[8.0] "Good NJPW semi-big show. 3-Way Jr Tag ***1/4 normal stuff Shingo and Sho looked great. Goto/Taichi **1/2 good by Taichi standards but just a match. Ishii/Suzuki ****1/2 exactly what you expect from the 2 they just beat the shit out of each other and it was great. Naito/Sabre ****1/4 really good typical Sabre match perfect booking setting up Naito. Jericho/Evil **** not as good as Jericho? s other New Japan matches but still a good main event"

[7.0] "Top three matches were all good in different ways - Jericho and EVIL had a well-built main event-style bout; Naito and ZSJ was a fine technical encounter, and Ishii vs Suzuki was a stiff-as-hell brawl. The one downside to the latter two is that they are matches we've seen before and weren't drastically differentiated from their earlier encounters. Elsewhere, Goto vs Taichi was fine, the Super Junior Tag finals was a characteristically fun spotfest, and Golden Lovers vs Tana/Finlay was a decent if short bout that served as a good build to the Tokyo Dome main event. Solid show overall."

[7.0] "Interesting show, maybe a bit weak because of is near of the biggest show in NJPW, Wrestle Kingdom. By the way, it was correct and gave us a good matches. Saddly, and this is my problem, there was not a match that we are going to remember (except the Ishii vs MiSu). My rating of the matches i've seen: CHAOS vs BULLET CLUB: 3/4* (maybe not a good match, but make a great point in the storyline of Okada vs Jay White, I like it). Golden Lovers vs Tanahashi & Finlay: ***1/4 (correct match, but i need more between Kenny and Tana. Sure they can give all in WK). RPG 3K vs LIJ vs El Desperado & Kanemaru: **** (great match, and better is that they can do something bigger in WK). Ishii vs Suzuki ****1/2 (this is a match. wow. awesome. you have to see it). Naito vs ZSJ: ***3/4(good match, the storytelling, the selling of ZSJ, it was so pretty, my problem here is that the match was very similar to the G1). Y2J vs EVIL: ***3/4 (it was so cool, a bit slow and with the tipical structure of Jericho, but it's Jericho, he is 48, i accept that, so it's good, maybe great if we talk about a old man)."

[7.0] "As always For NJPW I didn? t enjoy the first half , nothing really special about . I liked the Golden Lovers match and I am excited to see the match at Wrestle-Kingdom between Hiroshi Tahanashi and Kenny Omega I really hope that Kenny will be ok becouse It? s obvious that his calf is killing him alive. I also liked the super junior tag team final with roppongi 3k wjnning the Cup... A little confused but great. The second Half is really great. I disliked the match between hiroki goto and taichi cause of the beginning of the match... how can , in the land of the fighting spirit, one man as goto being knocked out to a back suplex by taichi ? And all the match construction around it did not satisfy my tastes. Also the match between minoru Suzuki and tomohiro ishii was not my kind of match. Don? t get me wrong, it was a great bout and I give the two of them a standing ovation, I also love the British strong style that nowdays is so cool (as a WWE fan base mark I love Pete Dunne) but this one was too much stiff and too much about hard shots , the first move of the match was a back suplex from tomohiro after nearly 15 minutes... great respect but it? s not my style. Naito vs Zack Sabre was Fantastic... Zack Sabre is a technical monster , his ability to reverse and apply submission holds it? s unbelievable and naito was excellent about selling and counters, also the psicology was very perfected with Zack Sabre not able to apply his submission cause his neck injury. Awesome and right naito? s Victory. The main event was unbelievable, it? s the prove that Jericho is the greatest of all times . I didn? t like the beginning of the match, I stared thinking ? oh Jericho is so boiled that has to use a gimmick match to get a good star rating ? but the final sequences define that Jericho is a wrestling genius , one of the best codebreaker I ever seen and a great finish sequence. I could also say great EVIL performance but I know that is impossible have bad matches with Y2J."

[7.0] "This was a very good event, the undercard was particulary solid and of course it was given the names involved in it, Suzuki and Ishii added another chapter to their book (**** 1/4), Naito finally defeated his nemesys ZSJ (*** 3/4) and the main event was very interesting, Jericho worked in a singles match and without a big guy involved, but EVIL seemed like a big deal and went close to winning before eventually tapping out, it was a soldi brawl overall (*** 1/2), sad to see Taichi already losing :/"

[7.0] "A very generous rating to be honest. 6. 5 would've been perfect. But anyways, decent show, some ups and downs. Ishii vs Suzuki was a pure traditional strong style match. Naito vs ZSJ was great as well. The three way final shined big time. Goto defeating Taichi was a downer, wanted to see more from Taichi."

I'm happy we greatgot to see this match in Japan. I loved it. Naito/Sabre: ****. Great match. Was missing some heat but the work was . Jericho/EVIL: ****. This exceeded my expectations. Great match. Great show."

Picked up a lot at the end ***3/4. Taichi/Goto was pretty good ***1/4. Suzuki/Ishii was great ****. Naito/ZSJ was another great match by them, but under the level of their last 2 ****. Jericho/EVIL was good. I honestly didn't expect much and didn't get anything special, but it was really good ***3/4."

[8.0] "Really enjoyed this show overall. Goto and Taichi laying an egg aside, the top matches all at least lived up to my expectations. Jericho has yet to have a match in this NJPW run that hasn't been better than just about any match in his most recent WWE run, which is a testament both to him and to his opponents."
