[10.0] "This show just kicks from top to bottom. The only match under a six is the eight-man tag and even that is merely an industry standard undercard bout bordering on being good. Everything else on this card is in the good-to-classic range, with the GHC Junior title match and the instant classic bout between Sasaki and Kobashi being standout. Even twenty years removed it's still one of the best puro events that the Big Egg has hosted."

[9.0] "Its an overrated show, its not the best of all-time but it is a really good card that has some must watch matches. The junior heavyweight match steals the show, Kenta Kobashi and Sasaki have a great, intense match, Misawa V. Kawada is must watch for historic reasons, and the tag title match is pretty good. The 8-man tag is simply awful, and the rest of the matches range from below average to average. Overall, it's far from perfect but the highlights catapult it to a 9."

[10.0] "The platonic ideal of a major wrestling show. With the exception of the Heavyweight Title match, all of the championship and marquee matches were absolutely amazing, and even the rest of the card didn't drop below "eh, it's alright". Card organisation is to be commended too; once you get to the KENTA match, it's mostly a massive chain of shots that don't miss their target. There are very cards that keep up this sort of consistency throughout the entire show; honestly, if you ask me, AEW's 2025 PPVs are the only things that come close. NOAH, and puro in general, at its absolute best."

"Hailed as one of the best NOAH ppvs , I'd say that's a bit of a stretch while there are I'd say 3 utterly fantastic matches especially the KENTA vs Yoshinobu Kanemaru match the undercard is overwhelming until I'd say the Mushiking Terry vs Black Mask match and then while the Tanahashi match is solid it's nowhere near his best work , overall an 8/10 and I'd still suggest but not something I myself consider the best thing ever."

[10.0] "What can you say other than this is the best card of all time. Only a handful of matches ever truly deserve a 10/10 rating, and this card has two in KENTA/Kanemaru and Misawa/Kawada, as well as another which comes damn close in Kobashi/Sasaki. While the undercard isn't spectacular it's still a fun watch, and by the time you reach the GHC Jr. Heavyweight bout the card is just incredible. The tag title bout is brilliant fun, the GHC Heavyweight match is underrated, Ogawa/Tenryu is good but not great and the final two bouts are brilliant, including one of the greatest matches of all time between Misawa and Kawada. In terms of workrate you've got KENTA vs Kanemaru for an absolutely perfect showcase of NOAH's Jr. division, for spectacle you've got Kobashi vs Sasaki in a big meaty battle, and for drama you've got the final match between Misawa and Kawada, a beautiful match worthy of ending the best card of all time."

[10.0] "Tho I criticized about the dull Terry vs joker lucha fest and tenryu vs ogawa and the GHC heavyweight championship match. This show was still great. Opener were fun, the tag matches were decent but the two title matches blew this show into the atmosphere. And the final two matches was superb. This is my "PPV of the decade" above WrestleMania X7. This show was simply fantastic"

[10.0] "An opener that overdelivers a bit, two more decent-to-good tags, a fun lucha style match between Not Kotaro Suzuki and Not Ricky Marvin, two pretty great and intense title matches, Tanahashi/Rikio is very solid, Ogawa/Tenryu maybe a little odd to be third from the top but it's a nice palate cleanser, Kobashi/Sasaki is an all-time great, and Misawa/Kawada deliver in their last match with a hard-hitting bout with some awesome moments. All that in the Dome with a hot crowd and good vibes, hard not to give this the full 10/10."

[10.0] "One of the best shows I've ever seen, definitely the best puroresu show I've seen thus far. The "worst" match (Taue team v Dark Agents team) was still okay, just felt like filler. Everything else was really good (the opening two tag matches, Rikio v Tanahashi, Mushiking Terry v Black Mask, Genichiro v Ogawa) to Excellent (Tag title match, Misawa v Kawada), and then this card featured two of the greatest matches I've ever seen, KENTA v Kanemaru and what may be the greatest match in history, Kobashi v Sasaki. If you like pro wrestling at all, you owe it to yourself to watch this card."

[10.0] "This is possibly (probably) the best show in wrestling history. The last six matches on the card ranged from really good (Tana/Rikio or Ogawa/Tenryu) to all-time classic (Misawa/Kawada and Kobashi/Sasaki). The undercard was fun and the crowd was hot from the start. The show has a lot of iconic moments as well: KENTA's first Jr. Championship victory, and the famous chop battle in Kobashi/Sasaki."

The under card didn't light the world on fire but it didn't need to. Two of the three title matches more than delivered and we had one the best double main events that I have ever seen. Seek this show out."
