[6.0] "The opener was just a passable way for Trent Acid to massage his ego, the second match did not quite gel and focused too much on the California guests, the third match was significantly better, with a nice mix of high-flying and high-impact moves, while the fourth match showed tremendous chemistry and crafted a perfectly fluid sprint. The Battle Royal was compelling and sets up an intriguing Double Championship Match. Acid/M-Dogg had plenty of action and daring moments, but honestly went too long and ran out of steam. B-Boy/Dragon was a Strong Style battle that the crowd loved, but it left me cold. Ruckus/Mamaluke was a well-grounded match, with a bit of a competitive mean streak that raised stakes and made the winner truly earn his way into the semifinals. Storm/Fleisch was a fantastic match, with a frantic pace that never stopped, absolutely breath-taking high-flying and a molten crowd that ate up everything they did, creating two bonafide stars in one fell swoop. The Lobo/Wifebeater segment was very over-the-top and ridiculous, but did garner some interest for their future battle. B-Boy/Acid was quite boring and lifeless, with all their athletic efforts feeling hollow and artificial, one of the least interesting matches on the show. Ruckus/Fleisch is a fun sprint, despite a few glaring botches, they crammed a lot of cool stuff in a few minutes and entertained to the fullest. Justice/Mondo/Messiah was very fun, provided a lot of suspenseful action and reached a fantastic conclusion. Acid/Fleisch went all out in their Finals, incorporating chairs to hit their moves on, but also felt rushed and clumsy in many ways, with them getting carried away and sloppily slipping on some of their too ambitious spots, a decent frantic match that desperately lacked polish. This show has a strange mix of cool action and disappointing results, with the fun non-tournament shenanigans making it a solid show that entertains but feels a bit too egocentric to be fully appreciated."

[9.0] "BBoy vs Super Dragon/Fleisch vs Storm/MDogg vs Acid/Ruckus vs Fleisch/Acid vs Fleish all 5 of these matches were great plus a couple of the first round matches. Event where MDogg 20 and Jody Fleisch both made a name for themselves in the US, both still wrestling today 16 years later."

[5.0] "Gabriel vs. M-Dogg 20 vs. Trent Acid was a good opener with some nice moves. **. B-Boy vs. Nick Berk vs. Super Dragon had some nice moves and spots. **. Maxx Fury vs. Ruckus vs. Tony Mameluke had some nice spots. *3/4. Jody Fleisch vs. Johnny Kashmere vs. Jonny Storm was good but was a little on the short side. I thought the battle royal was a little boring *1/2. M-Dogg 20 vs. Trent Acid was good but was too long. ***. B-Boy vs. Super Dragon was a good match , and unlike the previous matches, it wasnt a spot fest. ***1/4. Ruckus vs. Tony Mameluke was alright **1/2. Fleisch vs Storm was very good, both guys absolutley killed it. ***3/4. Lobo vs Wifebeater was very short but superplex spot through the barbed wire and light tube table was cool. B-Boy vs. Trent Acid was alright . **. Fleisch vs Ruckus was an alright match with some good spots, specifialy in the crowd. **1/4. Nick Mondo vs. The Messiah vs. Justice Pain was a little boring, but at times there were a few nice spots. *1/2. Fleisch vs Acid was a good final match. **3/4. Match of the night was definitely Fleisch vs Storm, followed be B-Boy vs Super Dragon, both matches should definitely be in the guide."
