[7.0] "Much better than the previous few shows, but this wasn't really a high bar to begin with. It did have it's fair share of unneccessary Saudi booking nonsense with Brock/Velasquez and Strowman/Fury, but this time round, there was an actual effort to make some coherent booking sense and some fun matches. Mansoor/Cesaro was a standout as the hometown hero put on a brilliant performance against one of WWE's best in-ring workers. The Team Hogan/Team Flair tag team match was also a lot of fun, putting together a good portion of WWE's top players (and Baron Corbin) in an entertaining tag skirmish. The rest of the show was perfectly fine, with a nice moment as the first WWE Women's Match in Saudi Arabia took place, and then the main event. Depending on how much you like unstoppable monsters and finisher spamming, this was basically the Hell in a Cell match from the month prior but with less spamming, more spots, and replacing the abysmal ending with The Fiend winning the Universal Championship (fittingly on Halloween). A good show overall that has more gems than the usual Saudi shows WWE put on"

Other than that, this card was just a whole bunch of garbage and meh. WWE brings in one of only 3 men to beat Lesnar in the UFC and...had him get squashed in 3 minutes. Then we had a couple meh matches before the garbage cash grab that was Braun vs Fury. Just hate this card all around other than the main event."

[4.0] "This wasn't the worst Saudi show ever, but it still wasn't good. There were three good to great matches (US Title, 10 man tag, and Mansoor/Cesaro), and a bunch of filler that ranged from okay to horrible. Opener was one of the worst matches I have ever seen. It's really sad to think that this was the main reason Kofi dropped to Brock in 8 seconds. The turmoil match wasn't poorly worked or anything but it was clearly here to waste time, and the winners of this match were released less than 6 months later. Fury/Strowman was bad, but that was basically a given. Fury at least tried here and I respect the effort, even if he was massively overpaid. Women's match wasn't a master class but it was really cool seeing the crowd be so receptive to it. Main event was definitely better than their Hell in a Cell disaster, but the red light made it really hard to actually see what was going on. Had the right go guy over at least, even if it shouldn't have happened at a glorified house show. Overall this wasn't a very good show and only three matches are worth watching."

[4.0] "This is one of the two Saudi shows that didn't piss me off so that's something. Brock Lesnar vs Cain Velasquez was awful and forgettable just like Cain's short run with WWE. Its a shame that this was for the top title in the company. (DUD) The tag team turmoil was nice and at least the Good Brothers kept up the best tag team in the world gimmick afterwards (***) Cesaro vs Mansoor was amazing and shows how excellent Mansoor is in the ring. Although, we get another pointless promo from Mansoor at the end. (****) Braun Strowman vs Tyson Fury was meh and the finish was stupid. (*3/4) AJ Styles vs Humberto Carrillo was good and it showed the potential Humberto had to become a star. (***1/3) Lacey Evans vs Natalya was a decent match. (**) Team Hogan vs Team Flair was good despite the gimmick. (***1/3) The main event was not bad but it was basically the Hell in a Cell match without the Cell. The Fiend keeps no selling moves which is fine but, he's so slow and not to mention that stupid red light in his matches made it difficult to see what was happening. Glad the Fiend won though and ended the awful feud between him and Seth Rollins. (*3/4) A decent Saudi Arabia PPV with a weak main event."

[4.0] "Cesaro vs Mansoor and the ten man tag were both enjoyable matches and there was nothing here that I found to be offensively bad, which makes it an improvement on any of the other Saudi events. The main event was as hilariously awful as their match at Hell In A Cell, but at least this one had a more satisfying finish. Elsewhere both of the attraction matches were fine, as was the US title match, although considering the talent involved there, was disappointing. Overall, however, this wasn't all that bad and is pretty comfortably the best of Saudi shows so far."

[5.0] "Taking away the gross politics and semi-mysterious post-show travel woes, this was easily the best of the Saudi Arabia events since the Greatest Royal Rumble and miles better than last year's Crown Jewel. Mansoor vs. Cesaro was the best match of the night, and while Cesaro is always good, Mansoor held his own and showed himself to have a bright future ahead of him (he needs more face time on non-Saudi events, though). The ten-man tag match was also a lot of fun, and I enjoyed the Tag Team Turmoil match as well. Styles vs. Carillo and Natalya vs. Lacey were also OK if effectively TV-style matches. There were also some notable negatives, including the main event, which was essentially a retread of the Wyatt-Rollins HIAC match with the opposite (and probably correct) result this time, Strowman vs. Fury was what you would expect with about the only workable result (allowing Fury to remain "undefeated" while Strowman doesn't look too bad in defeat), and Lesnar vs. the injured Velasquez had little substance. An average event, but there are a few things that might be worth seeking out."

Although it did feel too long. Team Hogan Vs Flair was the match of the night with the opener being the worse and the main event a close second."

[3.0] "Difficult show to rate, for three reasons. Firstly the opening match was awful, secondly the Fury match wasn't great but for an inexperienced wrestler it could've been worse and thirdly Evans v Natalya wasn't great either but it's about the cultural significance of that match that was the most important part of it. I do enjoy the Saudi crowds, they're fairly loud and they don't "go into business for themselves" so I've settled on a 3."

[8.0] "By far the best show in Saudi Arabia. Mansoor vs Cesaro rocked, the battle royal was ok, the tag team turmoil was solid, the five on five match was good, the special attraction matches were nothing special but what can you expect, Styles vs Carrillo was good, Natalya vs Evans we have seen a thousand times. The main event was not that good, although I am very glad that Bray won the title, I honestly wish that this and their previous match in Hiac could be erased and be redone. Why not give them a normal match in Hiac where Wyatt wins and a solid rematch here where he retains. I mean since he was going to capture the title why not have that happen a month earlier and not book yourself into a corner that resulted in that horrendous hiac ending? WHY"

[4.0] "For a Saudi show, this was decent. With that being said though, I still think it's the worst PPV of 2019, slightly below Super ShowDown. I really thought Brock vs. Cain would be more competitive and longer (DUD). The Turmoil match was pretty good, and The O. C. winning was a big surprise in my book (**3/4). Cesaro vs. Mansoor was definitely match of the night. Obviously Cesaro is great, but Mansoor more than held his own and didn't even have to be carried (****). Fury vs. Strowman wasn't much to talk about, other than the fact that Fury did not look very good in the ring (DUD). Styles vs. Carrillo was pretty disappointing, most of it was pretty boring and slow until the last couple minutes (**1/2). Nattie vs. Lacey wasn't great, but the atmosphere surrounding it and the historical significance of it made it better overall (**1/2). Team Hogan vs. Team Flair was pretty good, but predictable (***1/4). Wyatt vs. Rollins was bad, once again. At least it had a real ending this time though, and I'm totally fine with Wyatt winning the title (*1/4)."

[3.0] "Would have been worth a 5 or 6 as a TV show, but far too much plain awful wrestling for a PPV. Lesnar vs Velasquez was a very expensive mistake and should never have happened. The tag team turmoil had few highlights and absolutely nothing memorable. The OC have been in awful form and are given a win while the two champion teams are pinned. Cesaro yet again proved he can put on a good match with any opponent. His relegation to pure enhancement talent is an ongoing disgrace. Fury vs Strowman was better than expected, Fury proving that there is still a chance any of us can be a wrestler even for 15 minutes. Styles vs Carrillo was awful. Humberto is so far out of his league, nothing he did convinced and only someone of AJ's skill can make his attacks look anything more then powder puff. Women's match was shit and they wrestled in modest clothing, as in no tight fitting bits on show. Team Hogan vs Team Flair was an absolute mess, Reigns kicking out of the RKO was a new low even when pushing the Big Dog. The main event started well, but soon turned into a repeat of the invincible Fiend no selling the stomp again and again. The only fireworks of the night that weren't impressive made up the "explosion" and mini fire ball that supposedly engulfed the Fiend. His miraculous recovery didn't shock anyone. But what did shock was the result, as Vince stuck his middle finger up at his US supporters."

[1.0] "The majority of the matches were dull, except for maybe Cesaro v Mansoor. The main event was atrocious: the assumed babyface destroys the assumed immortal monster, who in turn gets beaten like a random guy on invincible mode that cannot properly attack. Afterward, the babyface becomes somehow of a tweener but in the process loses to a monster because he was distracted after getting electrocuted because he acts like a 5 years old in the presence of electricity issues?"
