[4.0] "The handicap tag match was awesome but it was 4th to last. WHY? The 2nd best match was a squash match with about 20 stunners. This show is probably bottom 3 PPV even if it was in the worst year of the attitude era. Y2J/Jeff Hardy had some good action but they both look slow to me for the most part. Both the hogan/rock match and the HHH/Steiner match suffered from the same shit being no real build up. Hogan/Rock rematch just felt so forced with neither of these guys being relevant just 3 weeks prior. And HHH/Steiner was a rematch that nobody wanted as absolutely nobody felt that either 1) steiner deserved a title match to begin with and 2) HHH should have been given a belt out of thin air. Undertaker/Show was as boring as it sounds. The other tag match was decent and so was the hardy/kidman match. But I'll just say that if I went to this show, I'd be pissed."
[4.0] "Just off the jump, Coach does not do well replacing JR. The pacing is decent, with a banger at the beginning and then a lull before the late stages of the card. It's very odd seeing Heyman out during multiple matches. Should probably try to keep managers to one match a night lol. The match right before the main event being a squash match to get the crowd hyped the way only multiple Stunners can do was a good call. However, the HHH match and the main event were subpar ways to end the night."
[3.0] "It's a poor show. Fun opener and the 6 man tag was good. The Steiner vs HHH was somehow worse than their first match. Fans turn on Steiner but HHH deserves just as much criticism, terrible. Main event had the debut of 'Hollywood Rock', the new music and the new look. Hogan is a dumbass and decides to smash Rock with a chair for whatever reason and we all have to pretend we didn't see it. Hogan is about to win but the lights go out and the ref is supposedly knocked out. Michael Cole shouts 'HOW DID THAT STEEL CHAIR GET IN THERE'? It was in the ring for the majority of the match, Michael. Dear God. Vince, the ref and The Rock are all working together to screw Hogan. If we were rating the event based on the theme song, look of setup and nostalgia of the show then it's a 10 but that's not how this works. For me, anyway."
[4.0] "Honestly thought this was a dreadful show. Matt Hardy vs Billy Kidman and Jeff Hardy vs Chris Jericho were good matches but didn't really do much out of the ordinary. The 3-v-2 was legitimately great and probably the one high spot of the night for me. But the last three matches were absolutely horrendous, though not as bad as the finishing stretch of Backlash 2002."
[9.0] "By far my favourite No Way Out PPV with, in my opinion, one of the best theme songs WWE ever utilized ("Bring Me To Life" by Evanescence) along with Clash at the Castle 2024's use of Wargasm UK's "Do It So Good"). Great atmosphere with an electric Canadian crowd. A dud match or two but this doesn't pull the PPV down too much. This event felt like a really big deal with the card it had, almost transcending itself in that regard. Chris Jericho vs. Jeff Hardy serves as a hot opener. Austin vs. Bischoff was fun, hilariously golden JR commentary here. Had the World Title match & main event been higher quality, this would be an 'all-timer' event, but No Way Out 2003's atmosphere makes up for it's shortcomings, and serves as an effective lead-in to one of the greatest WrestleManias ever. This event has probably my favourite stage set-up ever as well, it looks fantastic. No Way Out 2004 had a similar setup, shame they eventually moved away from it with subsequent No Way Out events. I really wish they would rename the Elimination Chamber event back to No Way Out. It sounds so much cooler. Anyway, in my opinion NO WAY OUT 2003 should come highly recommended, especially for a B-level-tier PPV. One of the best 'non-big 4' WWE PPVs ever! 9/10!"
[8.0] "I thought this show was a hidden gem of the time. The return of Austin, Rock vs Hogan 2, Jeff Hardys last ppv appearance till he came back in 2006. Speaking of Hardy he was in the first match of the show with Jericho in a really fun opener that was more of a build up for HBK vs Jericho for mania 19. The tag match was fun but got alil scary when Kane accidentally knocked out Regal but was a fine Tag match overall. Next was Matt's big Title victory over Kidman in a match that I'm not sure was good or if I was more entertained by the classic V1 gimmick. Undertaker vs Big Show was next and was pretty boring, I do not remember much but gnarly headbutts and A-Train and Heyman interferences. Next was match of the night easily, Brock was filled with so much intensity and practically begging to get his hands on angle all match long. Also I guess it's notable to mention Edge was sopost to be in the match but got "attacked backstage" beforehand. Then we get the whole HHH vs Steiner fiasco and um this is somthing that's for sure. The first thing I can say is if I hear Bring Me To Life again all I will be able to think of is this epic promo package for this match. But the match itself was not so epic. The most notable part was the fans turning on the ref and Scott. Really bad match. Next is a another bad match but is still managed to be a extremely fun brawl and with it being Austin's first match back in roughly 8 or 9 months the crowd went ballistic when the music hit. Gotta love it but definitely not a main event level match. Then for the main event we got Rock vs Hogan 2. I really enjoyed this match and thought it was a great setup for Hogan/Vince at mania that year. I think everyone is trying to compare it to there mania 18 match and that's just not fair, that crowd reaction is impossible to top. With that and the scummy ending aside this match is a solid 6/10. Had alota fun re-watching this show"
[6.0] "Apart from another horrible Steiner vs Triple H match it was a very decent PPV. First three matches didn't really feel much different, but they were still quality with all three of them being exciting. Then Taker vs Big Show was a pretty good big man match with Deadman being in a phenomenal shape and still being interesting after recapturing his old aura during the feud with Lesnar. The Handicap Match was the best match of the night with all five workers being smooth with their stuff and Brock looking fantastic once again, HHH vs Steiner was a fiasco with the fans turning on the babyface and Austin vs Bischoff was a fun beatdown of Eric by the returning Stone Cold. And then the main event obviously didn't recapture the feeling of Rock's and Hogan's first match, but I think that they still did a fine job, plus I enjoyed Dwayne's new personality. I'm not sure about the finish to the show though as it left the babyface laying in the middle of the ring looking really weak."
[4.0] "Naja okay, man bringt viel Schund halbwegs schadlos zu Ende und zündet für Mania ein paar Raketenstufen bei Hogan & McMahon, sowie Lesnar & Angle. Alles andere sind wirklich kaum bemerkenswerte Partien, die Abreibung für Bischoff dazu zwar ersehnt, aber als Match nicht feierbar. Das Handicap-Match bleibt da am Ende als einzig bemerkenswerte Randnotiz stehen, wobei ich hin- und hergerissen bin, ob ich würdigen soll, dass man uns das Hogan-Resultat als Screwjob verkaufen will. Eine deutlich seichte Übergangsveranstaltung aus Montreal, wo das Ego McMahons offenbar weiterhin besonders leicht reizbar bleibt. RAW tut der Show wirklich kaum gut, SmackDown! rettet sie aus der kompletten Irrelevanz."
[5.0] "It was a decent PPV where we had a bit of everything. The handicap match for me was the best on this card, on the other hand the Triple H vs Scott Steiner match was, once again, very bad. The highlight of the show was the return of Steve Austin and I also want to highlight The Rock vs Hulk Hogan match, which was nothing special but served to establish The Rock's new character, which for me, is absolutely fantastic."
[6.0] "This show was very storyline heavy, so I can kinda understand why the match quality wasn't exactly up to par. Jericho vs Jeff Hardy was good, as was the handicap match between Lesnar/Benoit and Team Angle, and it was really fun seeing Stone Cold return to open up a can on Eric Bischoff, especially knowing their past history. JR going absolutely nuts when Austin won was really funny too. The rest of the undercard was so-so in terms of quality, Triple H vs Scott Steiner for the World Heavyweight Title, although a step-up from their Royal Rumble effort (which is already an extremely low bar to reach), predictably sucked. Also this show's theme was Bring Me to Life by Evanescence, which WWE had the rights to before the song ever came out commercially, and the promo package of HHH/Steiner just blaring "WAKE ME UP INSIDE" is both a rlly good promo package, but it also had me giggling because a feud like what they had does NOT deserve a song that dark. And the main event rematch between Rock and Hogan was let down by an all-time stinker of an ending because this PPV took place in Montreal, so it HAD to recreate some sort of screwjob! Overall, the show was okay and has decent entertainment value, but it's not exactly essential viewing."
[6.0] "I've always heard negative things about this PPV, and while it was nothing you need to go out of your way to see, I thought it was a solid show. Jericho vs Hardy and the handicap match are especially good, while both Undertaker vs Big Show and the main event (lame finish aside) are underrated. All of the storyline build for WM is effective, Monteal provides a good atmosphere, and at 2 1/2 hours it's relatively short for a PPV which made it easy to get through. Steiner vs HHH is a definite low point (but at least has some comedy value), but other than that this is an entertaining show."
[5.0] "Only one match definitely worth watching here in the pretty fun 3-on-2 handicap match. Jericho/Hardy, the tag titles match, and Hardy/Kidman are decent. 'Taker/Show and Steiner/HHH aren't great. Austin beating on Bischoff is neat and JR going absolutely nuts for it was hilarious. The main sucks and has a weird finish. Meh show on the whole but not the worst."
[6.0] "Pretty much a storyline heavy show that's there as set up to Wrestlemania. It does have its quality matches like the 2 on 3 handicap match being really good, a solid Jeff Hardy v Chris Jericho match and Matt Hardy beating Billy Kidman to win the cruiserweight title, but the last two matches in particular are there more as an angle to me. Stone Cold Steve Austin coming back was a huge moment and he duly gives Eric Bischoff his much deserved comeuppance with Jim Ross going so crazy on commentary. The Rock v Hogan II match is there to establish Hollywood Rock more as a heel with The Rock brilliantly working the crowd while also setting up Hogan for his clash with Vince McMahon. The 2 on 3 handicap match, which was the best match on the show gives us the first Angle vs Lesnar clash before Wrestlemania in a really fun match. Unfortunately the Triple H vs Scott Stiener feud continued, and the crowd completely rejected Stiener from the start. It's not an essential PPV to watch, but there is some fun with it if you don't mind the TV show type booking and the Montreal crowd are a lot of fun. It's also remembered as the show where William Regal suffered a really bad concussion in a horrifying bump that went wrong, and Edge being written out of the scheduled 6-man tag match because of a neck injury and both would be on the shelf for more than a year!"
[6.0] "Watched this in anticipation of Elimination Chamber 2023 in the same arena... nearly 20 years on. This was an enjoyable enough watch. The highlight of the whole show was probably Austin's entrance and beat down of Eric Bischoff. Vince's mocking of Hogan after the main event was quite something. Taker/Big Show is a really great, underrated slugfest between two giant stars. A couple of other decent matches."
[5.0] "This is one of those "in the middle" shows where nothing is outright offensive yet the whole thing feels underwhelming. There are some notes though. William Regal gets knocked out legit and its kinda scary. Spoiler Alert: I'm glad Matt Hardy was booked to win the cruiserweight championship as Billy Kidman was always so "eh" in Vinceland. The Godzilla vs King Kong match slowly built into something notable; I believe this was one of The Undertakers first "soaring over the top rope to the outside" moments and the pop was substantial. The finish for the main event didn't go over so well because I think the general audience was already over such dramatic shenanigans by 2003; at this point a screw job in Montreal feels like eating stale corn pops (the most notoriously premature stale cereal ever). Thumbs in the middle I guess, even with STONE COLD! STONE COLD! & The Rock, the lack of some other dependable names from the time (Booker T, Edge, Christian. The Guerrero's and The Dudley's) shows."
[5.0] "This show was mainly fine overall, although there's truly only one great match overall. Triple H vs Steiner was horrible again like the Rumble match, but at least it wasn't a complete DUD like last time so that's a positive. The main event was so over the top, and ridiculous that I found a way to enjoy it. The MOTN most definitely was the two on three handicap match."
[5.0] "Im Opener gleich eines der besseren Matches des Abends. Schnell gehalten, mit ein paar netten Aktionen von Hardy und Jericho(***1/2). World Tag Team Match war Weekly Show Level. Nicht besonderes was man hier finden konnte. Kidman/Hardy auf dem Papier relativ uninteressant, konnte trotzdem halbwegs unterhalten(**3/4). Taker/Show ging mir zu lange und die Fehde an sich ist wohl die Schwächste, die Taker auf der Road to Mania hatte. Handicap Match war mein MOTN. Alle 5 packen aus und zeigen ein sehr starkes Match(****). HHH/Steiner hat bei mir keine Vorfreude geweckt und dadurch war ich nicht überrascht, dass das wieder recht schlecht war. Return von Austin war cool, Match gegen Bischoff, wo er diesen verprügelt, funktionierte gut. Main Event sehr Starbesetzt für einen "B-Show PPV", aber Match war auch nicht gut und leitet eher mehr die Fehde zu den Mania Matches ein. Viel Highlights, ebenso viele Lowlights, daher 5 Punkte."

[7.0] "No Way Out 2003 was a pretty good PPV, even though the main event matches were underwhelming. The crowd was hot from start to finish and with great matches like the handicap match, cruiserweight title match and Jericho vs Hardy plus Stone Cold's return, it made for one entertaining show."
[4.0] "UPDATE: Vorweg, "Bring Me To Life" ist eine der besten PPV Themes ever. Der Opener zwischen Jericho und Hardy war gut, bildet eine gute Climax und endet schließlich nach gutem Swanton Nearfall in den Walls nach einem logischen Highspot. Insgesamt ein gutes Match (***½). Storm & Regal vs. RVD & Kane fand ich ganz okay, fand im Gegensatz zu einigen hier das Finish in Ordnung (**). Kidman vs. Hardy war ordentlich (**¾). Taker/Show Promoclip gut. Taker vs. Show war ein ziemlich zäher Brawl mit simpler Matchstory und ganz netter Intensität. Finish war an sich so okay, aber hätte noch besser aufgebaut werden müssen. Insgesamt ganz okay (**). Das Handicap Match danach gehört wohl zu den besten seiner Art und beweist wunderbar, dass man auch ohne viele Nearfalls Spannung erzeugen kann und mit wunderschöner technischer Finesse, somit großartigen Transitions und sehr schönen Kontern und Konterserien ein super Match gestalten kann. Der Hot-Tag von Lesnar gegen Ende war nebenbei erwähnt absolut großartig. Insgesamt ein richtig starkes Match (***¾+MotN). HHH vs. Steiner wurde leider durchs Overbooking zerstört, hätte was ganz nettes werden können. Schade (*¼). Austin/Bischoff nehme ich aus der Bewertung heraus, weil es ein unterhaltsames Segment war. Rock vs. Hogan wird dann auch durch das totale Overbooking komplett zerstört (½*). Insgesamt sind das dann 4. 33 von 10 Punkten - 'ausreichend'."
[5.0] "Jeff Hardy, in seinem letzten großen WWE Match für 3 1/2 Jahre, und Chris Jericho zeigen ein kurzweiliges Match zu Beginn, das als perfekter Opener für einen PPV gelten kann. Das folgende Tag Match bekommt leider kaum Reaktionen vom Publikum und hat zudem ein ziemlich schlechtes Ende. Kidman und Matt Hardy haben ein ordentliches Match, dass mit etwas mehr Zeit sicher großartig geworden wäre, da hier beide das Gefühl vermitteln ihr Programm möglichst schnell abzuspulen und unter Zeitdruck zu stehen. Die Zeit für dieses Match hätte man locker von Taker vs Show nehmen können, welches klar zu lang war für das sehr bodenständige Big Men Gebrawle. Das 2 on 3 Handicap Match fand ich sehr solide, hier wird eine große Portion Action sehr temporeich serviert mit ansprechender Schlussphase, nach dem Opener das zweitbeste Match des Abends. Triple H gegen Scott Steiner war wie beim Rumble richtig schlecht und am Ende völlig unübersichtlich gebooked. Die Fans in Montreal sabotieren dieses Match dann zusätzlich noch aus naheliegenden Gründen: 1. Hebner als Referee 2. Steiner als Face sowieso nicht over, tritt hier dann mit USA Flagge auf der Hose an. Stone Cold vs. Eric Bischoff ist nicht als Match zu bewerten liefert aber großes Sports-Entertainment im besten Sinne ab. Das großangekündigte Rock vs. Hogan Match war bestenfalls ordentlich, das Finish als Aufbau für Vince vs. Hogan bei Wrestlemania 19 fand ich jefoch ziemlich gelungen, da es die Abneigung des kanadischen Publikums in dem Moment ziemlich gut ausnutzt. Insgesamt verspricht die Card deutlich mehr als sie halten kann, aber mit dem Opener und dem Handicap Match gibt es zwie gute Matches zu sehen, während der Rest mittelmäßig oder schlecht ist."
"Das PPV habe ich leider nicht gesehen, aber man schaue sich bitte mal aus heutiger Sicht diese wahnsinnige Star-Besetzung an, und das für einen kleinen Zwischen-PPV! Was man letzten Endes daraus gemacht hat, scheint ja, wie so oft bei der WWE, längst nicht das zu sein, was man hätte herausholen können. Es war ja dann auch das ultimative Begräbnis von Scott Steiner, der 1 zuvor noch ein Monster-Heel in der WCW gewesen ist. Außerdem war das der Anbeginn von Matt Hardys bestem Gimmick ever, Jeff Hardys letztes PPV-Match vor seinem langen Abgang zu TNA sowie die sehr kurze Phase von The Rocks letztem Heel-Gimmick ever. Und Austin vs Bischof war natürlich ein historischer Augenblick der Rache. Ich halte übriges nicht viel davon, ausgelutschte Mainstream-Songs als PPV-Themes zu verwenden (und was alle immer an "Bring me to life" so toll fanden, hab ich auch nie kapiert) ..."
[5.0] "1. Opener siehe Guide. 2. Das Tag Team Match war in Ordnung. Nur das Finish fand ich doch etwas schwach. (2 1/4*) 3. Kidman gegen Hardy war dann wieder gut. Schade das man dann von Kidman kaum mehr was gehört hat. Warum bookt man nicht bei WM oder Backlash ein Triple Threat mit ihm, Mysterio & Hardy. Der Finale Twist of Fate war dann wieder gut umgesetzt. (3 1/4*) 4. Taker gegen Show war nicht mein Fall. Eindeutig zu zäh. (1 1/4*) 5. Das Handicap Match war dann wieder besser. Aber die Meltzer Wertung kann ich nicht ganz nachvollziehen. (3 1/2*) 6. Das WHC Match war etwas besser als beim Rumble. (1 1/2*) 7. Austin gegen Bischoff war schwach. (0*) 8. Hogan gegen Rock 2 war schwach. Die Crowd war auch nicht so gut wie bei WM18. Dazu gibt es dann auch noch das übliche Kanada Finish. Wenigstens gewann wieder der Richtige. (1*) NWO 2003 ist einer der schwächeren PPVs. Die drei MEs enttäuschten auf ganzer Linie. Dagegen war der Opener gut & auch das CW & Handicap Match waren in Ordnung."
[5.0] "Ein vorallem für die damalige Zeit ein eher schwacher PPV. Er fängt allerdings noch recht gut an. Jericho gegen Hardy startet zwar verhalten, steigert sich dann aber immer weiter zu einem Klassematch. Auch die beiden folgenden Matches sind wirklich gut geführt und können sehr gut unterhalten. Big Show gegen den Taker ist dann das erste schwächere Match des Abends. Es ist langsam und konnte mich zu keinem Zeitpunkt begeistern. Das Handicap-Match ist dann turmhoch das MotN. Hier stimmt eigentlich alles bis auf die vielleicht am Ende etwas fehlende Dramatik (es gibt kaum Nearfalls). Bis hierhin hätte ich bis zu 8 Punkte für die Show gegeben, aber die zweite Hälfte war nah dran an einer Katastrophe. Das Titelmatch war erneut gähnend langweilig und auch noch schlecht gebookt. Keiner in der Halle wollte einen schwachen HHH und einen starken Steiner sehen. Bischoff gegen Austin kann man nur als Zuschauer in der Halle gut finden und Hogan gegen Rock ist ein billiger Abklatsch von WM X-8 mit einem Verweis auf dem Montreal Screw Job. Konnte mich null begeistern. Für den zweiten Teil würde 2 bis max. 3 Punkte geben. Macht zusammen 5 Punkte für die gesamte Show."
[5.0] "Opener siehe Matchguide (***1/4) Das World Tag Team Title Match war eher schwach. Die ein oder andere Minute weniger hätte gut getan und das Finish war uglaubwürdig (*1/2) Das CW Title Match hat Spaß gemacht. Wenn der Begin nicht so zäh gewesen wäre (warum die ganzen Restholds? ) wäre hier sicherlich noch mehr drin gewesen. Der Sieger war absolut richtig, da Hardy in der Mattitude-Phase einfach großartig war (***) Taker und Show hatten schon deutlich schlechtere Matches. Dieses war solide und hatte ein erfrischenden Matchverlauf (*3/4) Handicap Match siehe MG (***3/4) Das WHC Match war besser als das beim Rumble, aber immer noch erschreckend schwach. Die Crowd war in Montreal auch nicht so net wie noch beim Rumble (*) Austin vs. Bischoff seh ich eher als ein Segment und war als dieses durchaus unterhaltsam. Man wollte sehen wie Bischoff verhauen wird und die Reaktionen der Crowd waren stark. Das Main Event war nicht gut, aber insgesamt noch besser als erwartet. Die Reaktionen waren zu keiner Sekunde so stark wie bei ihrem Klassiker und das machte diesen nunmal aus. man wählte hier den overbookten Weg und zumindest die Heel-Referee Sache gefiel mir durchaus gut, die Lights-Out geschichte eher weniger (*1/4) Unglaublich stark besetzte Card, aber leider insgesamt eher mittelmäßiger PPV. Der Mainer konnte dem Vorgänger nicht folgen und damit endete die Show leider auf einer schwachen Note. Bis zum Handicap Match sah man allerdings gute Unterhaltung und teilweise auch gutes Wrestling. Dazu kommt die nette Austin-Show und wir haben einen passablen PPV, der den Erwartungen allerdings nicht ganz folgen konnte. In Richtung WM 19 machte man allerdings viel richtig."
[5.0] "Durchschnittlicher PPV. Der Opener war gut. Ziemlich gutes Match. Beide spitzen High-Flyer gute Konter. Kane und RVD vs Storm und Regal war in Ordnung. Ordentliches Match und Kanes Maske umzudrehen sodass er nichts sieht und seinen Partner seinen Finisher gibt war eine für mich gute Idee. Kidman vs Matt Hardy war in Ordnung. Nicht so geil wie andere Cruiserweight Matches aber doch in Ordnung. Unglaublich das Matt Hardy dafür abnehmen musste um dieses Match zu bestreiten. Big Show vs Undertaker war schlecht. Gähnend langweiliges Match und dieses Match bekommt die meiste Zeit? Ein richtiger Witz. Lesnar und Benoit vs Team Angle war gut. Trotz Edges Ausfall ein gutes Match besonders wenn Benoit und Lesnar in einem Team hat. Steiner vs Triple H war schlecht. Traurigerweise waren die meisten Matches um den World Heavyweight Championship in diesem Jahr schlecht wie auch dieses möglicherweise lag es an den beschränkten Ring Fähigkeiten von Steiner. Bischoff vs Stone Cold war schlecht. Wie gewohnt kommt ein Match das von mindestens einem NonWrestler besetzt wird in einem PPV vor. Das Match war klar schlecht aber die Stimmung und JRs Kommentare waren geil. Der Main-Event war schlecht. Rocky war ein Klasse Heel aber Hogan in dem hohen Alter braucht man nicht im Ring. Übrigens war es ein netter Einfall von einem Montreal Screwjob."
[6.0] "Ein absolut solider PPV. Kein Match stach besonders heraus. Kein Match war aber auch sehr schwach. Insgesamt eine glatte 3 als Note mit leichter Tendenz nach unten."
[7.0] "Opener war gut, genau wie das Handicap Match. Steiner fand ich allgemein einfach nur langweilig - nicht sehr gut. Austins Rückkehr war nett gemacht. Main Event in Form von Hogan vs Rock wusste zu gefallen. Stimmung war top - Rock als Heel rockte einfach und ein schöner Srewjob der die Fehde zwischen Hogan und McMahon anheizte!"
[7.0] "Die groß promoteten Matches (Steiner vs Triple H und Rock vs Hogan) waren nicht besonders gut, was den PPV ziemlich runterzieht, da dies ja eigentlich die Matches sein sollten, die am besten sind. Abgesehen davon gab es eine gute Undercard und ein sehr gutes und spektakuläres 2:3 Handicap Match mit einem hervorragenden Team Angle. Das Stone Cold Comeback war aber einfach großartig, vielleicht auch wegen Jim Ross's wahnsinnigen Kommentaren."
[6.0] "Opener ***1/2, World TT Title *3/4, CW Title ***, Taker vs Show **1/2, Three on Two ***3/4, WHC *, Austin vs Bischoff -*, ME **1/4. Hab nicht so viel erwartet bekam aber dafür eiunen netten PPV mit allerdings 3 schwachen Main Events. Der Rest war wie gesagt besser als erwartet , aber auch nix was wir noch nicht gesehen haben."
[9.0] "Klasse PPV Die Matches Jericho vs Hardy, Brock und Benoit vs Team Angle und Rock vs Hogen Match waren das beste an diesem PPV! Auch das Taker vs. Show Match war gut! Leider hatt mir das HHH vs Steiner Match nicht so gefalln!"
[5.0] "Der schwächste WWE PPV seit langem damals. Kein einizges wirklich sehenswertes Match dabei. Nur solide bis schwache Matches gab es zu sehen wovon der Opener und das Handicap TT Match noch mit am besten waren. Sonst waren die Matches fast alle nicht PPV würdig und dienten eher dem WM Aufbau."
[8.0] "Ich kann an dem PPV keine wirkliche Schwäche entdecken! Der Opener war prima, Cruiserweights auch, das 2 on 3 war richtig gut, HHH vs. Scotty hat ebenfalls genauso funktioniert, wie es sein sollte. Austin vs. Bishoff war lustig, und der Main Event kam zwar bei weitem nicht an den WM-Klassiker heran, was aber für mich ebenfalls sehenswert. Gute Show, wunderbarer Wrestlemania-Aufgalopp!"
[8.0] "Durchaus eine gute Veranstaltung! Die ersten drei Matches konnten mich vollends überzeugen, dazu Hogan/Rock 2 & ein tolles Handicap Match. Klare 2!"
[4.0] "Keine sonderlich spektakuläre Show, die jedoch als Hype für Wrestlemania gut funktioniert und damit seinen Sinn erfüllt. Bis auf das Handicap Match und den überraschend starken Opener hat die Show jedoch kaum was zu bieten. Austin gegen Bischoff überzeugt zumindest als Angle und leitet eine lange Rivalität ein. Der Main Event ist eine ganz große Enttäuschung. Hier fehlt einfach der Zauber des ersten The Rock VS Hogan Matches. Es ist eine Schande, dass man versucht hat das erste Aufeinandertreffen zu kopieren statt es als einzigartiges Ereignis zu belassen. Erwähnenswert ist auch das Match zwischen Triple H und Scott Steiner, dass besser als ihr Rumble Match war - aber immer noch nicht gut! Insgesamt darf man die Show als 'ausreichend' bezeichnen! Ein recht bedeutungsloser Boxenstopp auf der Road to Wrestlemania ..."
[6.0] "Ganz ordentliche Veranstaltung mit 5 guten ersten Matches, wobei der Opener und das Handicap Match am meisten zu überzeugen wussten. Die letzten 3 Matches sind allerdings nicht der Rede wert. Thumbs in the Middle."
[4.0] "Opener überraschte, vor allem Hardy zeigte eine gute Leistung (8 Punkte) Tag Team Match war eher langweilig (4 Punkte) Cruiserweight Match war ein Jobber Match, indem Kidman sehr schwach dargestellt wurde ( 4 Punkte) Undertaker Match war zwar wrestlerich nix besonders hatte aber Spannung (6 Punkte) Das 2 vs 3 Handicap Match zählt zu meinen absoluten Lieblings Matches, klasse Action ( 10 Punkte) Steiner Match war richtig schwach aber nicht so grottig wie es immer gemacht wird ( 4 Punkte) Austin Match war na ganz lustig aber mehr nicht ( 4 Punkte) Und bei dem The Rock Match was das Feuer schon deutlich raus (4 Punkte Insgesamt nicht mehr als ausreichend für einer eher mässige Veranstaltung."
[4.0] "WrestleMania Hype Show, wenig mehr. The Rock beginnt seinen Aufbau für Goldberg, Austin vs Bischoff beginnt (Yikes! ) und - war da noch mehr? Ein nettes Handicap Match und der Opener bewahren das Teil vor der Pleite."
[6.0] "Ein durchschnittlich zu bewertender Event, mit einem starken Beginn, aber der danach auch nicht gerade besser wurde, das Match des Abends war das 3 on 2 Handicap Match. Der Main Event an sich von der Ansetzung gar nich so schlecht, aber kam an das Match von WrestleMania X-8 nicht ran!"
[4.0] "Ziemlich überflüssige Veranstaltung, wenn man es genau betrachtet. Der Wrestlemania Main Event stand fest und das zweite Aufeinandertreffen von The Rock und Hulk Hogan hatte nicht mehr den selben Effekt wie das erste, auch oder gerade weil beide Wrestler monatelang nicht in den TV Shows zu sehen waren. Die Rückkehr von Steve Austin und dann das "Match" gegen Eric Bischoff war damals eine große Schlagzeile, aus heutiger Sicht kräht da aber kein Hahn mehr nach. Darf getrost vergessen werden!"
[10.0] "Der Opener war wie erwartet sehr schnell und technisch hochklassig! Auch sonst gute Matches auf der Card, die meist das hielten, was zu erwarten war! Außerdem Hogan vs Rock auf der Card! Ja ist denn heut schon Weihnachten? Das letzte durch und durch überzeugende No Way Out!"
