while Dia's crazy high-flying and Yoshioka's all-round explosiveness were very fun. ***1/4 - ***1/2. The 4-way was a short, dumb comedy match. NR. The veterans vs youngsters 8-man tag was decent. It was neat seeing the veterans' aggression and grumpiness versus the youngsters' speed and energy. ***. Kamei & Kikuta vs Hulk & Hyo was fine but quite short. Both teams worked well but without much direction. **1/2. The 6-man tag was another sadly very short but still acceptable match. Good team spots from High End, and some nice slick attacks from Jason (who looks great as a new NV member). **1/2. Kzy & U-T vs Kid & Yamato would have been really good but it ended too early. All 4 guys were very good with their signature moves, but hometown-hero U-T was obviously the star with his tremendously speedy movements, his perfect technical attacks, and his strong babyface-selling. His sudden hope spots and tricky flash pins were fantastic, bumping this otherwise generic DG tag match up another notch. ***1/4. Dia vs Kento had the endearing and flashy babyface against the aggressive and aggravatingly arrogant heel. Both played their respective roles very well, and their chemistry became quite insane with the crazy athletic and agile spots/exchanges they perfectly pulled off. They went quite overkill in the 2nd half without much real selling, but they did so in such explosive fashion that I couldn't help but still be really impressed. They didn't have enough 'great' moments for me to rate this higher, but they still had a good handful of them. I can't imagine how great these 2 will be be in the future. Easily MOTN. ***1/2. Gold Class vs LPMJ was quite good. Gold Class had very smooth team spots and were surprisingly a bit heelish, as seen with the cool story of them viciously targeting Eita's pre-busted forehead. Minourita was a charming nuisance once again, too. LPMJ's team spots were but far grimier but still decent, at least whenever Eita and Kotaro were in control. The run-on sprint exchanges in the final 1/3rd were all fun, but I was disappointed seeing LMPJ win the titles. ***1/4. Kai vs Susumu was Kai's best defence so far, though that's not exactly a compliment. They attempted a dual limb-targeting story (Kai targeting the arm, Susumu the leg) but they both did very minimal work and then neither sold their supposedly injured limb even slightly for the rest of the match, which really sucked. They then went through periods of rapid big-bomb trades and then slower but bigger bomb trades, all with decent athleticism/pacing but still a jarring lack of selling. They showed better intensity and physicality towards the end to finish on a high note, but it was all still pretty annoyingly overkill. ***1/4 - ***1/2"
[8.0] "Great event with Susumu (Mochizuki) Yokosuka & Dragon Dia as MVPs. All title matches were awesome in their own way. Midcard was mostly okay, but every match had it's little gimmick that made it stand out. Truly touching closing segment will make all of us comeback to this great event from time to time."
