[6.0] "A good show with a underwhelming Main Event. First match was pretty good, Hidaka and Super Rider had some nice technical exchanges on the ground (Mostly due to Hidaka, i'd say. Rider had some sloppy moments here and there) and Mashita and Takaiwa exchanged some nice strong strikes. A nice mix of strong and "shoot" style, i liked this one a lot. Sato vs Iwasaki was a good stiff, hard fought battle with not much storytelling or character stuff. It could've been better if it had those elements, but, still, nothing wrong with it as is. Sareee and Yoshiko vs Jaguar Yokota and Yamashita was great! Granted, they went with the standard Joshi style, instead of the Strong/Shoot we saw on the other matches. But, no complains here, those girls are awesome at what they do. Yokota even did a top rope Huracanrana, so... there's that. MOTN. Kendo Kashin vs Fuminori Abe started out with some good technical stuff and then turned into some comic schtick. Which was funnyish, but not what i came here to see. Funaki vs Otsuka ruled! Otsuka got a nasty suplex right at the beginning, Funaki answered with some really stiff kicks (that injured Otsuka's arm, mind you), the match went on for just as long as it should, before the veterans were too tired to go on, as some do, and i loved it! Shame about Otsuka's injury, though. The Main Event was... disappointing. Throughout the event we saw a clear style of wrestling that only the girls strayed away from. And Fujita. He didn't really know how to sell Super Tiger's kicks or could ground wrestle well enough at his age, nor could he properly do the strong striking style. So he was left with some holds and throws that didn't look "strong" at all and only slowed down the match more than it should. It didn't help at all that the end came from nowhere and the loser's arm was seemingly up when the ref reached three. So, yeah, good show, bad and boring main event."
