[6.0] "Started watching these Epic Encounters some time back now, but put them on hold for whatever reason. Thankfully though these are easy shows to drop back into at any point in time. [1st match] Comedy from Mad Kurt, with occasional brilliance from Robbie X. Match was far too long considering the lack of offence from Mad Kurt, but Robbie was often dumbfounded to attack or capitalize, not a great match. **3/4 [2nd match] So much fun to watch. Haven't seen so much action & drama in a tag match for some time. Only thing I didn't really like was some of the outlandish moves used to break up pin/submission attempts. A kick would have provided the same results. ****1/2 [3rd match] Not very good, I think wrong matchtype and no crowd did the most damage to this. ** [4th match] Good-enough match, but the (effectively) heel team did not look very credible, and that ruined the enjoyment. **1/4 [5th match] Not much of a match, and it underdelivered on the build & all the promo hype. ** [Main] Whilst it was good, it wasn't really the type of match I was expecting, and it could have better I feel. ***1/2 Decent show but some of the matches just didn't play out as they probably should have, most likely due to no fans & wrong matchtypes for the situation. Next EE sounds pretty interesting."

[8.0] "Great production on this show. Might be RevPro's best in terms of that. Very solid and energetic show. Enjoyable opening match with Kurt pulling out some interesting moves around mid-way, some painful looking ones too. Robbie is a solid worker and really carried the match against Kurt's character. This was better than expected. Hopefully this is leading to something for Kurt. Tag match was great. Commentary added a lot to the atmosphere as all four men went at it. Oku returns with a solid win, yet all men worked incredibly well. The first two falls in the next match happened so quickly, it's hard to take them into consideration. The rest of the match however, was pretty solid. Was not the best match in their series, but it had its moments. Women's tag match was surprisingly fun and I sure enjoyed the action. Lucas and Tyler played the unlikeable heels very well but there was no doubt as to who was winning. Moloney vs. Samuels was short, but hard hitting. Good enough for me. The main event needed a crowd to truly bring out the big fight feel and atmosphere. Great match and well worth the hype. RKJ came so close to winning I actually believed he could pull it off. I definitely wanna see him in the title hunt again. Aftermath was newsworthy and should lead to good things down the line."
