[4.0] "This Raw was pretty dull with a disappointing payoff to Kane's unmasking storyline, as Shane McMahon was the one to take him down. The rest of the show featured lackluster matches and segments, making it feel unremarkable compared to Smackdown."
[2.0] "And we're back to a boring Raw again after a pretty decent one the previous week as is the pattern in 2003! Kane after his unmasking was one of the few consistently good things about the show, but here it's a really disappointing pay off when the first person to take him down is Shane McMahon! They built the entire show around this segment and it bombed! Minus the Triple H vs Goldberg match announcement for Summerslam, this show is pretty uneventful. Jericho starts a feud with Kevin Nash for some reason and they have a match that turns out to be a waste of time. Orton and Shawn Michaels are completely overshadowed by it in the Highlight Reel segment. The matches are all uninteresting to watch and it's either because they are bad or just plain old filler and its simply not good enough when you're seeing a consistently great product on Smackdown! Molly Holly winning the Women's title over Gail Kim was definitely the right call."
[3.0] "This show was pretty boring with the main thing hyped up being a Vince/Kane confrontation at the end. The rest of the show doesn't really hold up before it happens with meh matches and segments, and if you're gonna make it a one-segment show at least have that segment be good. Instead, all we saw was Shane being the first one to take down the monster Kane for whatever reason."
[3.0] "Extremely boring Raw with little to no energy all night. The best match was Val/Rico, which was also extremely pointless, the longest matches of the night included Scott Steiner, Test, and two green tag teams, and the final segment involved no wrestlers until Shane McMahon knocked Kane off the stage to end the show. They spent a month building Kane as a monster, only for Shane McMahon to take him down. Crazy."
