[6.0] "As for me, the show was better than the average level of NHT 2.0. Tommaso Chiampa's segment was cool, decent big tag team matches and the development of many wrestlers. Just a regular work episode. Only the parts with Robert Stone and Boa were terrible."
[2.0] "Usually I write up a big wall of text that nobody reads breaking the show down segment by segment but nah, not this week. None of this was anything approaching good. Bad wrestling, stupid and embarrassing in-ring segments, terrible vignettes. The only thing even slightly interesting in this episode was Ciampa and Gargano making eye contact for two seconds. Worst episode of NXT 2.0 and that's really saying something. Fuck this show."
[3.0] "The two proper matches were decent, but the rest of the show was mefiocre to outright bad. With the exception of the interplay between Xyon Quinn and Robert Stone, none of the squashes and segments did much to interest me in the new wrestler's in ring action or their characters. Even viewed as a variety show this wouldn't be very good, but as a wrestling show it mostly sucked. Probably the weakest NXT 2.0 so far."
[8.0] "No it's not a pure wrestling show anymore, but who cares' The non match segments were all entertaining as hell, the tag matches were good, and the squashes served their purpose."
[5.0] "This show is not a wrestling show, it's a TV series about wrestling. The wrestling is the least important thing about this show. However, I must say that there are fun parts, and some interesting talent. Sikoa is awesome, I want him in Bloodline as soon as possible. Next, I still don't understand the point of the Lash Legend talk show. Very nice Ciampa/Gargano face off, lots of memories. Finally, as a wrestling show the rating would be 3, but considering what the wwe is trying to do I give it a 5."
[4.0] "Following Halloween Havoc, we're back to the reliance on squash matches, and character direction that's not going anywhere. While Bron Breakker and the Toxic Attraction ladies have caught on, we still have the likes of Von Wagner, Xyon Quinn and Tony D'Angelo who aren't pulling up trees. They should see what works and stick to it, and not try to build so much that isn't working. Nice setup for a six woman tag next week, while Dakota Kai's character tweak is pretty interesting."
[3.0] "As I expected to happen, NXT's momentum after a fantastic Halloween Havoc has gone down the drain. 5 squash matches with none of them going over 3 minutes, and two decent tag matches that actually got time. Only one women's match and of course it was a squash. Why even bother building up Cora Jade with wins over Franky and Elektra if she was just gonna go back to jobbing a few weeks later' Why are Imperium interested in women' So many questionable things going on. Only things I'm interested in on NXT right now are the Carmelo/Gargano story and Mandy and Io's storyline. Everything else is either boring or a dumpster fire. NXT used to be the workrate brand but it's transformed into garbage squash match show. It's sad how RAW and even Main Event (lol) have eclipsed NXT so drastically in such a short time."
