106.09.2025Spider57866.0A good show there is nothing great but the Flair vs Luger match was excellent and there was some good action from the Fabs and Sheepherders and a young Keiji Mutoh.
212.11.2023DanTalksRasslin4.0A mostly solid show anchored by a good NWA World Title defense in Flair vs Luger. There's also a good US Jr. Heavyweight Title match between the Ninja (the future Great Muta) and Tim Horner and a short but fun Florida US Tag Title match between the Fabulous Ones and Sheepherders, and an entertaining chaotic brawl in Road Warriors vs Shock Troops that also features some impressive feats as Hawk and Animal throw big Muhammad (Ray Candy) around. Bockwinkel vs Nagasaki and K. Windham vs Champion were fine while they lasted, but were very short before going to DQs. And even keeping those matches as short as possible wasn't enough to prevent the show's biggest crime, cutting off *two* matches as Pride vs Assassin was joined in progress pretty much at the end, and only the beginning of B. Windham vs Bass was shown before the show abruptly ended. Too bad as Pride's match looked like it was probably pretty good, and the Windham-Bass match featured a title change! (I can at least forgive Backlund vs Cook not being shown at all as that seems like it was probably meant as a dark match anyway). If only they were given an extra half hour of TV time, maybe we could've seen the whole show and a few of those shorter matches could've had a little time to breathe.
