[5.0] "Generally fine, but marred by some pretty guerrilla production values and a truly awful opening couple of matches. It's got genuine heart, though, and the flaws are enough for a NWA mark like me to overlook them. The women's match is a superb brawler in the old Mid-South vain, and the best match on the card, with the highly acrobatic and dramatic Willie Mack and Matt Cross match nipping at its heels. Still it's totally unnecessary, as evidenced by the fact that it took about four months to upload. If they don't care why should you?"

[7.0] "It was good to see that this was streamed on Fite TV, albeit months after it took place. That, I can forgive. Decent opening match. Nothing amazing or anything but still decent. The Crockett Cup qualifier was an OK match. The War Kings looked good in victory. An impromptu match between Jay Bradley and Bram followed, which was short and sweet. I enjoyed the match between Jazz and Allie more than I expected. A good hard hitting contest, despite having a shady finish. The Tried N True title match was just as enjoyable as the aforementioned match. Very cool moment for Steve. The National title match was highly competitive. Cross looked good and had a chance of winning the title. Mack was standard Mack, entertaining as usual. I loved the sudden finish. Finishers are best used once to end a match. Easily the best match of the show. Hair vs Hair... I was never expecting it to be a great match, but more of a showcase contest to play along with the narrative. It did just that. Cool to see Tim Storm get some measure of revenge on Jocephus, in what really felt like a handicapped match. Main event was OK but ultimately dragged on longer than it needed to. Some parts of it felt dull and tedious, where I found myself uninterested. Towards the end, the match became a NoDQ match but I barely saw the need for that. A solid show here, the first of many pop up events."

[7.0] "Good little show here, whose biggest fault was simply not appearing on iPPV until three months after it was held. Still, there is a great match in Willie Mack vs. Matt Cross match for the National Title and a very good (if slightly overbooked) main event between Nick Aldis and James Storm for the World Title, as well as some other fun stuff (I enjoyed Arquette/T. Storm vs Kingdom of Jocephus for what it was, and also liked Crazzy Steve vs. Sam Shaw and the opening match). Also worth noting that the production values were light years beyond last year's 70th Anniversary show. Overall an optimistic sign for the reconstituted NWA going forward."
