[6.0] "The show was solid due to the storyline involving the Tribal Chief, Cesaro, Rollins, and The Usos. I love how dynamic it is and I love how strong Cesaro looked towards the end of the show. I find it hard however to care for everything else on SmackDown typically, and this show is no different (although I do hope the Mysterios win those tag team belts)."

[4.0] "when I first heard that WWE was doing a throwback edition of smackdown, I was like "oooo let's goo, old stage, graphics, legends, let's do it" Friday came around and I'm honestly disappointed. the graphics were super out dated as they used the old wwf logo from the early 90s instead of using the logo that they used when smackdown was around. I was hoping they would change up the stage so that was a little dissapointing. the only good thing about the show that I liked was Jimmy uso thing to get his brother away from Roman. the storyline is perfect and I can get into it. the bad parts was another 2 minute woman's match which is kinda unacceptable but that's my opinion. they also gave us Reginald vs tamina! ? to no surprise that didn't get anywhere but it looks like next week nattie and tamina are going for the belts so that should be interesting. overall this was a let down from what I was expecting. hopefully next week is better."

[2.0] "5 matches, 29 mins... The best match is 12 mins but its a pretty bog standard TV match, I know fans have maybe lesser expectations when it comes to the MR but come on! Cesaro vs Rollins should be getting more than 12 mins and maybe time limits aside, we know these two can produce real magic in that time but they're held back massively. What is the point in a women's division when they get 4 mins of match time of a TWO HOUR SHOW? ! They could really build up Carmella (IDK why they'd build her up in the first place tbh) by having her y'know wrestle. All I'm saying is a Wrestling show (or Sports Entertainment malarky) should be mostly wrestling or at the very least have wrestling worth your time because the storylines are mostly far from worth anyone's time."

[6.0] "I love the dynamics between the Usos, Their bond is the strongest, during the ending angle, when Roman got attacked, Jey went help him, not Jimmy, when Jey got attacked, Jimmy went help him I loved it Top 3 of the Night 3. Seth Rollins 2. Cesaro 1. Jey & Jimmy Uso"

[8.0] "This was a good show, as SmackDown usually is. Reigns and Jimmy's interactions were the highlight of the show. I'm very happy they didn't just pretend that the Uso/Reigns Hell in a Cell match didn't happen and immediately add Jimmy to the family. That's where SmackDown excels. Every story makes sense and every character feels like their a part of the same world. Moving on to the matches, Cesaro and Rollins had another very good match together. It wasn't as good as their 'Mania match but still very good, especially for a weekly. Mella and Riott had a pretty good match for how little time they got. Both women needed a win but Carmella seems to be poised to challenge Bianca down the line so her winning is logical. Hoping the Riotts win the tag belts sometime in the next few months, they deserve it for how hard they've been working. Dom and Ziggler had a fine match that should have been longer. Dom has already become a fairly solid talent and could have gone longer against a ring general like Ziggler. Right guy went over though so I can't complain too much. Tamina and Reggie was fine for what it was. Reggie's limitations when wrestling the girls make these wastes of time though. Wish he could actually perform wrestling moves but I understand the reasoning of why they don't. The ten man tag was fun but the wrong team won in my opinion. Corbin doesn't have any feuds or stories going on, yet he got the pin. Corbin wins matches pretty consistently but then he vanishes for a few weeks and loses all his momentum. If their gonna push Corbin they should actually commit to it and give him a story to work with. Otherwise his push is just holding up other talents who should be prioritized ahead of him. Overall though this was a good show."
