[2.0] "My recent obsession with Aussie wrestling continues with GCW; my first time viewing them, picked this show mostly because I love Rumbles. This was a very emotion-driven show; loved the genuine happiness in welcoming back crowds. I think it's fair to say that everyone (including production, at least I hope that's what it was? ) was suffering from rustiness. The matches (apart from the Rumble itself) were all mostly fine and were all different from eachother; although the booking left little to be desired as the first 3 matches had ref spots, the first 2 matches had the same exact ref spot too. And yeah as I said before, the Rumble was pretty bad - lots of standing around seemingly wasting time until someone else came out. It had hardcore spots too as Gweedo just blasted everyone with chairs & kendo sticks. Thumbs-in-the-middle for the singles matches, thumbs-down for the booking and Rumble."
