[5.0] "Weird title, but whatever. There was enough good in-ring action to make it a watchable show, it was an average PPV due to the lack of compelling storytelling leading into the event, as well as the pandemic keeping the atmosphere way down. The opening Tables match was a fine opener that used the stiplation well enough for the minutes they were afforded. Cross vs Bayley told a nice story but was pretty poor action-wise. An Eye for an Eye was a gross stipulation and had a gross ending, but fair play to Seth and Rey, they did their best to work around it and make it worthwhile. Asuka vs Sasha was a fun match that was unfortunately dragged down by the finish. Drew vs Dolph was entertaining but it made Ziggler look like a proper fool. He had all the cards to win and somehow blew it. Finally, the Swamp match was probably the worst of the cinematic matches from this era and was a chore to sit through."
[8.0] "Opener sehr stark! Hätte mir Vielleicht noch etwas mehr geilere Spots vorgestellt, aber Ich denke das Finish mit den 2 Tischen Reicht schon aus. Als kleine Rand Notiz muss ich noch anmerken das mir Tische in der WWE irgendwie schon seit Jahren nicht mehr wirklich gefallen. Irgendwas wurde an der Herstellung geändert, da sie sehr hart wirken bei Bumps. Kann auch sein das ich mich Irre (****). Und dann kommt hier schon wieder mein Problem was Ich mit dem "Extreme Rules" PPV habe. Und zwar ein Match ohne Stipulation. Meiner Meinung nach muss so ein Gimmick PPV immer eine Stipulation bei jedem Match mit dabei haben. Bayley vs. Nikki Cross war Gut, aber halt ein Match was man auch bei jeder anderen Weekly hätte zeigen können. Also absolut nix besonderes (***1/4). Das Eye For An Eye Match war stark, aber es hatte wie immer, wie so häufig bei der WWE ein Problem. Und zwar das Booking. Im Eye For An Eye Match geht es darum, dem Gegner das Auge Rauszuholen, warum zum Teufel versuchen dann Mysterio und Rollins, beide im Match das Auge "Einzudrücken"? Das hat absolut keinen Sinn ergeben. Vom In-Ring Geschehen her war es aber ein Gutes Match (****). WWE RAW Women's Championship Match dann auch Gut vom In-Ring Geschehen her. Aber vom Match Ausgang und vom Booking einfach wieder grauenhaft (***1/2). WWE Title Match war Gut. Die Stipulation hat mir nicht so ganz gefallen, war aber natürlich realistisch und gut durchdacht (****). Main Event im Cineastischen Style war nicht mein Match und absolut schrecklich. Insgesamt aber trotz des Schrecklichen Main Event's ein Guter Extreme Rules PPV."
[5.0] "Overbooked and very messy, but I respect WWE trying to make a lot with so little in the pandemic era and trying to give fans a memorable event, even if it didn't stick the landing."
[5.0] "So richtig etwas bewegt hat diese Show für mich nicht. Die groß beworbenen Matches sind allesamt nicht besonders herausragend. Selbst die beiden Matches der besonderen Art - das Eye Match und der Swamp Fight, stechen nicht so heraus, dass sie diese Show auf ein anderes Level anheben würden. Für mich ist Ziggler-McIntyre das einzige Match, das von vorne bis hinten überzeugt und damit ausgerechnet das Match, das im Vorfeld einen eher schwachen Aufbau hatte. Asuka-Sasha war auch auf einem guten Weg, aber das No Contest Finish hat das für mich zunichte gemacht. So war es am Ende einer eher mittelmäßige Show, die aber immerhin angenehm kurz ist."
[2.0] "Das hier ist nicht der 'King of the Ring 1995' oder vergleichbarer Murks, aber es ist eine Aneinanderreihung zweifelhafter Booking-Entscheidungen und ziemlicher Lowlights. Opener ist okay, Auska gegen Banks hat seine Momente und McIntyre liefert seriös. Dann aber in beiden Damen-Titelmatches ziemlich verkacktes Overbooking. Dazu ein dermassen beschmiertes Augen-Match, welches vom unsauber zusammengeschusterten und dümmlich kryptischen Mainer in Sachen Dämlichkeit sogar noch getopt wird. Auch wenn es seichte Lichtblicke gibt, das hier ist nicht meine Show."
[6.0] "Great in ring action with bad stipulations and an overbooked mess. Everything had some sort of stipulation that drag it down instead of elevating it. Drew Vs Dolph MOTN."
[4.0] "What an absolute train wreck of a show. I can't fathom how even the most loyal WWE fan could defend the booking of this show. And no, screw your sports entertainment nonsense. New Day/Cesaro & Nakamura (***) - A very decent opener. Nothing special but served it's purpose, and you can't say that about the rest of the show. The finish was good, and you can't say that about the rest of the show either. Bayley/Cross (**) - Basic on top of top. The exact stuff you'd see on a weekly show. Bayley is just as bland and boring as a heel. Cross still offers nothing to the table. Mystero/Rollins (***1/2) - I was ready to call this the worst match of the show but i was shocked to see Seth and Rey try their hardest to salvage anything from this stipulation. Credit to them as they both gave good performances. The spots around the eye were bad though, and the finish itself was one of the worst finishes to a match i have ever seen in my 9 years of watching wrestling. The worst part of it? An argument could be made that it's not the worst finish of the night. Asuka/Sasha (***1/4) - A good first half and a lackluster second half sum this one up. The ending of the match was yet another bust with several botches and more lousy interference. Put it out of it's misery. Ziggler/McIntyre (***3/4) - The MOTN. The stipulation was creative and Drew gave a really solid performance. Enjoyable stuff. Strowman/Wyatt (DUD) - I didn't like their MITB match at all, but somehow they sunk even lower. They sunk so low they reached the bottom of the swamp. Perhaps the least creative cinematic match alongside Dream/Cole. Bad production, lousy callbacks, cheesy storytelling, and a Friday the 13th knockoff finish. If Strowman and Wyatt failed at both a wrestling match and a cinematic match what in God's name do they have planned for Summerslam? Not the worst PPV ever but as far as the booking goes you could scrap it, burn it, gouge it's eyes out and toss it into the swamp."
[8.0] "Der muntere Opener ist etwas kurz, dafür aber am Ende mit einem spektakulären Stunt gekrönt. Schön, dass Cesaro nicht nur mal wieder gewinnen darf, sondern sogar mal wieder einen Titel hält (6/10). Der Aufbau von Damen-Match #1 ist groß angelegt, kann dem Anspruch einer epischen Ringschlacht aber nicht gerecht werden, der Funke will einfach nicht überspringen (6/10). Mit Rollins und Mysterio hat man es geschafft, über die vergangenen Wochen eine intensive Rivalität aufzubauen, auch wenn es hier und da vielleicht etwas nervig wirkt. Wir sehen aber nicht nur sadistisches Gehabe sondern auch viele schöne Wrestlingaktionen und das vielleicht schlechteste aber dafür von beiden Kontrahenten am besten gesellte Matchfinish aller Zeiten (9/10). Damen-Match #2 ist um Klassen besser als das erste, wir sehen technisch anspruchsvolles Wrestling in allen Facetten. Das Match hätte auch einen perfekten Main Event abgegeben, wenngleich das Finish etwas dämlich ist, aber natürlich auch der Story einige Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten lässt (10/10). McIntyre vs. Ziggler lässt aufgrund der Stipulation ganz interessantes Booking zu, ein glaubhafter Herausforderer ist Ziggler trotz allem nicht wirklich für den Lesnar-Bezwinger, das Match ist aber ganz ansehnlich (7/10). Mit dem Swamp-Fight setzt man die Reihe voraufgezeichneter ? Matches? mit filmischen Elementen fort. Das ist auch hier wieder hervorragend gelungen; Wyatts Monolog als Strowman in Ketten liegt ist ein bisschen zu lang, dafür ist der Auftritt von Alexa Bliss hammermäßig. Nach allem, was so zu sehen ist, ist ein verstörendes Ende natürlich nur folgerichtig (9/10). Gesamt: 7, 83."
[6.0] "Die Matches dieser Show waren wirklich gut, jedoch war fast jedes Finish enttäuschend oder Sinnlos. Der Opener war wirklich stak. Hier gab es gutes Wrestling, sowie auch Unterhaltende Momenet mit den Tischen. Der letzte Spot mit Cesaro und Kofi Kingston war fantastisch. Wir haben auch danach neue Champions. Bayley vs Nikki Cross war durchschnittlich. Es war wrestlerisch solide, jedoch sind die Matches von Bayley bei einem PPV immer gleich und es endet jedes mall damit, das Banks ihr hilft. Mittlerweile sollte der Split kommen, man sollte nicht auf die Crowd warten. Ebenfalls hatten wir eine Promo von MVP, die jedoch nicht wirklich besonders war. Rollins vs Mysterio war ein sehr gutes Match(***1/2). Die beiden haben Chemie und sind auch Individuell eine der besten. Die Stipulation sowie das Finish haben diesem Match nicht wirklich gut getan. Alles in einem ein gutes Match mit einer merkwürdigen Stipulation, es wird interresant zu sehen wie man hier weiter macht. Asuka vs Sasha Banks war das MOTN(****1/4). Es war schnell und technisch sehr stark auch haben die beiden Chemie zusammen. Man hat so ein gutes Match geboten, hat aber ein schlechtes Finish gebookt. Es macht absolut kein Sinn warum Bayley denn Count zählen durfte. Auch werden wir diese Matches jetzt wieder sehen müssen. Drew McIntyre vs Ziggler war gut(***3/4). Die Stipulation war logisch und das Match hatte auch seine guten Momente. Wie der Elbow Drop von ganz oben oder auch viele andere "Extreme" Momente. Was mir jedoch nicht gefallen hat war das Finish. Ziggler hat die meiste Zeit dominiert und wird dann mit einem Claymore besiegt. Man stellt McIntyre zu stark da, er hat jeden Gegener bis jetzt dominiert. Den Main Event fand ich wirklich gut. Es hatte gutes Story Telling und war auch an einigen Momenten wirklich gruselig. Das Match war die Story, wie Wyatt vom Kultführer zum Fiend wurde und ich hab das geliebt."
[4.0] "A show featuring some pretty strong wrestling, betrayed by lousy ideas and poor booking decisions. Case in point, the "Eye for an Eye" match, which was actually a very good match between Rollins and Mysterio that in the end was destroyed by the poor execution of an asinine stipulation (who, exactly, among WWE's target fanbase was this "eye-removal" idea meant to appeal to? ) Similarly, Asuka vs. Banks was a very good match derailed by its sloppy non-ending. The Swamp Fight match was another demonstration of how cinematic matches have become played out, with poor execution and nothing presented that we haven't already seen done better in other matches of its type. The co-main of McIntyre vs. Ziggler, the New Day-Cesaro/Nakamura opener, and Bayley vs. Cross were at least solid matches with well-executed finishes, and those - along with the strong performances in the matches that were let down by booking - are enough to at least earn an 'adequate' score."

But the Tag title match would have been better of not for the annoying Attitude-era holdover stip, Nikki Cross annoys me immensely, the entire eye for an eye stip was just so ridiculous that it took me out of the match completely, the idiotic Sasha-Asuka finish pretty much ruined a really good match, and while the WWE title match was pretty good, it was still Dolph Ziggler after having been abused in the booking for the majority of the past decade. And the less said about the swamp crap the better."

[Kevin Owens vs Murphy] - 4 stars (Match of the Night). [New Day vs Nakamura/Cesaro] - 2 3/4 stars. [Bayley vs Cross] - 3 stars. [Mysterio vs Rollins] - 2 1/4 stars. [Asuka vs Sasha Banks] - 3 3/4 stars. [McIntyre vs Ziggler] - 2 1/2 stars. [Bray Wyatt vs Braun Strowman] - 1/2 of a star. (Worst of the Night). Average match rating: 2. 68 of 5 stars (or 5. 36 of 10). Rounded to 5 for Cagematch."
[3.0] "Diese Show ist in meinen Augen ein neuer Tiefpunkt und ich frage mich ernsthaft warum ich mir das noch ansehen. Man schafft es für Matchfinishes (Banks vs. Asuka), dämliche Stipulations (Ziggler vs. MCIntyre) oder völligen Unsinn (Eye for an Eye) praktisch alles zu ruinieren. Rey vs. Rollins ist einfach nur peinlich und genau der Grund, warum es vielen Menschen unangenehm ist, ihren Freunden zu erzählen, dass sie auf Wrestling stehen. Sowas peinliches will ich nie wieder sehen. Der Swamp Fight war weder besonders schlecht, noch besonders gut, sondern einfach nur langweilig, wie eine schlechte Serie, die man nach der ersten Folge nicht mehr weiterschaut. Wrestlerisch fand ich McIntyre vs. Ziggler noch am besten, trotz der Stipulation. Abgesehen davon, dass mit Ziggler hier jemand ein Titelmatch erhält, der im Jahr 2020 bisher genau ein Singles Match gewonnen hat. Womit verdient dieser Mann ein Titelmatch? Generell ist hier kein einziger Wrestler vernünftig aufgebaut, sodass mich das einfach kalt lässt. Nikki Cross, Cesaro, Nakamura, Banks, Ziggler, alle haben 0 Momentum, kein Wunder, dass die Ratings derart schlecht sind."
[6.0] "Alles in allem waren die Einzelteile doch besser als die Gesamtshow. Das Fiasko rund um den US Title und die shitty finishes der Damenmatches waren doch ganz schöne downer, trotz der Qualität im Ring. Über das Ende vom eye for an eye will ich gar nicht mehr nachdenken! Es war im Gesamten okay mit deutlich Luft nach oben"
[3.0] "Can't wait for crowds to return. The booking of these shows just gets worse. There were a few positives however, Dolph v McIntyre was great, Asuka v Banks was another good match, ruined by a typical WWE finish. The swamp thing was fairly pointless. I don't have words to describe the eye for an eye match, I didn't like it at all. Another pretty poor ppv."
[6.0] "Der Opener ist in meinen Augen ein anständiges Match mit ganz guten Spots und auch einem gelungenen Ende, allerdings ist die Fixierung halt auch wirklich nur auf die Spots und dazwischen wirkt es teils unverbunden. Bayley gegen Nikki Cross ist auf ähnlichem, anständigen Niveau. Keine große Stories oder spektakuläre Moves aber durchaus gute Intensität. Mysterio gegen Rollins ist eigentlich ein gutes, intensives Match welches aber durch die aufgepfropfte Stipulation sowie das Finish auf anständig herunter gezogen wird. Asuka gegen Sasha Banks ist da ähnlich allerdings auf etwas höherem Niveau. Hier haben wir nämlich sogar ein teils sehr gutes Match was die wechselnde Dominanz und vor Allem auch das Bodypartwork und die taktische Komponente angeht, welches allerdings durch eine verwirrende Schlussphase ebenfalls etwas runter gezogen wird. Mc Intyre gegen Ziggler ist auf ähnlichem Niveau, in meinen Augen aber leicht vorne und das MOTN. Hier hat man Ziggler der alles tut um Mc Intyre zu dominieren aber schließlich doch verliert. Technisch und von der Härte her ist das wirklich gut und hier hat man auch nichts an Stipulation oder Finish verbooked. Die einzige Kritik ist die teilweise doch sehr starke Darstellung von Mc Intyre. Dann kam das ME und das war wirklich ein mixed bag. Auf der einen Seite gab es gute Ansätze mit den Callbacks oder auch mit Alexa Bliss oder dem Fiend am Ende, andererseits gab es aber auch Sachen die wirklich random wirkten. Insgesamt war es in meinen Augen genau in der Mitte. Abschließend muss ich sagen, dass ich diesen PPV besser fand als erwartet, gleichzeitig diese anständige Show allerdings hätte richtig gut sein können, wenn man manche, wrestlerisch wirklich gute Matches nicht durch das Booking etwas runter gezogen hätte. 8 Punkte wären durchaus möglich gewesen , so sind es dann aber nur 6 in meinen Augen."
[6.0] "Some questionable decisions puts this PPV on the disappointing side. The opening match was good. Bayley vs Nikki Kross was above average. Rollins vs Mysterio was great, but had a bad ending. Same can be said for Asuka vs Sasha. McIntyre vs Ziggler was above average. The swamp fight was so-so."
[7.0] "Neue Fans dürfte WWE mit der Horror Show at Extreme Rules 2020 nicht gewonnen haben. Die Skeptiker werden mit dem Augen-Angle und zwei schrägen Finishes brav gefüttert. Dazwischen hatte die Show aber durchaus ordentliche Momente und das kam hier und da sogar überraschend. Der Opener bietet plausible Action um die Tische und hat dem Finish einen ganz guten Rückbezug auf die Storys aus den Weeklies dabei. Tempo ist okay, Action ist gut unterwegs und geht mit der Psychologie um die Tische gut um. Ordentliches Match. (***) Putziges Movitavtionssegment für Nikki. Passt gut zu ihrem Charakter. Schon beachtlich, wie maßgeschneidert die Damen zuletzt präsentiert werden. Bayley und Nikki Cross legen so fix los, dass ich kurz dachte, dass es ein kurzer Finisher-Spam-Sprint wird, aber so ist das eine ganz gute Nuance, ehe sich die Damen dann doch einkriegen und eine ordentliche Nummer auf die Beine stellen. Schlagabtausch sitzt, Spannung ist nicht viel dabei, aber ein false finish kann sich sehen lassen. (***) Crews kann doch nicht und MVP kann reden. Das macht er hier nur bedingt unterhaltsam, aber es erfüllt den Zweck. Seth kommt mit der Zange zum Ring und ich dachte kurz, es wird doch ein Tooth For A Tooth-Match. Das Wrestling ist okay, Rey brüllt ein paar SOB in das offene Mikro und der Fokus auf die Augen fühlt sich komisch an, aber ist letztendlich nicht krass absurd. Das ist dann leider das Finish-Angle und die Requisite, die Rey dann dramatisch in der Hand halten muss. Wilde Sache, aber das Match ist definitiv ordentlich dabei. (***¼+) Asuka und Sasha haben eigentlich alles, um hier ganz nach vorne durchzudringen, aber die Story hat mit Sasha halt noch mehr vor und so muss die Show weitergehen. Die Action bis zu den Eingriffen ist gut und beide Damen führen ihren Lauf wirklich gut fort. Gutes Zusammenspiel und letztendlich ist das Finish mit Bayles Karen-Charakrer sogar ganz passend. Das Match ist sehenswert, verpasst durch die Story aber wirklich gut zu sein. (***¾) Drew und Dolph liefern meiner Meinung nach hier eine kleine Mustervorstellung, wie man so eine Stipulation mit Leben füllt. Gute Comebacks, ein gutes False Finish und von Ziggler ein passender Einsatz der Gegenstände. Auch wenn im Vorwege keine Spannung da war, wird diese hier doch aufgebaut und die Stipulation entfaltet ihren Charme. Gutes Ding. (***¾+) Das Main Event ist für mich kein Match, sondern nun wirklich ein extralanges, gutes Segment. Ggf. hätte ich das über 3-4 Teile bei SmackDown gesendet als es in einem PPV den Main Event geben zu lassen. Das ist gut inszeniert, Bray macht das gut, Braun versaut es immerhin nicht. Für den Guide hier ist es dann aber maximal ausreichend, da die Story halt funktioniert, aber der Brawl dann keiner ist. Gefiel mir als Segment besser als als Match. Wirr? Ich weiß nicht. Im Kontext des PPVs ist es für mich etwas am Thema vorbei. Der Event ist dennoch ordentlich für mich. Bis dahin passt ja durchaus einiges zusammen."
[4.0] "Eine mittelmäßige PPV Veranstaltung mit zwei tollen Matches, die durch den "Main Event" leider einen Gesamtpunkt nach unten geworfen wird. Ziggler & McIntyre haben derweil eine tolle Stipulation, die sie toll ausnutzen, während sie McIntyre weiterhin sehr sehr dominant darstellen - wunderbar (***¾)! Auch Sasha/Asuka war bis auf das Finish ein hervorragendes Match (***½+). Rollins & Rey zeigen, dass sie eine sehr starke Chemie haben, aber die Stipulation zog das ganze Match runter (**¾). Der Rest war bis auf einen tollen Tables Spot nicht der Rede wert. 4. 40"
[4.0] "Eher schwache Show, sicherlich gab es Matchtechnisch schon weit schlimmeres, aber das Booking war einfach fürchterlich und das wirklich gute Match sucht man hier auch vergeblich. Der Opener war noch eines der Highlights, an sich kein schlechtes Match, aber trotzdem ist es einfach immer noch schade, dass man nichts mit Shinsuke Nakamura macht. Bei Cesaro ist der Zug ja schon längst abgefahren und die Tag Team Division spielt einfach keine Rolle. Bayley gegen Cross, war okay, man hat Cross stärker dargestellt als erwartet, aber viel in Erinnerung bleibt da nicht. Rollins gegen Rey: Wie verbookt man ein potentielles Dreammatch? Die beiden könnten doch wirklich ein großartiges Match worken und stellenweise haben sie das ja sogar, da waren wirklich tolle Szenen dabei, aber die Stipulation und dementsprechend das Ende waren einfach sowas von unterirdisch. Das war der größte Trash (Im negativsten Sinne), den ich je gesehen habe, schlimmer als die schlimmsten WCW und TNA stipulations es jemals waren. Asuka gegen Banks war größtenteils sehr gut, an sich wohl auch das MOTN, rein matchtechnisch gesehen. Aber auch hier war das Booking schwach, das Finish völliger Unsinn und der Split zwischen Banks und Bayley hätte hier passieren MÜSSEN. Bei Drew gegen Ziggler kann ich mich der guten Bewertung nicht anschließen, ich fand es eher schwach. Ziggler wurde als schlechtester Wrestler ever dargestellt, natürlich spielt das mittlerweile sowieso keine Rolle mehr, aber dem Match hat es auch nicht geholfen, es war viel zu einseitig. Der Swamp Fight war an sich okay. Es gab nette Szenen, völlig random baut man Alexa Bliss rein, was an sich eine super coole Szene wäre, hätte man da etwas mehr Hintergrundstory für. Am Ende bleibt das Match aber absolut nichtssagend. Was haben wir daraus mitgenommen? Nichts. Bray ist wieder der Fiend und es gibt das Rematch. Aber dafür braucht man wirklich kein ganzes Match."
[9.0] "Die Wrestling Matches waren gut bis sehr gut, das einzige was ich negativ fand, war das Raw Damen Titel Match Ende und einige botches von Banks. Der Swamp Fight ist dann Geschmackssache, ich mochte es sehr. Die 2, 5 Stunden vergingen wie im Flug und ich war immer gut unterhalten."
[2.0] "Direkt schonmal im Voraus, Ich hatte absolut schon mit Komplettem Schrott gerechnet.. aber das was mir hier bewiesen wurde topt noch mal ehrlich alles. Ich weiß nicht wie man hier eine Gute Bewertung geben kann. Das ist aber auch zum Glück nicht meine Meinung. Mir geht's hier auf keinen Fall um's "Wrestling" selbst, auf keinen Fall, denn viele Matches waren was das Teschniche angeht sehr gut. Mir geht's um dieses absolute Müll Booking von World Wrestling Entertainment. Ich weiß nicht wie man auf so einen Scheiß kommt, aber mehr will ich zu den Booking Entscheidungen von diesem PPV auch garnicht sagen, weil das wären dann direkt, von meiner Seite aus 0 (! ) Punkte wenn es nur um's Booking gehen würde und dafür reicht das Maximum an Zeichen einfach nicht aus. Kommen wir zum Wrestling das wenigstens gut war. Opener Gut. Nakamura & Cesaro gewinnen die Tag Team Titel was völlig inordnung ist (***). Bayley vs. Nikki Cross wäre ich beinahe eingecshlafen. Absolut langweilig und ich finde man sollte langsam Bayley den Titel abnehmen oder die Fehde mit Sasha Banks starten (Was längst überfällig ist! ). Seth Rollins vs. Rey Mysterio gut (Vom Wrestling her! Der Rest war absolut Unterirdisch. Wie man schon nur so ein Match Booken kann ist absolut fragwürdig), Das gekotze am Ende von Rollins War der Ausdruck von mir den ich momentan habe wenn ich mir das Main Roster angucke, was mir absolut keinen Spaß mehr macht leider. Wie gesagt vom Wrestling (! ) Her gut (***1/4). Asuka vs. Sasha Banks viel zu lange und einfach nur langweilig. Finish absolut Müll. Drew McIntyre vs. Dolph Ziggler um den WWE Title Drecks Stipulation, trotzdem gutes Match. Sogar Match of the Night, aber das Finish auch absolut Müll. Einfach nur ein Unterirdischer PPV mal wieder von der WWE."
[7.0] "Guter PPV. Der Opener war in Ordnung. New Day verlieren ihre Titel. Die gute Nachricht ist das Cesaro und Nakamura weitere Titel gutgeschrieben bekommen. Der Spot zum Sieg war echt gut gemacht. Die Women waren in Ordnung. So schlecht fand ich das Match jetzt nicht nur Nikki ist für mich kein Womens Champion Material. Das Schlagring Ende kann man durchgehen lassen. Crews ist nicht da und MVP krönt sich selbst zum US Champ. Ein verschwendetes Segment. Rollins vs Mysterio war schlecht. So solide das Wrestling hier war so grauenhaft war die Stipulation. Wie der Sieg zustande kam ist größter Quatsch. Dann ergibt sich Rollins nach dem Match und so fühlte ich mich auch als ich das Match gesehen habe. Die Women waren in Ordnung. Das Match war echt gut nur war das Ende auch hier miserabel. Sasha ist kein Champ dafür klaut sie Asukas Titel. Der Main-Event war gut. Das beste Match der Show was keine Überraschung war. Während Ziggler praktisch alles machen durfte um den Titel zu gewinnen durfte McIntyre nur regulär gewinnen. Schöne Spots hatte es zu dem auch. Das Endsegment war schlecht. Erstmal war es kein Match da Wyatt und Strowman praktisch gar nicht kämpften und zweitens war es in meinen Augen die schlechteste Verfilmung bisher. Ich habe mich praktisch beim Ende gelangweilt. Warum zum Teufel spielte Alexa Sister Abigail? Konnte man nicht jemand unbekanntes nehmen? Am Ende taucht The Fiend auf um das Match zwischen ihm und Strowman für Summerslam einzuleiten."
[7.0] "Bin mit 0 Erwartungen hier herangangen. Aber die Performer haben das maximale aus den Ansetzungen herausgeholt. Grade Asuka vs. Sasha (**** 1/4) und Seth vs. Rey (*** 1/2) waren bis zum FInish sehr gute Wrestling Matches. Dazu ein überraschend gutes Bayley vs. Cross Match (*** 3/4), solides Tag Team Wrestling mit einem kranken End Spot (*** 1/2) ein gutes World Championship Match mit smarter Heel Stip (****) Hätte den Swamp Fight zwar nicht Mainen lassen aber so schlecht wie er teilweise gemacht wird empfand ich ihn persönlich nicht (*** 1/2) Keine 8 Punkten wegen den Finishes!"
[4.0] "Not that many matches were truly terrible on this show, but it was a major let down in many regards and never presented anything that was unambiguously good. The tag title match and McIntyre-Ziggler were both decent matches, although I question the result of the former, and the latter dragged slightly in places. Both overall fun matches, however, and Bayley vs Cross had its moments even if it ultimately felt quite dispensable. Asuka vs Banks was absolutely incredible until it nosedived in the last five minutes with contrived booking and an infuriatingly flat, anti-climactic finish. Between this and the cancelled US title match (that MVP insisted he won by forfeit), it was a bit unclear at times tonight who the champions and victors were supposed to be, and even with clarification, these are both highly unsatisfying events. Rollins vs Mysterio and Strowman vs Wyatt both promised something wild, strange or exciting, but both completely failed to impress. Seth removed Rey's eye and this was somehow still the tamest and least exciting match on the card, immediately cheapened by watching Seth vomit in remorse at his actions. Wyatt-Strowman was almost interminably dull, bringing back all the worst aspects of Wyatt's past gimmick as he rambled on and on meaninglessly, before watching the two trade minimal moves in a dimly lit dock. This show isn't totally without merit, especially the first 80% of Sasha vs Asuka, but this show got very deflating as it progressed and ultimately left me wishing I hadn't watched it."

[4.0] "Bad booking damaging a lot of good work. Mysterio/Rollins couldn't overcome the absurdness of the match type. Ziggler vs. McIntyre was good, would have been better without the contrived stipulation. Banks vs. Asuka was on course to be great but hurt with a WTF finish. The Strowman vs Wyatt main event "match" was just goofy with very little action. Weak show."
[3.0] "Das war gar nichts. Wirklich gar nichts. Der Opener war das einzige wirklich gute an der Show. Jedoch sind da auch tausende Logiklücken zu finden, weil es eben ein dämliches Tablesmatch war. Als Neutral würde ich Drew gegen Ziggler und Asuka vs Banks bewerten. Ersteres ist ganz normales gewrestle und leidet darunter, dass man nie an den Upset glaubt und beim zweiten ist es halt kein cleaners finish. Mies waren Bayley gegen Cross, Rollins gegen Mysterio und das Swamp Match. Zweiteres konnte wegen der Stipulation nur schiefgehen. Und dann gewinnt Rollins indem er das Auge reindrückt und das dann rausfällt und er kotzt? Wtf? Das Swamp Match war auch nichts für mich und konnte man nicht mit den relativ guten Cinematches von WM vergleichen. Wyatt und Strowman verlieren durch sowas irgendwie an Glaubwürdigkeit. Das war mit einer der schlechtesten WWE PPVs diese Jahr und das soll schon was heißen. Die Zeit ist gefühlt nicht vergangen und es fühlt sich einfach an als hätte ich diese 3 Stunden meines Lebens komplett verschwendet."
[8.0] "A sneaky good show. No BAD matches on this card really. McIntyre/Ziggler topped everyone's expectations for sure. Asuka/Banks was solid until the weird ending. Despite a very fake eye Rollins/Mysterio told a really good story. Bayley/Cross may have been one of my favorite matches, those two really clicked on the show. New Day/Cesaro & Nakamura was even really good and saw a cool finish after Kofi was powerbombed through two tables! The main event was a cinematic match which was kinda cheesy but still wasn't bad, it was about how I expected it. Only real downside I have for this show was the confusion on two of the finishes. Is Sasha Banks the RAW Women's Champion? Can anyone just throw on a ref shirt and make the 3 count? Stuff like that has happened before but it really comes off weird. The other weird finish was the main event, I guess Bray Wyatt/Fiend won? He pulled Braun under and the show just kinda ended. Sadly it was one of the weaker cinematic matches. To overall this was a really solid PPV from the WWE and you can't poke too many holes it in besides a couple endings. Good stuff here!"

[0.0] "This is the worst professional wrestling pay per view ever released to the general public. Why? Because it wasn't a wrestling show. This was a massive mound of horseshit, the likes of which we will hopefully never see again. What was this? Why did it need to exist? Was it entertaining at points? YES. But this isn't pro wrestling. It's not even the "sPoRtS eNtErTaInMeNt" shit WWE has been peddling for years. IDK what this was. Russo would say it was too much. At most, watch the opener and nothing else. Heroes of Wrestling was a more coherent professional wrestling product."
[6.0] "I was a little bored throught the whole PPV but Asuka vs. Sasha Banks was the MOTN for me, even with the shitty finish. Drew vs. Ziggler was awesome too, and the Swamp Fight was an amazing cinematic match so I will say I kinda enjoy it."
[5.0] "While there were some good points to this show, there were also some bad points to it. Good points that I found were -New Tag Champs in Nakamura & Cesaro, nice to see both of those guys getting another title added to their careers in WWE. -Asuka Vs. Sasha Banks: match was a little too long, but great match all around and the finish was great too. Really made sense with the characters of Bayley & Sasha. -Ziggler Vs. McIntyre: Amazing match and best match of the night. Phenomenal stuff from these two and that Claymore finish from McIntyre was Godlike. -Swamp Fight: Loved everything about it, including the goofyness. Bad points I found were -Eye for an Eye Match: While the wrestling was good, I didn't really enjoy the whole gimmick of taking an eye out. Felt like something you would see from 80's-Early 90's WCW. Finish to this match was God Awful, especially the fake eye popping out and Rollins vomiting. -I was confused over the whole thing with MVP and the US Title. -I didn't care too much for the Bayley/Nikki Cross match. All in all, this show had some great wrestling to it. There were equally good and bad points to this show from what I could tell so I would have to say it was decent overall. Also what happened to that Bar Fight between Hardy and Sheamus? I never seen anything about that."
[7.0] "From an in-ring perspective, this was a pretty good show. None of the matches were bad, and all of them were at least pretty good. Both Asuka vs Sasha Banks and Ziggler vs McIntyre were great. The one issue with this show was the finishes. The finishes to the RAW Women's title match, the Eye for an Eye match and the main event were suspect, which is why I can't give this show higher than a 7. If not for the questionable finishes, this show would be an 8."
[3.0] "Despite having great matchups on paper, I didn't care for this event due to the stipulations and booking. I wasn't a fan of the eye match or the swamp match. I did think the opener was pretty good, with the finish being pretty brutal. I also thought Sasha and Asuka was pretty good but the interferences kept it from being great."
[7.0] "I think that your vision of the show depends pretty much of how you lived the ending of the Raw women's title. It was clearly the best wrestling match of the night, probably **** worthy, and that very dirty finish of the match. I too would have prefered a real finish but it goes along Bayley's and Sasha Banks's character which cannot clearly make them win. If there was a Raw GM or any official I would be sure than she'll be stripped off the title, but here I'm disappointed, but curious to see what happens next. They are the main attraction of both shows and are now crowned with all the titles. Oh, and the Swamp fight was awesome although it had too much talking, and the rest of the matches were at least ok."
[9.0] "Good PPV. People should have known going in it would be a different style of show by its name. The opener tag team match was a solid fast paced tables match which was very enjoyable. Bayley vs Nikki was skippable with nothing memorable happening. Rey vs Seth's eye for an eye match was creative and fun, possibly MOTN. Asuka vs Sasha had a good match but all the interference and messy ending really confused me if that was necessary, regardless if it leads to another match. Still though, the overall match was good. Drew vs Dolph was a very solid extreme rules match which surpassed my expectations when Dolph announced the stipulation. Further shows that McIntyre is a great champion in terms of storytelling and match quality. Finally the main event with Bray and Braun was great. It shows off Bray's creative genius even further and while the ending was meh, it makes sense and builds to their Summerslam match with the Fiend. Very good show for the COVID-19 era."
[8.0] "It clearly wasn't for everyone but I thought this was a really fun show. Nakamura & Cesaro deserved the nod and had a good match The New Day. Bayley and Cross did predictably good work. MOTN for me was Drew McIntyre vs Dolph Ziggler, the two made the match mean something and actually suspended my disbelief to the point that I was concerned Ziggler would get the win. It also reminded me how much I love Dolph Ziggler. Crews & MVP and (the mostly excellent) Asuka vs Sasha Banks had shades of Nitro, which I actually enjoyed found quite interesting. I get the sense that they're using TV to drive PPVs but also using the PPVs to drive TV ratings here too. While I don't like to see Crews, MVP or the US title disrespected like this, WWE is probably correct in their estimation that while some people will be willing to watch RAW to see the match, we didn't buy a PPV or Network subscription on that matches merit. The goofy wwamp fight wasn't for me on this occasion but Wyatt continues to play his character as well as ever. While WWE have gotten better at "empty arena" wrestling, it feels like they peaked at "Cinematic" matches over WrestleMania weekend. All in all, a weird and enjoyable show. The matches that had winners, had the right winners."

[2.0] "This PPV would have fit right in with late WCW. Eye for an eye. Enough said. Asuka vs. Sasha Banks had more shenanigans than 10 Bullet Club matches combined. Why was Bayley allowed to count the pinfall? She is not a referee! The swamp match dragged and literally had a solid 5-minute-straight talking segment, and then the match just ended with no winner. The stip for McIntyre vs. Ziggler had Russo written all over it. At least even this cursed show couldn't stop Nakamura and Cesaro from putting on a decent match."
