1 | 26.02.2025 | thedaynos | 4.0 | Wow! Two tv shows in a row where jericho wrestles without the title on the line? Ok i can dig this. Was getting a little annoyed with the title being on the line in every episode. Now it's looking better. Good win for him here and LOVE that spike/tazz finally get the tag title. This was a great move on the WWF's part. As far as the Rock/Austin tag match, I'm wayyy more on board with big bossman being thrust into a main event caliber type match than what they've been doing with fucking TEST lately. I don't really love bossman at all, but he has way more charisma and personality than TEST and he is better at all things wrestling than him, even if it isn't by much. Nice to see him back in his riot gear instead of a suit and tie, although I thought the suit and tie was hilarious. Billy and Chuck is starting to grow on me, they might have something fun here. But this show was all about the return of HHH. Big picture, I wish the WWF would make it more of a surprise when they bring superstars back instead of announcing them a few shows ahead of time. I understand the economics of it, as they can charge more to advertisers if they build up a show that way... especially if they promise that the superstar won't come back until the final segment. I get it. However, it makes for bad TV overall and this is no exception. Yes he got an amazing pop but at the end of the day, it was nothing that you'd talk about after or tell people that they missed out on something major. He's just... back. And, that's it. so, he's feuding with angle which I guess that makes him a babyface now, which I expected. But that doesnt' explain the way stephanie has been acting lately. I'm sure there will be a decent explanation before the rumble. Definitely an underwhelming episode of raw. If this wasn't HHH's first time back then it would be just an ok episode, but since they kept hyping this shit up, I'm knocking it down a point due to my high expectations. Nice to see him back in action, taking big hits and dishing them out though, so at least we have a superstar back. Does that mean we get less TEST from here on out? Fucking sure hope so. |

4 | 17.06.2024 | The Gr8 1 | 5.0 | Best known for Triple H's return from his quad injury to one of the greatest crowd reactions ever, but some of the matches weren't exactly something to write home about (Edge/Storm getting just 1 minute for the IC title and Austin, Rock, and Booker carrying Big Boss Man through an 8-minute tag match). Another major positive from this was the soundbites from the Austin interview in this show would be used on a soundboard, that would be famously used on newLegacyInc. |

Edge vs. Lance Storm getting a minute, Booker T and Bossman in a match billed as the "tag match for the ages", Jericho, the champion, dominated by Rikishi until needing to cheat to win, Austin announcing he'd be in the Rumble (like he'd be off the PPV... come on), etc. Just terrible. |

WHAT? |
