[5.0] "A decent show with the highlights being the main event, H8 Club vs. Backseat Boyz, and the barbed wire tag match. Everything else ranges sluggish to mid."

[5.0] "I really enjoyed the opener. Barbed Wire Ladder Tag was really good as was the H8 Club vs Backseat Boys match. The main was also really great."

[3.0] "Acid/Berk was a decent opener that never quite clicked into higher gear, but the convoluted finishing sequence left a lot to be desired and reeked of incompetence and overprotecting Trent Acid beyond any level of reasonability. The CZW Tag Team Championship match was clumsy, had an awkward structure and felt completely incoherent and inconsequential. Rose/Greg was slow and mediocre, but the result is surprisingly pleasant and seems to place people in roles they are better suited for. The Midnight Outlawz look average and awkward, probably being substitutes under the masks, but Jay Briscoe & Ruckus were on point and took an emphatic victory to keep momentum, while Lobo's angle with the Briscoe Brothers being confusing and won? t lead anywhere, as the Briscoe wouldn? t appear for 12 months. The hardcore tag team match was weird from the start, with an awkward setup, gratuitous violence and blood, topped with a cheap non-finish to make it total crap. The main event was a masterpiece, an intense battle that seamlessly incorporated weapons to enhance their impactful offense and build a great atmosphere and one of the best title matches in the promotions history. Parts of the opener and the I Quit match were decent, but honestly, the magnificent main event is the sole thing that prevents the show from being a total disaster. The wrestling was clumsy, the show structure was awkward, most finishes fell flat and the booking was terrible, making for a mediocre show with only one great match making it worth watching."

[7.0] "This was relatively short show. The undercard just doesn´t deliver. Last 3 matches are the "meat" of this show. Trent Acid vs. Nick Berk (***) Adam Flash & The Messiah vs. Chris Hamrick & John Kronus (**¾) - This was entertaining. Cool to see Kronus and Hamrick as visiting talent. The match and the finish were kind of chaotic, but all did their job. The H8 Club vs. The Backseat Boyz (***½) This was actually a really good tag team match. Most of the match was pure tag team action, until a ultaviolent finish. Dynamics worked perfectly. Backseat Boyz were the cowardly but cocky heel team, who evaded straight 1vs 1 contact with Nate Hatred and tried to rather double team him. H8 Club came in as the ultimate ass kicking tag team that people were expecting them to be. Justice Pain vs. Nick Mondo (****) Best match of the evening. One of Mondo´s best singles matches. Pain and Mondo had real heat. So the match is full of stiff shots and its an intense roller coaster of action. The really worked their ass off. They were all over the place and the match was filled with intense back and forth scenes. Wild, unexpected action, good counters and nicely set up spots. There was some good kayfabe fighting psychology, like when Mondo missed the double stomp, and tried to throw a chair, but Pain dodged it beautifully. They put their bodies on the line. Then the thumbtacks come in to the picture. That´s when the match goes even more intense. They tease the tacks for a moment and then some big impact bumps on tacks. Some great neat near falls. At this point you are sold that its truly a fight for the Heavyweight Title. Most of the crowd wants Mondo to beat the long reigning dominant champ Justice Pain. Then bang! - The Pain Thriller, but Mondo kicks out, crowd is fired up. Then the final slam on to the tacks and the match is over. Its the type of wild CZW title match that has hardcore elements involved and also great competitiveness and big thrills for the crowd."
