224.04.2023CMFunk0073.0This was a terrible PPV. The matches were rushed and the only good one was Beckie the Farmer's Daughter against Jungle Grrrl. Selina Majors loses her feud to Thug and then turns heel on Terri Gold after the match. The creative for this show was nonsensical and absurd. I feel like this promotion had promise, but they blew it here and were defunct several weeks later.
412.11.2022ToyotaPunk You have to consider that it was womens wrestling in the US in 2001, not Flair vs Steamboat or Taker vs HBK. Jungle Girl and Riott were defintely good and the show wasnt boring. Atleast the 10k people in the arena thought that way.... But some matches were bad and the production was just horrible. Still I give it a 6/10, because its unfair to downgrade it for the awful braodcast when it was better in the arena.
524.11.2021Mizzle Assault Ant7.0If you want a show with amazing wrestling or great production values, this is not the show for you. But if you want a show with over the top gimmicks, a goofy charm, the occasional solid match, and some absurd commentary from Bobby Heenan of all people, you might just enjoy this show like I did. Riot vs. Wendi was likely the best match of the night and I'd say it was actually reasonably good.

828.03.2015DanTalksRasslin3.0WOW was a totally goofy and cheesy product and the vast majority of the women had no wrestling experience prior to joining the company, but knowing that going in, WOW Unleashed (the company's only PPV) was at least mostly watchable and sometimes entertaining in spite of itself, even with some pretty severe technical issues. A couple of the matches weren't half bad (at the very least the Riot vs. Wendi Wheels hardcore match was quite good and worth seeing; Jungle Grrl vs. Beckie was decent too even if the splash stipulation was screwed up early on). On the other hand, way too many of the matches relied on ref bumps. Certainly not a good PPV by any stretch, but I've seen worse things in wrestling, and it was a fun nostalgia trip back to 2001, watching WOW's syndicated show at like 2AM on Saturday nights. And after all these years I still think Hammerin' Heather Steele and Beckie the Farmer's Daughter were really cute.

1013.04.2012BigBob913115.0This rating is given with the complete understanding that all but two of the workers in this event had no previous experience in the business prior to their time in WOW. Some of the matches and workers showed a great deal of promise and some of the matches, most notably the hardcore match between Riot and Wendi Wheels, the splash match between Jungle Girl and Beckie the Farmer's Daughter (the best worker to use the Farmer's Daughter gimmick in a David McLane company, and the haircut match (which became a handicap match because one of the scheduled participants quit the company a week or two before the show) The booking left a lot to be desired in most of the matches, but that was to be expected of a David McLane company, as he is a lot better suited to be a heel manager than a booker
