[4.0] "TLC saved the show from an embarrassment. And the birth of the worst storyline to ever exist in professional wrestling in the Katie Vick story. I've seriously no idea who came up with this utter garbage angle and it made me ASHAMED to be a pro wrestling fan. TLC was excellent and it was a treat to have it on free television. Booker and Big Show wasn't bad but not the worst"

[7.0] "I didn't enjoy most of the matches this episode that much but I liked the raw roulette concept, and it's hard not to give a high score for an episode that starts with a cage match and ends with a pretty bad ass 25 minute long TLC match. Actually, it ends with a weird flair/HHH promo about kane being a murderer and he's killed a woman named katie vick. From reading other people's comments on this episode, it looks like there won't be much of a payoff here. The trish/stacy match felt a lot longer than 2 minutes. It was sexy I guess but I was hoping they'd use the paddle a little more violently. It ended up being a non factor. The TLC match was a nice surprise and it was well done. It didn't have the drama as the previous TLC's as the matchups were pretty random, so there couldn't be any true emotion between the competitors.. but the spots were done well and most of them made sense. Also, the ladder climbing was done well, meaning it was way more believable since they didn't have people randomly stopping once they get to the top few steps. The walls of jericho on the ladder was stupid tbh cause it required RVD's cooperation in essentially putting himself in the move, but it did look cool. Kane winning was interesting since he was invisible most of the match. HHH/D-Lo match was funny for what it was and so was the goldust match. Not a whole lot of great wrestling, but it is ENTERTAINMENT and this is definitely one of the best Raws in a very long time due to the entertainment factor. I'm so torn on whether I love or dislike bischoff as the GM of Raw. The decisions are random like Nitro, but he is a good MC and sometimes the randomness works. It especially works on a show where the idea is based off of a random spin."

[9.0] "The Raw Roulette's debut is quite a fun show. Triple H vs D-Lo and Regal vs Goldust are quick comedy matches, but they're both fun. Big Show vs Booker T is a damn good cage match. And TLC 4 is one of the best TV matches ever. Unfortunately, this show ends with the start of the horrible Katie Vick angle that made Raw nigh unwatchable for months."

[8.0] "Finally. A really good episode of Raw and while there are still problems with it, the main event is one of the very best in the shows history and one everyone should watch with seven men putting their careers on the line for the car crash spectacle we all love from multi man TLC matches. Everything else on the show is a bit hit or miss. The Raw Roulette is a fun concept, but the matches all just look a bit random to me and they just add a gimmick to it. I did get a chuckle out of the Los Vegas Showgirls match because of Regal and Goldust both being great comedy wrestlers, but I really don't want to be seeing matches like Triple H vs D'lo Brown and certainly not in a blindfold match. Unfortunately the ending of the show completely sucked because it started the dreadful Katie Vick storyline! Still its the best Raw episode in a long, long time and while I did find a lot of the gimmick matches a bit lacklustre, I liked the presentation of the show a lot because it really did have that "Anything can happen in the WWE" kind of feel and it just had that fun factor so many of that year's Raw's was missing."

[7.0] "The first ever Raw Roulette episode, and it was easily one of the better Raw episodes in 2002, as the main event was a MOTY candidate and the show succeeded in being entertaining despite some weak matches, similar to the Attitude Era."

[8.0] "Some of the matches aren't that long, therefore aren't the best, but the Raw roulette made this a really easy watch of a show. Opening cage match had some solid stuff but kind of dull with Big Show in control, the Vegas street fight was fun and reminded me of those hardcore matches in 99 that the WWF would have. The TLC tag team main event was just tremendous. Unfortunately, the show ends with the start of the Katie Vick angle."

[10.0] "The first Raw Roulette is the best one of them all, and it's easy to see why. You have a crowd that's loud and really into the matches throughout the entire show, which of course, ends with another classic TLC match in TLC IV. This show was, without a doubt, one of the best Raws of all time."
