[6.0] "This was an enjoyable episode of Dark, much better content and pacing than last week. I was surprised they had Cage squash Anthony so fast, but I guess they had to have the match fit the angle. I fast forwarded through the SCU vs. jobbers match. Spears vs. Pineapple Pete was good and showed good development of the "black glove" angle **. Archer vs. Garrison was better than expected as Garrison looks legitimately good in the ring and should be given a shot at a competitive match (you can tell AEW has some faith in Garrison as a roster member since he was invited back and was the only unsigned talent who worked as a lumberjack in the lumberjack match on this week's dynamite). Janela & Kiss vs. Dark Order was solid and fun and a great match for Dark **1/2. Mel got a needed win to legitimize her spot in the company now that she's back although the match was not great. KiLynn is very green and Mel looked like she had a lot of ring rust. I fast forwarded through Scorpio Sky vs. Lee Johnson. I've seen poor Lee get manhandled enough. The 6 man tag was very random but not a bad match. I'm not sure Luther has a place in the roster if they don't have anyone for him to "garbage wrestle" against. I fell asleep during Cassidy vs. Avalon but reportedly it was basically how you'd expect an Orange Cassidy squash victory to go and i'm sure it was fun if you're into him. Avalon plays a great wimpy heel. This is a prototype for what Dark should strive for except add maybe one match with a little more genuine intrigue and you have the sweet spot."
[5.0] "A bit better than previous weeks. Much easier to watch on a closed set than a true empty arena, but the matches were all lackluster to average. A generous 5/10 show."
