| 1 | 30.12.2016 | Paul Allain | 2.0 | The first leg of a double-shot weekend, this show fell flat on it's face. The undercard, as well as the elongated DCFC squash, were mediocre to the point of being useless. The YRR vs Strong & Stevens had fair action but felt has only a prelude to the next show, while the triple threath match never got out of it's fair first gear, notwithstanding it's clever finish. The FIP Heritage match was the clear high-point of the night, an athletic and engaging match, which did expose Chris Jone sfor being a bit clumsy and relying heavily on hurracanranas. The main event was starting to heat up when it screeched to a sudden halt with a boring non-finish, making it seem like a colossal waste of time. The next night was a huge disapointment, but this is the definition of a bad skippable show. |
