[4.0] "The ECW Rules match was fun, and the Iron Man tag match delivered, but the rest was rough. Bad storylines, squashes, and a weak main event dragged the show down. Eddie vs. Rey was missed this week."
[2.0] "Dreadful Smackdown episode! I did enjoy the Iron Man tag team match here with MNM vs Haas/Holly continuing a surprisingly good rivalry, but other than that, the matches are not good. The follow from Raw with Eric Bischoff's anti-ECW agenda is decent with JBL and Angle now joining the crusade, but I couldn't help but think they could have done something more with the JBL vs Nunzio match than an uninteresting 4 on 1 beating. The show really falls off a cliff though because of the awful Angle vs Booker T/Sharmell match. It's a horrible storyline, Kurt Angle is completely out of character like this and Booker T is booked incompetently yet again and Sharmell senselessly puts herself in harms way all match! Other than that this was a lazy mailed in holdover show with very little going on of interest with a pretty standard "Cena wins LOL" main event. The best feud on the show is Eddie vs Rey, but neither are featured this week as instead we get a video package. Smackdown badly needed star power in the draft."
[3.0] "Outside of Carlito's Cabana and the opener this show was really bad, as it was full of squashes and bad storylines, most notably the Booker/Angle feud over Sharmell. The handicap match was a prime example of how to mess up a feud between two good wrestlers, as the adultery stuff was not needed at all."
