[8.0] "Awesome show, the A block delivered big time! First match of the tournament was nothing really special, but given some of Yujiro's performances in this year's G1 it was okay. Jeff Cobb & Jay White had a fun match with Cobb's big moves & White's villainous tactics, and it was cool to see Gedo being punished by Cobb. Then, Okada and Suzuki had a very good bout. It wasn't an epic encounter like they had already had but those 2 have a great chemistry and did really well in 15 minutes or so. Ishii vs Taichi was just absolutely amazing & easily MOTN, I loved it! The main event was good too but considering the 2 participants I guess it could've been better though."

[8.0] "Another really good A-block show. I can't say it was great though. There's no reason why his Yujiro's had to go so long, and it was the worst G1 match of the tournament so far in my opinion. That one gets **. Cobb/White delivered and gets a ***1/4, but Okada/Suzuki was abrupt and not as good as expected, so it gets a ***. The main event was interesting and borderline great, but also slightly under expectations. I guess it gets a ***3/4 or a ****? The one match that was expected to be great and also delivered was Taichi vs Ishii. These two always put on a hard-hitting classic against each other and this was great too. I give it a ****1/4. This was a 7. 5/10 show, but could've been great."

[6.0] "Well, the show was satisfactory as my rating says it, but I gotta say, it felt weird too, especially the Main Event. I think they were out of time and had to rush the Main Event. Despite this, the show was solid and enjoyable."

[6.0] "Yep, that was the worst B-block show so far. 1) Shingo/Takahashi - ***. Hands down, the best Yujiro match in recent memory. Maybe, it has something to do with his opponent being the best wrestler in the world. 2) White/Cobb - ***1/2. I'm seriously enjoying this G1 run Cobb is having right now, which is a bit strange, cause I always thought he's mediocre at best. Thank you for proving me wrong, Mr. Cobb. 3) Okada/Suzuki - ***. I dont remember anything from this match, Im not joking, its really that forgettable. Oh wait, I do remember the ending, Okada refused to use his finisher yet again and decided to roll Suzuki up for a cheap finish. Nice! I mean, these two have like 21 matches against each other already, just watch the other ones, dont waste your time. 4) Taichi/Ishii - ****. These two have very underrated chemistry, great match! 5) Ibushi/Ospreay - ***. Most disappointing match in 2020? Most disappointing match in G1, thats for sure. Maybe I'm a bit burnt out from watching so much wrestling these few weeks, but overall, still a fairly weak show."
