[3.0] "sorta boring episode. wasn't bad by any means but was not good. Back in 98-99 the wrestling on this show would be acceptable because there would be some funny ass car crash storytelling going on. Here? not so much. Bischoff kissed steph last week and HHH/Flair are now wondering if that means Bischoff is now disloyal to them or some weird shit like that. Shawn michaels interferes for a 2nd straight raw to ensure HHH loses. A promo for Big Poppa Pump appeared to interrupt Lance Storm on the mic. Crowd did not care one bit. Man they are really blowing this, they could have brought steiner in with a much better pop than this. it's really bad. TEST shaved his head. Really they're trying to do literally anything now to make this guy a thing. All of the feuds they matched him up with last year did not work, because he SUCKS as a wrestler. And guess what, giving him more mic time is not doing him any favors either because he SUCKS on the mic. Keep this up and people are gonna start booing stacey. Seriously. Please stop. Batista's debut on raw was good enough, and the women's matchup was at least interesting with ivory coming back and victoria doing ... something.... although she threw a strike with her water bottle at trish on the ramp, which was impressive. Best part of the show was probably Kane doing "suckaaaaaaaaaa". Otherwise it's 100% skippable. Was going to give it a 5 but -2 for TEST still being a thing."
"Kind of a so so show during a very strange period for WWE. I always think of the limbo between attitude era and ruthless aggression as where wrestling lost its edge. Watching these shows sort of proves that thinking."
[5.0] "Overall an ok to good show. None of the wrestling was outright bad and the story was mostly inoffensive compared to last month. Lots of build towards Survivor Series and I'm really curious to experience my first Elimination Chamber. Outside of matches there were some bad/cringe moments - Victoria unnecessarily stripping Terri Runnels, and Test calling his fans "testicles" was only kind of funny the first time. And good/fun moments - I am chuckling at the Randy Orton injury updates and as a Tough Enough nerd, I enjoyed Maven returning from injury to take down Chris Nowinski."
[5.0] "I think the whole thing where Eric Bischoff gives us limited information about the Elimination Chamber every week was brilliant marketing which gave the show a hook to keep tuning in and the Survivor Series card is shaping up nicely. The problem is the wrestling is still really sub standard compared to Smackdown and its filled with storylines that don't really go anywhere. Worse still is the booking for the Elimination Chamber guys is not good because only Triple H and Shawn Michaels had a proper chance of winning and everyone could see it. The show is notable for Batista's devastating second debut that made us forget all about his Deacon days, and theres a pretty odd storyling going on with Test getting a makeover and calling his fans his 'Testicles' much to Stacy Kiebler's delight. It's stupid but she's really funny in that role so it's a pass. There's still obvious long term booking problems because of how damaging things was on Raw for a long time."
[3.0] "This was a much better show than the Katie Vick episodes, but still not really a good show, as the matches were all weak outside of the last two, and the HHH promo was your typical HHH reign of terror era promo."
[5.0] "Fine output of Raw here. It doesn't mean much here but Batista made his Raw debut. Triple H & Jericho were having a boring segment until Booker T came, Kane saving Booker from the beatdown was good to set the stage for the main event. The Randy Orton promo was solid again. RVD Christian was solid, the main event was just boring heat from HHH and Jericho but we got HBK announcing he was going to EC after costing HHH the match at least"
