[4.0] "Poor episode of Smackdown overall. The main event stars are booked fine here, but the weakness with the show here is the pitiful mid card/lower card which unfortunately packed the show with so much uninteresting filler and most of the show was boring to watch. The best things on the show for me was Benoit v Basham opener, the Rey v Eddie feud and the decent JBL v Undertaker main, which resumed the Taker/Orton Wrestlemania feud. Eddie's squash match and character work was effective, but did it really have to be against Paul London? Theres also an obvious problem here where the fans loved Eddie no matter how evil he was supposed to be and did not want to boo him. There's a terrible Booker T/Sharmell/Carlito segment that felt like it was just there to kill time as was the dreadful Heidenreich segment. I haven't been as tough on the Heidenreich stuff since the goofy face turn as he does have the right kind of role with that, but there was absolutely no excusing a segment this horrible where he's somehow feuding with MNM. Also the divas in that segment felt like they was just there because they had good looks! I couldn't even remember who half of them was? Big Show vs Matt Morgan is as boring as it sounds and Orlando Jordan is such a charisma vacuum as US Champ, he makes his opponent Hardcore Holly look like Eddie Guerrero in that department."
[1.0] "This was an atrocious show, as JBL was in the clear match of the night. Outside of that, the show was full of bad matches and storylines and bad booking, as Eddie squashes the Cruiserweight champion and Orlando Jordan and Hardcore Holly wrestle a dull US title match, while Big Show wrestles Matt Morgan. Ugh. Just nothing interesting at all."
