Three women bouts on the same show is a pretty cool thing while Maclin vs. Sabin, Austin vs. Miguel and Briscoes vs. VBD were the highlights of the evening, and for sure Alexander vs. Ishii was something pretty explosive to watch."
[7.0] "Nothing downright horrendous (worst match was Tasha vs Havok at **) but also nothing amazing besides the main event (Josh Alexander vs Tomohiro Ishii was match of the night at ****). Thankfully it had a compact runtime as it did not exceed the three hour mark and ended up being very easy to watch."
[7.0] "I really enjoyed this show. Just like I did Rebellion. Some of the matches could have been better. I wish that some matches got more time over other's. None the less though I definitely recommend this show."
[5.0] "A mostly very mediocre show with a few slight highlights. Madison vs Gisele was decent. Gisele looked great with her technical work and her flashy athletic feats. Madison was a solid partner with fine aggressive heel work. Their chemistry was quite good, giving the match an appropriately competitive feel. **3/4. Sabin vs Maclin was an alright power-vs-speed match. Maclin was the star due to his impressive powerhouse attacks and strength displays. Sabin had decent technical and agile attacks, and he sold/bumped decently, too, but his performance was much less interesting than Maclin's due to his weak-looking offence, making it difficult to buy into him somehow winning. ***. Taya vs Deonna was boring but still fine. Taya was slow and a bit sloppy, with very minimal athleticism and very unpleasant would-be babyface-selling. She had a few okay attacks but was mostly really dull. Deonna was decent with her technical work and general aggression, but she could have done more. The distraction roll-up was really lame. **1/2. Mia Yim gave an underwhelming flurry attack but got a good pop for her return. Austin vs Miguel was pretty good and my MOTN. They hit some very impressively smooth and athletic exchanges, while showing a good degree of creativity and delivering it all with flawless chemistry. Miguel's flashiness made him an exciting babyface, while Austin's aggressive beatdown work and cunning opportunism made him a very compelling heel. ***1/4 - ***1/2. The Bullet Club vs Honor No More 10-man Tag was way too long and mostly pretty dull, just like all HNM multi-man tags have been. Only 3 of the 10 wrestlers here (Jay, ELP, and Bey) are actually interesting, so I sadly never cared when the other 7 were involved, even if they were mostly still fine workers. Just not enough focus on the better workers. **1/2. Tasha vs Havoc was pretty amateurish but at least not offensively so. Havoc had very generic monster attacks that were delivered slowly and unexplosively. Tasha was extremely cringey with her twerking (seriously? in 2022? ), and then her offence was very uninspired and unconvincing. Even her selling and bumping was dull. Their chemistry was fine, though that was because they were both equally slow with equally poor attacks. **. Deaner & Young vs The Briscoes was mediocre. All the brawling, the standard heel control segments, and the energetic babyface comebacks were fine, but only The Briscoes had any good tag spots. The VBD team was still okay, but not very interesting. **3/4. Moose's hijacking promo was good, and Callihan's return and attack was decent. Alexander vs Ishii was good but certainly nothing great, mostly because it was every single Ishii match ever for the last 5 years. Alexander was good with his end of things, and they both still did a lot of solidly good work, but the entire structure and content of the match was too generic to feel especially interesting. ***1/4 - ***1/2"
[8.0] "You know, the show is really amazing. You can praise everyone, even matches with low scores are not bad or superfluous in principle, these are quite a respite matches after excellent matches. A pretty good show with a pleasant atmosphere, loud fans and unpredictable matches. The Briscoes are back with titles and I hope they stay in the company for a little longer. Ace Austin, let's win in Japan, don't shame the company. Chris Sabin and Steve Maclin are the workhorses of the promotion, I always give them high marks, they are cool. Sami Callihan and Mia Yim are coming back to rock, and that's good, I'm sure they'll surprise us. Josh Alexander is going to the status of wrestler of the year, the main thing is not to lose momentum, but to continue to surprise and delight."

The briscoes are sooo good its a pleasure to watch them vs anyone. Ace vs Trey was match of the night imo an a 10/10 both are so innovative and smooth. Also, seeing Mia and Sami back was such a plus! Can? t wait for Deonna vs Mia / Sami vs Moose rivalry"

[9.0] "The opener was a surprise package from Gisele as she gave a commendable performance against a veteran in Rayne. Sabin vs. Maclin was an amazing clash of styles that had both men look strong at the end. The rematch between Taya & Deonna was much better than their Rebellion bout and the return of Mia Yim to Impact skyrockets the value of the Knockouts division and her return program seeded against Deonna is really intriguing. Austin vs. Miguel had a fantabulous X-Division styled sprint that wowed the crowd again for the second time in the show and Austin winning cements his star power ahead of NJPW's Battle of the Super Juniors tournament. Bullet Club vs. Honor No More went as expected but in a great enjoyable way. The Knockouts title match was a solid defence for Tasha that diminished the image of her as a champ who cheats mostly. VBD & The Briscoes went old school and gave us a heck of a tag match that had great moments where VBD could bring the upset but Dem Boys prevailed again! The main event was a textbook style of a technical, hard-striking fight that had every single element that could be asked for. Alexander's urgency to prove that he's worth of holding the World title was displayed at the optimum here against a celebrated stalwart in Ishii. Both men gave their full momentum to present this match an instant classic. Impact is giving their PPVs a special feel this year & Under Siege is no different from that mentality as it was a home run!"

This also mostly avoided the usual problem I have with english speaking countries' cards of not building well over the course of the show. Best NA show I've seen so far this year."

Rayne/Shaw was also better than I thought it was gonna be! We also got 2 great returns, with Sami Callihan returning to get revenge on Moose and, of course...THE RETURN OF MIA YIM! Really looking forward to her feud with Deonna!"

[8.0] "Continuing its run of very good to excellent PPVs/specials, Impact has become a model of consistency this year so far. As a secondary weekend show I wasn't expecting to rate it more than 7/10, but my god this was a rock solid card. Helps build excitement en-route to Slammiversary. Main event, tag titles and Sabin/Maclin are well worth your time! Everything else ranged from decent to very good. They're solidifying Josh Alexander as the face of the company which is great, the Briscoes are conquering new tag team territory, Sabin is as awesome as ever and Maclin is a revelation. Some might have mixed views on the BC losing, but HNM needed this win more to cement themselves. Returning Sami Callihan and Mia Yim (still bummed how much WWE wasted her) are very welcome and will add to the landscape of Impact. Only slight bummer was the announced Bailey/Shelley match not happening. I am sure there's a perfectly good explanation for it not happening. Bravo to Scott, Gail and all the talent involved!"
