[5.0] "Middling episode, at least the Rock is back to save us from another really bad show. Radicalz broke up already for no real reason, so much for their buzz. Shane is wrestling, meh. Pat Patterson's underwear continues to be part of the show, good grief."

[6.0] "It's an okay SmackDown that does a great job finishing the build for the Judgment Day PPV, but you could tell it was a bit more of a struggle only being 3 weeks apart from Backlash as they shoehorn in Val Venis and Hardcore Holly for Benoit and Jericho to feud with in the IC division. Holly's beat down on Benoit looked very good though, especially with how Benoit sells it afterwards. The main event isn't really a match, but I did enjoy it as a chaotic segment where it ended with The Dudleys and The Rock being put through tables by DX and Triple H. The show has its moments with another hilarious Hardcore Title change where Gerald Briscoe pins Crash in silence while he's sleeping, but the match that followed got spoiled by more Pat Patterson embarrassment! There's no real good matches again really as it's all pretty much carried by the segments and storylines."

[6.0] "This was a fine go home show for judgment day. Brisco sneaking up on crash to take the hardcore title from him was a highlight for this show. The main event was a ton of fun but it wasn't really a match between Rock and the Dudley's"

[5.0] "A highly unremarkable show this week. They make one last push to plug the PPV, but this actually made me want to see it less due to the poor quality of much of what was on offer."
