[5.0] "This was my first time viewing a full AAA event, and gosh was it a lot to take in. Firstly, the opening match was genuinely one of the worst matches I have ever seen. There was a random four-way steel cage tag team match that was absolutely void of actual moves. It was just punches, kicks, and cookie sheets. Then the match was expecting to be extremely good and a barn burner, Omega Vs. Fenix, was just good. I was really disappointed. Also what is up with the absurd amount of clowns. Don't get me wrong, I love clowns! Harley Quinn is my spirit animal. But like... what was all that even about? I went into this wondering why people call AAA a joke, and after watching this show I completely understand."

[5.0] "you know... maybe i don't understand lucha... That was my first AAA show and, despite nice quality production, that wasn't very good... To be fair, Omega/Fenix match was phenomenal (even if I think they have a better match on «NEW Redemption», but both of them feel different because of «face/face» and «face/heel» dynamic) and Copa Antonio Pena match was surprisingly good, but it's because they had a clear structure. All tag team matches didn't have this at all. And if at the beginning of the show I still could understand what's going on (hardly), but in the main event I completely lose track. Even Pentagon Jr. looked like another bland luchador in this mass. Cage match was really, really bad. And Daga/Drago - just a big disappointment. It looked like they just take the script for the half hour four-star NJPW match, split it for 14 minutes and tried to very lazily following it. If you are still interested in this show, just watch Omega/Fenix and, if you fancy, Antonio Pena's Royal Rumble. You can safely skip the rest."

[6.0] "A good show, with El Vikingo in the battle royal being impressive and the Omega/Fenix Mega Champion match being must-see. Some of the matches were hard-to-follow clusterf****, which is very unlike most lucha where it's blatantly obvious what sides of the rudo/technico dichotomy a luchador is working. Omega/Fenix is worth the watch on its own. The rest of the show is above average, but car-crashy at times."
