[3.0] "This tournament continues to be a slightly rough watch. Brandi was visibly struggling to keep up with 'Lil Swole' for their portions of the opening match, and while some of the action figure gimmick is funny, it was overkill to have it happen so many times in such a short show. The finish was pretty bad as well, and while this match wasn't terrible, there isn't really much good to say about it - an unsatisfying match with an unsatisfying result. The fact that the Nightmare Sisters constantly squabbled before and after the match but were in perfect sync during it is also off-putting. The second match was almost the inverse - far smoother and athletically superior, but frankly a little dull. Not much on display in the way of story or character, but perfectly adequately performed (although Anna Jay is, understandably, still a little green). Hopefully the finals can combine the positive aspects of each match and give this fairly poor tournament a strong note to end on."

[2.0] "At this point, the match, the show, this entire tournament has all about Brandi Rhodes who honestly offers nothing to AEW. Both Swole and Savoy are confident, cocky, and display good technique while Rhodes and Allie demonstrated some improvement from the first round match but not showing much. Both teams wore red and black which was very distracting and the finish was incredibly bad. (3) Conti and Jay looked out of place straight from their entrance and possess nothing as a character. Once again another embarrassing match for Ivelisse and Diamante, who have individually put on wrestling classics, as their competitors have no idea what they're doing. (1)"

[5.0] "Easily the best show from this tournament mainly because of the main event that was genuinely good. Nightmare Sister's match was better than their first round match but was still not that good and I don't get the hype for Nicole Savoy from what I have seen from her. Jay and Tay have a combined experience of around 4 and a half years and have been one of the better things in western women's wrestling recently and this tournament, they have future stars written all over them in tag and singles. Diamante and Ivelisse seemed to work stiff with Jay and Tay which is something a lot of western womens wrestlers seem to stray away from but can really add to the match. Ivelisse/Diamante and Jay/Tay have chemistry and need to work more with each other"
