[2.0] "Outside of the opening promo there was nothing memorable about this show at all, with Rey/Rene likely being the match of the night despite going three minutes. Funaki jobs to Chavo Classic, a bikini contest, Eddie destroying Danny Basham, a Mordecai promo, your typical JBL promo, and the main event being an angle to continue the Paul Bearer kidnapping angle. Ugh."
[5.0] "It's not the worst example of a bad 2004 Smackdown or anything like that, but this show is still missing the mark at the moment. There is some fun here with Eddie Guerrero getting to do the fun cheating stuff against Danny Basham in a match that probably wasn't the most important match you'll ever see, but entertaining nonetheless. The main event with The Undertaker and Booker T was decent with Booker getting in far more offense than he did at the PPV, but it's nothing stand out. Paul Heyman's promo to end the show was really good despite the hindsight of knowing the storyline gets terrible. Again though, a large chunk of the show is boring! The Cena promo to start the show is childish and I'm starting to see already why fans got tired of his antics. The set up for the feud with Booker T is alright and Kurt Angle is just laughably bad in the GM role. I don't know if this is an unpopular opinion or not, but Kurt Angle is one of my least favourite GMs of all time even though I love him as a wrestler. JBL's promo was exactly the same as last weeks more or less and you see inconsistent booking like Rene Dupree going from a strong feud with John Cena to losing to Rey Mysterio in just 3 minutes! I know the ladies look great, but the bikini contest eats up a long amount of time as well."
[4.0] "I wasnt really feeling this show, but it was at least adequate. I liked the start of the opening segment, but as it went on it just continued to drag. The matches on this show were all meh to me except for the main event, and even that was only a decent TV main event. JBLs promo was strong here, and the direction theyre going in with the Dudleys is interesting even though we all know the ending to it."
[8.0] "Taker and Booker absolutely blew away their Judgment Day match here, maybe the best they had together in spite of the non-finish. The end of the Dudleys/Heyman angle is infamously bad but it seemed very exciting at the time, at least when I was first watching. Mysterio/Dupree was also enjoyable while it lasted, Mysterio is incredibly talented."
