[6.0] "Interesting rules of the tournament, where you can throw your opponent out of the ring and where the time limit is only 10 minutes. Of course I'm tired, there are too many matches and it's hard to master this at a time. My favorite matches are Natsupoi/Kid, Hayashishita/Tam Nakano and Giulia/Thekla. Probably such shows should still be divided into more days and give some girls more room for maneuver and creativity."

[4.0] "After the show was over, nobody (out of wrestlers that are not slotted/buried by STARDOM) stood out as someone who absolutely has to win this year's Cinderella Tournament, which is a big problem of current STARDOM - there's simply nobody fresh who's ready to get to the top and stay at the top. This show had 16 matches, and it was structured as 'two shows in one', but the middle portion of it (last three matches of the first part in particular) was so underwhelming that it just wasn't fun to watch. If you're cherry-picking, last three matches + Iwatani/Kohgo are worth watching. Shirakawa/MIRAI was all about Shirakawa's 'Bloody Angel' gimmick and it was surprisingly one-sided, to the point that MIRAI left no impression about herself."

[6.0] "For a match filled with at the maximum ten minute matches, it's a solid tournament show. But about 80% of it or more is skippable. Watch for SLK/Poi, Nakano/Utami, Giulia/Thekla, and Syuri/Ami. Solid show, and hopefully the Tournament improves."

[7.0] "It was never going to give us contenders for match of the year given the rules of the tournament and the fact it was the first round, but it was a very solid show from top to bottom and with some huge upsets. Basically, all you could ask from a Cinderella Tournament."

[8.0] "Obviously the Cinderella is a bit different than the New Japan cup, primarily the length of matches. Round 1 is 10 minutes so you only have a short amount of time to do stuff. Some people like Poi vs Starlight Kid and Hazuki vs Miyu Amasaki did fantastic and others just happened to move through. What I WILL say was this was a fantastic first round of matches... the presentation of Stardom and this tournament was top notch."

[8.0] "Best Cinderella show ever. It was always going to be that, as until last year, the whole tournament was on a single show and a lot of it would be rushed. Last year they changed it up and gave the opening round its own show, but it was nowhere near as good as this show. This show did have a few flaws, but there was a lot to like. The intro video and participant introductions were great. Mina's entrance was perfect, and a lot of trons, like Utami's and Fukigen's were hilarious. There were ten, maybe 12 matches worth recommending on this show. Tam vs. Utami had an excellent and hilarious build, and the match was really good and serious for the most part, but there was one great trolling moment for Utami. Even with the draw finish, it was a fantastic match. SLK and Poi was a six-minute blitz that was everything it needed to be, with a surprising result. Mayu vs. Momo Kohgo was always going to end in a Mayu victory, yet it was still thrilling due to Mayu being Mayu. Koguma/Fukigen was a delight if you love comedy matches. Maika/Hanan and Iida/Rina were both really good sub-five minute matches, with the latter having a great rope spot in it. The final four matches were also excellent, with Miyu doing a great job against HZK before losing, Thekla and Giulia having a really good nine-minute match, Momo and AZM having a really fun and super short match, and the main event exceeding expectations. Saya/Maika was also really good, but the result sucked and the aftermath was dumb. The remaining matches were mostly fine and did their jobs, even if a few of the results were bummers. The closing angle to the show was good, with Syuri's faction getting a new name and member. Stardom really did three PPVs in an eight day span, with each one being 3+ hours, and all of them were great in their own way. As a whole, there was so much good in here that I think it warrants an 8/10."
