[3.0] "I'm shocked that nobody has given this event a lower rating, because this was easily the worst ROH event that I've reviewed. I preferred the panned Double Feature over this. Hero vs. Strong was the MOTN, and I felt like I was being generous even giving that a 7.0 and would only recommend it to big fans of Chris Hero who are interested in seeing the early days of his ring style developing in to 'the Knockout Artist'. The match quality was far below ROH standard, being capped off by what has been without a doubt the worst ROH Title match that I have reviewed, and the worst ending to a ROH show in general. Unless it's something major like Homicide vs Samoa Joe, ending a ROH event with a DQ feels like a slap in the face, particularly when you consider the asking price for these DVDs at the time. Also worthy of note is that the advertised Necro Butcher vs Austin Aries match is hardly a match at all - about half of it is a promo, with Aries refusing to fight back (I didn't even feel like there was enough 'match' for me to give it a rating). This was an interesting storyline development for the Aries vs AOTF feud, but when you're still advertising 'Necro Butcher vs Austin Aries' on the back of the DVD I don't really think this is good enough. This event was saved from a failing grade by having some successful storyline advancement (albeit nothing that I think you really need to see) and because Stevens-Danielson and Hero-Strong were at least good even if they were both disappointing in different ways, but I do not recommend this show."
