[0.0] "This episode is chaotic and overloaded. Shane McMahon opens the show with a family crisis involving Vince, while the Austin/The Rock rivalry remains the only real highlight of the program. The Ministry of Darkness strings together absurd segments, even running away from a seemingly outnumbered Ken Shamrock, which completely undermines the group's credibility. The matches are short and lack any real purpose, and the show suffers from poor pacing and structure. The Brood interrupts the Ministry's ceremony, rescues Christian, and turns face, but the rapid sequence of events makes everything feel confusing and hard to follow. In the final segment, Ken Shamrock calls The Undertaker by his real name, Mark one of the rare times it was ever heard on television. In the end, only the Austin vs. Rock feud saves the episode. Otherwise, it's a messy, poorly constructed RAW that falls well below the standards of the era."

[7.0] "This wasn't a very good show in terms of the matches, but it's a very interesting one in terms of the way things was going down with the storylines. The Corporation is starting to divide with Shane McMahon humiliating Vince and becoming the new leader of the faction. This leads to a face turn from Ken Shamrock when he shows solidarity with Vince and the stooges, who was also fired and walks out on the new Corporation. He is heavily featured on this show where he is looking for his sister Ryan and when the Ministry is about to sacrifice Debra, Shamrock saves her only to find himself lead into a trap when Undertaker gives up that shes in the boiler room. The Brood then also end up turning face when Taker continues to punish Christian, and the other members choose not to go along with it anymore and end up fighting off the Ministry along with Shamrock and Mankind which was pretty cool. Shamrock comes back out and is attacked again by the ministry, but then ends up getting betrayed by the rest of the Corporation. The Rock and Austin also end up fighting on a bridge where Rock end up knocking Austin into the river as throwing the title in there. It's good to see the Austin v Rock feud finally focusing on them again with no more moving parts as that makes for some great TV."

[7.0] "The matches here suck but luckily the angles are good enough here to compensate for that. Opener with Shane and Vince is good, so is all of the stuff with the ministry of darkness. Rock segments at the bridge all night are great with the best of them all being him sending Austin and his belt into the river."

[9.0] "Great episode. It features three important moments. First is the face turn of Vince and Shamrock. Second is Brood betraying the Ministry. And the best one is legendary segment with Rock strowing Austin's title and Austin himself into the river. Full lack of normal wrestling but it doesn't matter when segments are so entertaining."
