[7.0] "Really strong show with a but of everything. Benoit got an amazing pop and set up something down the line with Eddie. Love the pairing of Steve Regal and Molly - wonder when he will get to second base, the twerp. The NWO stuff was not so good, even though it was all over the show. Booker and Goldust were a great pairing though. Watching back the incompetence of the Lesnar booking it is amazing he came what he did - he should have been squashing everybody, especially the likes of Bubba - the positive is we got a good match. Funny because I don't recall the Tommy Dreamer eating/drinking anything angle back in the day - this was one of the worst as he was forced to drink Taker's spittoon. Weird. Match quality-wise we got a unicorn this week - a 20 minute PPV quality TV bout pitting RvD and Eddie once again. Whilst Rob's offence was on the wain, these two have chemistry and left it in the ring tonight.. finished with a great heated run in by Austin and a turn by Benoit. Great stuff."

What a great episode, and maybe my bar is low right now because of how shitty the past few months have been overall. First off, the ladder match is awesome and definitely one of the better singles ladder matches I've ever seen. Like wtf! With the botches with the ladders and the fan coming in to fuck everything up, but the match STILL was amazing? fuck. Both of these guys BROUGHT IT. What a fantastic decision to have this match on free tv. Good job Vince! Tommy Dreamer eating that hot dog off the ground like wtffff? Also, Benoit returns for a decent promo, Lesnar almost gets his first loss against Bubba, and all the nWo shit spread throughout which for the first time in WWF (not WCW) history, I really enjoyed the nWo stuff. Booker T making a spectacle out of the spinarooni was hilarious, and stone cold coming in at the end was a great touch. Fucking fantastic show, complete 180 from last week's shitty ass Smackdown."
[8.0] "It's an alright show with an outstanding main event. Starting out with Chris Benoit returning to a great reaction might have a hollow feeling to it watching it today, but there was no doubt he was loved by his hometown fans. Seeing him share the ring with Eddie Guerrero felt like the start of a long journey for them as Eddie had just returned and broken into a serious singles competitor. The nWo stuff was dead in the water at this point, but at least Booker T and Goldust was finally adding a bit of fun to the normal tiresome segments and I still don't get why the Hardy Boyz had to job to them. The brand split gave them absolutely nothing to do once they were done feuding with Brock Lesnar as the Tag gold was on Smackdown. Speaking of Lesnar I quite enjoyed his match with Bubba, but the whole Paul Heyman going after Trish stuff was awful. It's hit and miss until it gets to the main event where RVD and Guerrero seriously steal the show in an underrated ladder match. The aftermath with Austin attacking Eddie and then Benoit turning heel was a shocking moment that never got a proper pay off because of Austin leaving. The less said about Undertaker and Tommy Dreamer the better!"
[8.0] "The show kicked off with the return of Chris Benoit, to a MASSIVE ovation as the crowd went batshit crazy for him. The first two matches weren't so much, then we got a boring Dreamer/UT segment to follow. Brock/Bubba was an energetic short little match. Show/Bradshaw & Goldust/Crash existed simply to continue the nWo saga. The ladder match was amazing, with numerous sick spots and plenty of innovative stuff. Overall, a great RAW, easily the best of the year at this point in time."
